New Business

As Drakos Systems continued to expand, Krayzen decided it was time the company get new customers. All the contracts Drakos Systems had done had been for factions, and companies, but he had never done it specifically on one world. That was why the Anzat had gone to Commenor; in order to hopefully get a contract.

The Anzati had heard of the new Queen, [member="Lady Kay"]. From what he had been told, an IE delegation had arrived on Commenor. Krayzen wasn't aware of the recent developments, other than that she had apparently become more of a dictator. Ironically, as a dark-sider, the Anzati didn't approve of such things, but he wouldn't get involved in something that didn't involve him.

"Transmitting IFF tag, and transponders." Krayzen said, as he waited to get clearance. The Anzat could see his ship getting scanned, and so forth.

As he waited, he contemplated other things in his mind, wondering what he would be doing tomorrow.

Another business was looking to set up shop on Commenor. She really needed to think about extending her Minister of Trade's duties to include dealing with companies as well as other governments. But for now she'll look after it.

Clearance was given to [member="Krayzen Dratos"] and his crew, coordinates patched through that would direct them to the port closest to the Palace.

While that was all being done, Kay got herself ready, putting in contacts to hide the yellow speckles in her eyes, braiding her hair before she put it up in a bun. A small silver crown was placed on her head before she left her chambers for the hall, shrinking down her Force signature while she walked.

Krayzen would be transported to the Palace, go through yet another security checkpoint and be led to the meeting hall that Kay was heading into.

The Major General landed his starship on the planet. He then was escorted by Commenor guards to the meeting hall. Krayzen did not carry any armaments, only wearing a suit due to the formality of the meeting.

As he walked to the meeting hall, Krayzen remembered the path he had come in, not wanting to get lost in an area that he was not familiar with. Where Lady Kay had reduced her force signature, Krayzen decided there was no need for that, already knowing that many would be aware of who he was.

Soon he arrived in the meeting, and bowed to Lady Kay.

"Your Majesty." he said. "How has your day been?"

Kay bowed her head from where she sat at the head of the table. A tea set sat in the middle, and unsurprisingly, she already had a cup in her hands. "My day is going rather well, thank you. And how was your journey to Commenor?"

As of late, her personal physician had restricted her from doing anything strenuous as she needed to allow herself to heal from injuries sustained during her captivity. And she was to be put on a strict schedule. It was annoying, but he knew best. She had to not allow her stubborness to hinder her.

"Quite long as you would suspect considering I just came from Iron Empire space. Nevertheless, it was quite enjoyable. Turns out listening to some music can pass time." he said.

Krayzen wasn't a regular listener of music; even then, the former Sith knew he didn't have a choice, although he perhaps should have brought in his own personal ship to pass time. The Anzati however didn't have time to reflect on his mistake, and decided it was time to get to business.

"As you know, Drakos Systems is a company that manufactures, weapons, armor, and so forth. We would like to begin selling our products to independent planets, such as Commenor." he said, waiting for a response.

"Music? I'll have to try that. Mostly I read mystery holo-novels to pass the time. You could try that as well."

She invited [member="Krayzen Dratos"] to join her at the table and offered him some tea. She sat back in her chair as he promoted his company's wares.

"What we currently have is a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Show me what you have and we'll start from there."

[member="Lady Kay"]

Krayzen wasn't aware off reading mystery holo-novels; he nodded, making a mental note of doing that soon.

"As you wish your majesty." he said.

"Drakos Systems sells a wide variety of weapons. We sells a sonic/slugthrower hybrid, a modified Mandalorian Ripper, a dragon breath slug, an EWAR weapon; We also sell a plasma weapon. Most of our weapons are perfect against force users, but we plan to expand our list of weapons soon, as we currently are nearly selling a defensive emplacement that can be installed on various ground installations." Krayzen said

"Does that satisfy you? "

Kay nodded, however it could be written on her face that she didn't have a clue of what some of the weapons that [member="Krayzen Dratos"] described were even like. She hadn't handled many weapons herself. Mostly small blasters and the occasional thermal detonator. And of course there was her lightsaber.

"Most of your weapons are perfect against Force users? What about Herglics? Are they affective against their tough hides?" Kay recalled a certain Herglic that held her captive in a Force cage for a while. She'd love to repay his....kindness.

[member="Lady Kay"]

"They should be. Magnetically launched projectiles can penetrate through a lot of materials. This might however sound odd as a businessman, but I would suggest other weapons as well. When I go into battle, I have many weapons to prepare myself for a wide variety of threats." Krayzen said.

He then waited for her to sign the contract, as he drank her Sapir tea. The former Sith Knight waited for her to sign the contract, hoping to have completed his objective.

Kay nodded. Though she was no warrior like [member="Krayzen Dratos"] . Her battlefield was the political arena. Though that didn't mean that she was untrained and unable to handle herself for a while.

"That's a wise thing to do. I'm sure that my soldiers would appreciate this addition to their arsenal. Thank you."

With the contracts already available on hand, she read them over before signing them and handed Krayzen his copy.

Krayzen then nodded at [member="Lady Kay"], as he bowed down to her in respect. The Knight then took a copy of the contract.

"May this be a fruitful partnership."Krayzen said.

The Anzat then left, being shown the pathway by Commenor guards. Soon, he was out of Commenor's gravity well, and was on his way to Csilla.

"Two down, one more to go." he said, as he waited to arrive at Iron Empire space.
