APPEARANCE: Jand is slim with pale white skin, gray eyes, cropped black hair and pointed ears. He typically wears traditional Jedi robes.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born and raised on Saijo, bred within a typical Nagai community, Jand was taught of independence and family importance from a young age. He took well to his combat meditation, and over a decade became a highly focused, disciplined and fearless warrior. His Force Sensitivity was discovered not long after, and Jand was encouraged to seek out the Jedi, in order to learn more about the power and harness it for honoring his family.

When Jand presented himself to the Jedi, he took the necessary testing, and was granted the rank of Padawan. As of yet, Jand has no master, though he has been steadily increasing his abilities under Jedi tutelage; though, given his upbringing, at times the young Nagai can feel some of the lessons and philosophical pursuits are a waste of time, yet he endures. Despite his best efforts, Jand has found the Force to be difficult to use, at least to the same capacity as a lot of other Padawans or Jedi, with his own connection being somewhat average.

Needless to say, his lessons with - and skill against - combat instructors remain outstanding.

Until Jand is selected by a Jedi Master, he remains vigilant in his group learning, but does look forward to more personal and guided teaching opportunities...
