Flashback
Unknown Planet
Unknown Camp/Base

Krayzen sat in a tent, the surrounding areas all full of broken hulls from the fleet that he led. Many of the ships that served his once great fleet were gone, taking up a significant chunk of the surrounding areas. Years had gone by since he had left Coruscant, his injuries forcing him to make a 'strategic' retreat.

When he had arrived on Mepho, the planet he occupied now, many people had died on the first few days. Thousands of soldiers had been killed by the Sithspawns, etc, while others had died of disease, and so on. A few shuttles remained, and the remaining soldiers that camped here had set up a base. Even then, distrust among them was high, as conflicts to take over as leader, cannibalism, and other things had made them wary of one another.

"Krayzen, we have gotten contact of the Nightsister sect. They will be arriving soon." he said. The Anzat, using a stick, struggled to stand. Krayzen was a broken man, a broken general. The once proud Anzati powerhouse was a shadow of his old self, bandages, etc occupying most of his body. It had taken him years to recover, and Krayzen, now a desperate individual, wanted to be saved, and be born a new.

"Tell them, I will be there." he said, mustering up a lot of his energy to even speak. He wondered what had happened while he had been in exile, but for now, he had to concentrate on his recovery.

For once, his mind was at peace. No more nightmares of soldiers dying, screams of people, and battle sounds, at least for now. Krayzne theorized it was because the Anzat had been able to push them away to the depths of his mind because for the first time in a few years, he had hope, hope he could return to known space, and be reborn. For now however, he had to focus on the task at hand, which was to meet them.

The Anzat slowly, but surely stood up, his legs shaking in the process as he used two canes(made of durasteel) to support his weight. Krayzen's body weight had reduced significantly over the years, his fat cells, and other body systems somehow being able to make him leave. For Krayzen however, it was because of the force that he was alive, and his will to survive.

He took a step, at a time, as he headed to the chair that aided in his movement. It was somewhat broken, but it's repulsorlifts made things much more quicker for the ailing Sith Knight. With the button that he moved forward, the Nightsisters waiting in an altar, waiting for him in the process.

The environment around the planet was very different from other parts of the planet. Remnants of some of the largest ships in the One Sith existed here. Krayzen's fleet had been, at least to his knowledge, among the largest, so one could only imagine the amount of ships that surrounded him. Initially, when they had crashed landed on the planet, fires had ravaged the environment that they weer in, thousands of soldiers dying in the first few days. Sithspawns, disease, and hunger killed other soldiers, however they soon learned to adapt. That was why Krayzen had picked some of the soldiers that had been under his command; because they were resourceful, skilled, and could adapt to different environments, and challenges.

Thankfully, the ruins of One Sith allowed them to have shelter, and soon, they were able to form up a base, akin to the one Hondo Onaka had made in the Clone Wars, but much more bigger. Even then, it didn't matter, as Krayzen wanted to return to the known galaxy. This would be his first step in making sure he was ready for his return. The Anzat would be a useful asset again.

"Krayzen, we are here." he said, one of his closest associates said. They had formed a mutual respect for each other, and he had served him well in quelling the rebellions that had taken place here. "Take me to them." he said in response, and nodded at his associate. Soon, they reached the Nightsisters' temporary camp, various artifacts, surrouding them, and at the center, was an altar, specifically designed for him.

After a few minutes, Krayzen saw the head of the Nightsister clan. "General Dratos.... we have been expecting you." she said, Krayzen hearing numerous voices, as well as her own speak to him. She knew that he could not speak that much, so she was quick to the point, something that Krayzen liked.

"It is my understanding that after years of searching, you have found us. Your soldiers tell me you wish afor a ritual to be done in order to strengthen you, and make you stronger than in your current state. All has been prepared General. Come with me."

Fortunately for the Anzat, they were close to the altar. When Krayzen saw it, he turned his chair around, looking at the four statues that lay next to the altar, as well as the artifacts that were here.

The Clan Mother then went, touching his head. Krayzen's associate touched his blaster in the process, but the Clan Mother put her finger up, telling him to stop.

The Clan Mother accessed his memories, and she knew the depth of Krayzen's troubles.

"Come General, we are ready." she said. Krayzen, his eyes green, struggled to stand, but she had somehow been able to restore some of his strength.

"Nighsisters, move to the four statues in the altar. We must be ready for the ritual." she said.

The Anzat went and lied on the table. Teh Anzat then began to levitate, the Nightsisters speaking in an ancient language he was not aware off, and began to cast spells, and chants on him. Green energy surrounded the Broken General, as he began to feel pale, blood coming out of his mouth in the process. He tried to think, but he couldn't, the Anzat's eyes glowing as he was completely under the Nightsisters control.

As he stood still, Krayzen experienced a flurry of the memories that he had. He could see many things, such as when he trained in Yanibar, to the time he killed a rival bounty hunter, and to the time on Coruscant, where he had stayed loyal to the Dark Lord of The Sith. And then he saw another memory, the part where he had been gravely injured, the Jedi Master using her mental powers to assault Krayzen's mental defenses, wanting to turn him into ruble. That...that was where everything had changed. That was where he had began his descent to the frail, broken man he was today.

The worst of the memories however weren't this. It was when numerous subordinates died, Krayzen feeling immense guilt at what was happening to him. Out of all the memories however, Krayzen saw himself back in his bed, contemplating the thoughts he had about the force. It had taken him months to realize that the Sith Code, and the Sith teachings weren't the right way; and that the Sith were merely people that needed to be eradicated.

After seeing his memories, Krayzen stopped seeing them, and his mind became to be put together, like pieces in a puzzle. The dark-sider's strength began to return, his injuries somewhat healing. He could feel the power of the Nightsister magics flowing through him, as he became stronger, and more powerful than he had been. It was like he was Savage Opress, but better. Most importantly, he felt that the strength was not coming through the Nighsister magics, but through his own strength. The ritual stopped, Krayzen's close associate laying on the floor, having been 'put to sleep'. When the ritual stopped, Krayzen, with the help of the Clan Mother awoke again, screaming in the process, as what he had experienced shook him

"What....have you done?" the Anzat said, his tone having a hint of hostility, as he no longer feeling the pain that he had felt when talking for the first time in years.

"We have used your own strength to rebuild you. You know that Nightsister rituals usually come out of our own strength, but we, per your specifications, used your strength to make you whole again General Dratos." she said.

Krayzen then tried using the force, feeling the dark-side of the force, but he could not feel the other part. He felt like a part of his connection had been ripped away.

"What the Jedi call the light-side is something that you can no longer use. A consequence of using your strength to repair you injuries. You can no longer use the mind tricks, and so on. You are broken, but in a sense, you have been reborn a new." she said.

She then looked at him in his eyes, her visual expression showing that she was serious. "You can repair yourself, and remove the effects of the ritual, but you will return to the frail man you once were; moreover, you must remember your debt, that you must help the Nightsisters when need be." she said. She then left him, bringing her artifacts in the process.

Minutes passed, and the close associate of Krayzen woke up, wondering who was the man that stood next to him.

"It's me, Krayzen." he said in a calm manner, contemplating in his mind what had just happened to him.

"Did they fix you?" he said.

Krayzen felt like answering no, but he decided not to. He knew that while he was in, a sense, broken, he was also better off than he had been. "Yes, they did." he said.

The Anzat, attempting to the dark-side for the first time in a while, got the chair he had, lift it up in the air, and in a wave of telekinetic energy, broke it in half. Krayzen then fell down, his knees making sure he didn't fall to the floor.

"I must begin my journey to become what I was once." Krayzen said. Despite the consequences of the ritual, it allowed him to have a foundation to begin his journey back to the top. Krayzen would soon practice his lightsaber forms, and his frequent usage of his powers would help him in his journey. Before the Anzat returned to known space, he made sure his soldiers wiped out any evidence, including, but not limited to IFF tags, computer data logs, nav computer data logs, etc of the ship belonging to the One Sith, or the ships belonging to Krayzen. The soldiers' armor were also burned, wiping out any evidence of One Sith soldiers coming here, etc.

Soon, Krayzen would return to known space, joining the Iron Empire, as he set his sites on rebuilding the power-base he once had.
