  • Wealth: Wealthy: Highly profitable as the entertainment district of Denon with a hardened security force and self sustaining module buildings for food, water, energy and air production on the planet. High end market stalls and storefronts for a number of galactic companies, access to one of the few invisible market locations for the ultra rich that trades in items and pieces where the price Invisible Market flourishes. The ultra wealth of Upcity is massive as it generates and with deals it has slowly started reaching out to other districts.
  • Stability: High: Maintained with clean streets, low crime rates an pristine buildings. The food production is sold off to other districts and bribes are heavy coming out of the district to appease Corpsec who have treated the area as a neutral ground. With advances their security forces are better equipped to handle threats and defensive means across the district ensure threats rarely can make it into the city with advanced shielding. The protection improve the morale of the people and expands what they are able to do. With the dome shielding around the district presenting clear skies and converters making clean air and water.
  • Freedom & Oppression: Regulated, while it does boast freedom to do as you want and pursue your dreaams it is also secluded and isolated compared to the rest of Denon. Ayumi has worked to ensure much of Upcity is secured with its own defensive measures and the few pathways into the district serve to isolate it in case of attack. Upcity hosts some of the most open celebrations with fireworks and expressionist districts for art and entertainment. Theater shows in the parks.
  • Description: A massive district full of hundreds of levels that have been rebuilt with much from Sasori and other corporations that wanted to revitalize the Republic at the time. Its self sustaining modules and defensive measures. Compared to the rest of Denon all of the levels are largely used with even the lowest levels that connect to Denon secured and used in the deepest pits of the city for power and production or even storage. The years have been overly kind and upcity has changed with Denon but expande din many places beyond it with more means of drawing in credits and a massive outflow of food, clean water, energy, medical supplies and even construction droids to the other districts it continues to draw in heavy amounts of credits making even the poorest citizens of the district exponentially richer than others.
POINTS OF INTEREST
Opera House: Grand in its styling with a massive hardlight projection system to display and change itself out. Anti gravity generators and some of the finest singers from across the galaxy. On the surface and within range of the floating mansions.

Restaurants: Wanting food, there are hundreds of galaxy rated five star restaurants and even niche diners with scenic displays or even shows with dinner theater. THe deeper ones goes into the levels the more rough they might become but all of them are able to import or grow their own food.

Security Barrier: Designed with defensive world armor planetary shielding. The barrier is made to protect from attacks in orbit to just as equally other districts. It serves to be one of the layers of security along with importated Atrisian turrets and defensive platforms. THe barrier has continued to change and improve making infiltration of the district exponentially harder. From anti air for fighters that can saturate the skies above with flak to sectional shielding and anti vehicle and infantry turrets designed to defend from sieges.

Dance Clubs: Run by the Exotic Entertainers' Union that supply dancers for the clubs and high society gala's. The different dance clubs are reserved for the richest on Denon.

High End shops: Designed and run by a number of guilds and groups. The shops cater to the ultra wealthy of Denon and bring the exotic Jewelers' Guild and Zeltron Artistry Guild to the forefront of the rich residents.

Waterway: Rich and opulent.. Upcity hosts its own waterfalls system where the water goes down and is recycled into a never ending flow to give the look of amazing luxury as well as be able to sell some of the highest price buildings for living in its already highly priced district. Hydrostatic shielding to keep the water from being lost as well as people, boats from going over the edge are important. As well as a means to keep the fish imported to the waters for fishing. Billion credit yachts sold that can be piloted around in the waters and plenty of space as it extends to the dome shielding that is there presenting clear and prestine areas. Sandy beaches and more with sections for scuba and swimming with exotic creatures from across the galaxy.

Central HUB: Housing the large entertainment district and beautiful to see for the ones who come to the district. Hundreds of shops and many levels plunging down from a massive shaft to the lowest and surface levels. The deeper one goes down the more dangerous it gets. With the lowest levels being used and converted over the years into stronger manufacturing and processing centers to create high end conversion technologies and labor droids and biots.

Ayumi's Tower: Designed to be central to Upcity and where Ayumi can oversee much of the district. Especcially the flow of credits within it that are being collected and used to continue to fund the larger and more grand projects of the wealthy from lavish gardens to artificial lakes and zero gravity dance troupes.

Upcity Temple: Built from the old science building, the temple itself is hidden supporting and training a different type of jedi on Denon. ONes more tech savvy and better at handling the corporations as needed. The exterior of the temple looking like the building and housing the anchorpoints allowing access to the temple itself.

Upcity Entertainment District: A central District of Upcity, with lights, concerts, cafes and more attracting the galaxies rich and famous. Overseen by its own security and one of the lowest crime areas of Denon.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Historically one of the cleaner districts on Denon, Upcity wasn't always called such as for the longest time it was just ane entertainment district. Low on residents but high on businesses and establishments like casinos and entertainment venues. Massive signs of hardlight able to be seen for miles and from orbit. With the Republic like the rest of Denon it became part of the city and survived throughout the centuries. The Plagues and attacks came as many died but it endured... decaying and in shambles when Ayumi Pallopides Ayumi Pallopides became the senator she used what influence and bills she could to start a massive infrastructure overhaul of the planet starting with the 19th district. The first and foremost thing was to gut it with massive construction carving the levels of the planet and super structure out and recycling it into new self sustaining modules in the buildings. residents with food production, water cleaning, air filters and their own power plants making each unit invaluable for residence on the planet itself. Next came overhauling many of the entertainment districts, with decrepit buildings falling they worked to revitalize and rebuild the buildings... new districts coming up that reflected the high end entertainment that was on display for the wealthy elites across Denon. Compared to many of the other locations and districts the 19th served as a neutral ground of sorts with its own security forces forming from the remnants of the failed project... a global security aand police force that would protect and try to fight back against the corporate influences with law and order... it didn't work as intended and is largely only secluded to Upcity.
