- Description: Employed on Denon as the newly outfitted and organized police. When Ayumi took over as Senator she brought many innovations to the world to make it better suited to modern times. One of them was standard high quality equipment to protect the police and security forces on the planet. The districts being built or rebuilt to divide it up and with some of the newer improvements it is a better standard. The recruits and officers all received the basics of training in the use of weapons and equipment. Previous combat experience might be with some who come from different background but most are fresh and untrained. Once the initial training is completed they are assigned a precinct and squad. Squads are generally small with a medic, a sniper and three others. Each squad works different crimes in the city and report to their captains who report to the higher authorities protected by some of the stronger and more elite units protecting different offices. They have been retrained... outfitted with the latest technologies and equipment available and designated elite security. escorting personnel of importance or responding to problems.

Formed from the old attempted police forces that were meant to bring more law and order to Denon. It worked for a small time but funding from the Republic was cut short when it collapsed and the project to fund and change was abandoned in many places. With most being pulled into Upcity that had been isolated thanks ot much of the construction efforts on the planet to rebuild using the advanced modules for production and living. So the police became more bodyguard while the older security forces were able to take over as the common boots on the ground. THey would protect the economy of Upcity and its citizens which would extend eventually after they were taken care or to the surrounding districts and Ayumi's goal was to show how superior they were to get others to agree to follow them. Their training and technological edge advanced drastically before they were able to function like bodyguards and when Darkwire and corporations provided problems.. they would work in the shadows with bribes, clandestine operations and rarely a threat or elimination. Usually in favor of protecting Upcities monopoly on the highly lucrative invisible market.
