Force Powers

Power	Power Description	Proficiency	Natural Ability	Taught By	Thread
Precognition Also known as danger sense, was a universal Force power used by Force-sensitives with high experience in the Force. The ability of foresight was perhaps universal to the Jedi or Force-sensitives and was manifested in the form of Force visions of future events, guiding premonitions or warnings, and an inflow of prescience that helped the Jedi predict their opponent's movements.	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	Y	N/A	N/A
Psychometry	Also known as postcognition, tai vordrax or telemetry, was a Force power that was a mental technique of picking up impressions and traces of information about the object touched and the events that have surrounded it.	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	Y	N/A	N/A
Levitation	Levitation was a Force power that allowed Jedi to suspend themselves against the Force of gravity. Levitation required no direct physical contact. Using the Force, an individual could then hover in place or move about wherever they desired. Skilled and powerful Force users were able to use this ability to temporarily defy gravity, inertia, friction and other physical forces to enhance their mobility, to the point of gliding.	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	N	Okkeus Dainlei N/A
Push	The most basic applications of Force Push utilized telekinetically-derived force to push objects away from the user. It could be used to varying degrees, from simply nudging or softly moving targets away from the user, to shoving and staggering them, to knocking them backwards or to the ground, to sending them flying through the air. Functioning as both an offensive and defensive technique, the ability was a common method for Force users in repelling opponents or clearing obstacles. At more powerful levels, Force Push could manifest as a telekinetic impulse created with the Force, generating a concussive burst of pressurized air akin to an explosive force from the user's body that impacts against the target like a projectile. ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	N	Okkeus Dainlei N/A
Pull	A telekinetic ability using the Force that could cause a material body to draw close to the user. The greater the user's aptitude with this, the heavier the object that could be pulled or the more wide arc or radius of the Force "wave". It could be used to pull weapons from enemies, or, at higher levels of skill, could be used to pull enemies themselves closer to a Jedi's lightsaber range.	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	N	Okkeus Dainlei N/A
Barrier	Force barrier was a defensive technique within the Force composed of Force energy, used to block out any potentially deadly elements. The technique itself was an offshoot of telekinesis and was aligned to neither the light nor dark side but was a neutral ability any Force user could learn and deploy. Depending on the individual barrier can manifest in the form of a tangible, as well as potentially visible surface in a similar manner to deflector shields, or, more commonly, possess no physical form at all, instead manifesting as an immaterial field of telekinetically-derived force used to impede, repel or redirect intended targets away from the user.	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	N	Okkeus Dainlei Thread Not Found
Heal	Also known as Force Heal, or Cure was a power that used the force to accelerate the natural healing process rapidly, and could be used to heal the most fatal of wounds and injuries.	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	N	Ilias Nytrau Here
Suppression	A controversial mind-affecting Force power that was employed by crafty Force-sensitives. It allowed a Force-sensitive to harness the Force in order to convince others that they had been cut off from the Force itself.	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	N	Laertia Io Here
Resistance	In its most basic definition, Force resistance referred to the resilience that a Force-user exhibited against Force abilities. Since this defense could be overcome by an opponent's superior willpower and mastery of the Force, the Jedi and Sith could learn to generate an aura providing additional protection against physical Force powers. Such a technique was also known as Force resistance at the novice level, but mastery of it was ascribed the name Force immunity as its user could render some Force powers entirely inert.	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	N	Laertia Io Here
Light	A light side Force power used by the Jedi. When used against a darksider, Force light would weaken the darksider's connection to the Force. With the light of the Force, a Jedi could either purge or contain dark side manifestations or nexus points, whether in places, spirits, or even living persons, though sometimes to detrimental effect	▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮	N	Tiland Kortun Here
