Physical Description
Amani's figure is toned and lithe. Her facial features are elegant, set with bold brows and a straight, prominent nose. She has large, gentle eyes that are a deep blue in color. Her hair is jet-black and voluminous, occasionally styled with intricate braids. Like most mirialans, she wears traditional geometric tattoos which signify personal deeds, along her face and right arm. Amani also bears a large electrical scar centered over her heart, with a spider web of lightning-like arcs that branch out, up to the base of her neck.
Tattoos: A small kite just above her eyebrows, representing a familial crest. Triangles and diamonds speckled across her cheeks, representing her growth and aptitude as a healer. More diamonds on the back of her right hand, assembled together in the shame of an arrow, representing redemption. A small, inverted triangle on her inner right wrist with a line under the base, representing a pledge of love to Alicio Organa.

Compassionate - Dutiful - Idealistic - Protective - Stubborn
Biography
Amani Serys was a sickly child raised on a quiet Tython farmstead, where her parents immigrated shortly after her birth. When she was eight, the family fell victim to a plague that had spread rapidly in the local region, with both parents eventually succumbing to the disease. Amani herself made a miraculous recovery, presumably in part due to her hidden Force-sensitivity, and the aid of a Jedi healer. With nowhere else to go, the orphan was afterwards brought along to be inducted as a member of the Silver Jedi Order.
Early on, Amani proved to be an exceptionally promising student, and a prodigious healer in her own right. She threw herself into her studies, leaving room for little else in life until her later years as a padawan. For much of this time, she remained a stalwart adherent to the traditional Jedi code. However, this faith was continually tested through the many trials and tribulations that faced her generation of Jedi, culminating in a loss of her left arm and a fall to the dark side.
Following this series of events, Amani cut herself off from the force entirely, and began a personal journey in search of higher purpose. This journey took her all across the galaxy, where she often used her skills as a medic to assist communities in need. Despite initial protestations, Amani eventually found herself drawn back to the Jedi, regaining her connection to the Force and taking part in the defense of her homeworld against the Brotherhood of the Maw. Amani was thereafter spurred into action, accepting her status as a Knight of the Jedi and rejoining the fight against evil.
