- Accessibility: Designed as a heavily protected military base restricting access to all but its soldiers and few key government officials on Denon.
- Description: Designed as one of the several artificial islands in the Upcity ocean. With a connecting bridge on top for people to see and underground/water tunnels for movement of soldiers. The military facility is considered top of the line and holds the latest from Sasori in their technological weapons and equipment. With thick walls and shields, biots able to be grown for protection that can be deployed along with the security forces to the Upcity and surrounding districts as needed. Ayumi has pushed for more to show the larger improvements and wanting to modernize Denon.
Bridge: Designed as the main visible way for forces to move from the base to the main street of Upcitys district. With chokepoints and positions able to be taken for defensive means against invading forces that are coming outside of the shield and defensive cannons of the base itself.
Underground Tram: The main form of movement for their forces and security teams. The bridge is the visible part but the tram and its exit points within the Upcity allows protection and security forces to move unobserved throughout and emerge where it is needed.
Back Ups: Designed to house two back up power stations for the District allowing the power plants within the city to be able to be supported. The resource and supply stations within allow the base to function to feed the district and surrounding area as well as function as a distribution center for the planet as well as the system if it is needed in the case of an emergency.

Newly made and opened on Denon, with many of its military and security forces divided or owned privately by various corporations. Ayumi tried to organize one that would be within the Upcity itself. An improved function and design able to be deployed across the planet if needed but largely serve as an example of what to do for future development. The surrounding districts able to use the forces if it is needed and biots used to supplement the forces with their various forms and functions. It being one of the newer buildings that has been developed doesn't allow it to have a massive history aside from being one of the artificial islands developed for the districts slice of ocean that they worked on to develop. With reinforcements to it and room for them to be able to hold, train and equip a larger scale army.
