Description:
The Chase Life line of clothing was designed by Chase Fashion in order to make the galaxy a safer place. Consisting of normal civilian clothes and even blankets protected against ballistic and blaster attacks the line was designed to offer affordable, fashionable, and safe wear for civilians throughout the galaxy. And then Orcus saw it. The great whale saw an opportunity. While the line was both trendy and ‘hot’ there was a missing element, high fashion. [member="Hion the Herglic"] saw opportunity to enhance the line and sell to the ultrarich.

Although [member="Damian Starchaser"] wouldn’t have normally dealt with a Sith Lord, especially one as open as Hion. @Danger Arceneu was called in and a deal was made.

Consisting of a three-piece suit, the Chase Life line is a premier product marketed to business professionals who often find themselves in dangerous situations. Made from pure shell spider silk and carbon microfibers, this suit is capable of withstanding even a direct hit from blaster bolts and vibroblades. Energy based weaponry deflects off of the suit courtesy of the shell spider silk. The carbon microfibers also proof the suit against a normal caliber slugthrower. Obviously, kinetic impact was a big worry here at Chase Fashion and Herglic Haute Couture, but the nature of the fibers render the impact of an average caliber bullet comparable to that of a water balloon. The wearer, however is encouraged not to test the suit when it comes to greatswords, hammers, clubs or any other unwieldy implement of destruction.

Cooling pads placed in the vest enable the wearer to maintain temperature control at their leisure. No stifle, no sweat. Moisture wicking fabric keeps grime and water away, preventing unpleasant stains. The cufflinks are fashioned from cut corusca gems. The buttons are encrusted with crushed naboo night pearl.

In addition deflex armor, a silicon based smart fabric able to harden upon impact allowing the suit to react to potential kinetic threats.

The Chase Life line does not insure against disruptor based weaponry.
