Personality overview:
During his time as a One Sith, Krayzen was the epitome of arrogance: believing the Sith had a right to rule the galaxy, he was a firm adherent to the Sith Code, and looked down on various force sects, most notably the Jedi. Among his soldiers and acolytes, Krayzen was a calculated invidual, rarely showing his emotions or approval. A somewhat selfish man, he wished to ascend to the highest pinnacle of every Sith: being the Dark Lord, and was willing to do whatever means necessary to achieve this.
Despite this, he was not without redeeming qualities. Unlike the Zambrano family, Krayzen was not above sacrificing civilians for personal causes. He was also respectful towards his superiors, including his master, and Isamu Baelor. Moreover, he firmly believed in loyalty, demonstrated when he fought for the Dark Lord's survival against the usurpers, and followed Isamu to the Unknown Regions. This were among his various redeeming qualities, even though he was still a Sith.
After the One Sith fell, the Anzat entered a period of depression. Seeing an empire he believed to be invincible, and losing many of his brothers in arms during the defense of Coruscant made him self-reflect on his choices. On one hand, a humbled man, Aedan chose to attempt to redeem himself in his service to the Iron Empire. On the other hand, he lost trust towards virtually everyone around him other than a select few.
Never a typical social-gatherer, during his time in the One Sith, he could blame this on various activities. However, after the infighting among the Sith he saw, Krayzen grew disillusioned. He was a loner, rarely attending any, but the most important of social activities. The Anzat, having and continuing to suffer PTSD also chose to face this trials with a limited support system. Despite being able to hold onto a conversation, he was a loner, but not an interovert.
After the fall of the Iron Empire, he once more attempted to re-examine his life. Choosing to live only for himself and his own moral code, Krayzen vowed to himself to never form any personal friendships. Approaching life with a stoic mindset, he believed he could only trust himself to be himself. The infighting and betrayal he saw among his own troops, some of whom had served with him in the One Sith made him distrustful of virtually everyone around him.
The Anzat frequently has a wall that he uses to protect himself from any emotional harm. Deep down, like many others he longs for the feeling of affection and validation, not from his superiors, but from someone he can call a true best friend.
Will that ever be possible? Only life will decide.
