UNIFORM CODE OF MAJOR FACTION OWNER CONDUCT 1.0
The following applies to all situations conducted within the public or private eye of other SWRP members.
If you do not at any point in time comply with the Uniform Code of Major Faction Owner Conduct, you will be relieved of your position, citing the resignation as “an inability to adapt” and your Major Faction will either be relieved of it's status as a Major Faction or the Faction will be forced to vote for a new Faction Owner. The Uniform Code of Major Faction Owner Conduct is as follows:
1. CREATING A POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE FOR THE COMMUNITY.
Faction Owners are held as exemplary members with the most fair and just of attitudes concerning other role-players and members. You are to set the example for others, showing common courtesy, civility, and respect.
2. ABUSE & DEROGATORY REMARKS.
At no point in time will a Faction Owner issue a racist, hateful or threatening remark towards a member of SWRP, or in sight of a member of SWRP.
3. CRITIQUING OTHERS.
Major Faction Owners may engage in the critiquing of others' ideas, but it must be done in a constructive, positive manner.
4. APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR & SHOWING RESPECT.
Every member, regardless of the Faction Owner's history with them either here or at another board, will be shown the same level of the utmost respect. This does not, however, prevent you from removing members from your Faction.
5. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY, DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL.
6. DO NOT CHALLENGE OR CORRECT A STAFF MEMBER OPENLY.
If they are wrong or you disagree, please privately discuss this with them. If they are violating rules, please report them to the Head Administrator/Board Owner.
7. DO NOT OBSTRUCT STAFF MEMBERS.
Major Faction Owners are to comply with all official requests from Staff. If you feel the requests are in violation of any of SWRP's General Rules, or disagree with the request on principal, please report this to the Head Administrator/Board Owner.
There is absolutely ZERO TOLERANCE for violating the Uniform Code of Major Faction Owner Conduct. Violations will face an immediate inquiry, and should the Major Faction Owner be found guilty of the violation, immediate expulsion.
All Major Faction Owners must post that they agree with the above Uniform Code of Major Faction Owner Conduct, in accordance with the General Rules of www.starwarsrp.net. If you do not agree or intend to comply, please PM your resignation to an Administrator privately through the board or Discord.
