Sasori was able to make a mobile device for cities that could be used to work on clearing debris, repairing damage and cleaning the air or providing food and water in situations where the normal production might be compromised. THeir continued advancements in the technologies and molecular disruption to compress and overly engineer it into a smaller more portable version is important. The silver jedi able to send them to worlds as promised and provide aid even when they have largely left to establish extragalactic temples and locations across the universe.
