  • Ride the Wave: With the elevated lethality of sonic and concussive weapons in underwater environments, the Nyssrak-type has uprated protection against these threats, allowing for excellent resistance to kinetic and sonic attacks.
  • White Water Rapid: With its subaquatic propulsion system and leg-mounted thrusters, the Nyssrak-type is incredibly fast and agile underwater, allowing the wearer to quite easily swim and / or jet circles around their targets. In addition, due to the pressure normalizer, the concerns of nitrogen narcosis are effectively nullified, meaning that swimmers can change their depth at will.
  • Orca: The Nyssrak-type has a greatly-diminished observation profile owing to its camouflage and polymer coatings, while the D-baffling system renders it nearly dead silent. Both of these systems lower the overall signature of the suit, but they do not offer true stealth capability or invisibility. Instead, they serve to make the suit and its wearer more difficult to distinguish from the surrounding environment and harder to pick out.
  • Shark: Achieved via energized and reactive polymer materials incorporated into the body glove, the suit gives the wearer a fourfold strength enhancement, notably giving a significant boost to the wearer’s swimming capabilities. In addition, the Ghost Link allows the wearer to control virtually all of the armor's functions and attached subsystems via mental command. Further mental enhancement comes from the suit itself, which heightens and accelerates the user’s thought processes by supplementing them with processing power of the onboard computers. Thus, the suit enhances the user both physically and mentally.

  • Tensor: Although the suit is optimized to mitigate damage from most forms of energy-based assaults, tensor weapons are indeed the exception. In firing compressed tractor beam waves, they can bypass most of the defenses and affect the wearer’s body at a cellular level, with the potential to cause severe injury or outright death.
  • Surface Damage: While the suit’s equipped Dream Sight possesses an extremely advanced surface-integrated passive reception array, any direct damage to the surface of the armor may diminish the effectiveness of the system due to the destruction of a number of passive micro-sensors. This can result in blind spots in the passive reception array.
  • Shield Projector Fragility: The Nyssrak-type is a high-tech platform that depends in large part on its electronics for its defensive prowess and lethality. Thus, should its electronics be overloaded, disabled, or impaired, the suit’s ability to protect its wearer will suffer in turn. In such a case, the miniaturized intrinsic shield projector array might suffer malfunction. Since this system is a linchpin to the armor’s resistance against disruptors (the armor plating by itself is unable to adequately defend against this weapon type as solid materials can not be proofed against disruptors), these weapon will likely pose an especially mortal threat to the wearer in the event of system failure.

With increased Sith activity on water worlds and in aquatic environments, the need for an aquatic assault combat diving suit became more pressing. Out of this need, the Nyssrak-type Aquatic Assault Sith Trooper Diving Suit was born. Christened after a long-extinct aquatic predator from Korriban, the Nyssrak-type came into being with the aim of reestablishing Sith dominance in aquatic environments. First United Astral Engineering was utilized as the designer, with the company’s experience in developing the Taral-type Mk. II seen as testament to its efficacy.

The ease of swimming was among the chief design considerations for the Nyssrak-type. Thus, the suit includes a number of features intended to make the task easier. For one, the density modulation system responds to wearer feedback to adjust the suit’s density at will. To ease descents, the system will increase the density, while doing the opposite for ascents. In turn, the system will stabilize the density at a certain level in the event that the user seeks to stay at a stable depth, whatever that depth is. Reactive polymers enhance user strength, considerably lowering the stamina demands of swimming. In addition, these same reactive polymers (artificial muscles) can constrict around the extremities to prevent the movement of gas bubbles within the blood.

While the Nyssrak-type was initially developed to be exclusive to the Kainate, given the dearth of combat diving platforms in the wider Sith Order, it was decided that the suit would be delivered to Sith Order forces and units who requisitioned them in exchange for a certain tithe paid to Malsheem.

All in all, the Nyssrak-type is anticipated to significantly advance the Sith Order’s ability to wage aquatic warfare. It is hoped that Sith commanders will no longer have to rely on outside suppliers or ancient technology in order to adequately equip their forces for aquatic environments.

Naturally, exposure to this substance can be fatal or deadly to various degrees, for both the organ itself and the Nuetralizer, as well.

DESCRIPTION
Derived from the capabilities of the Crisis Nuetralizer, the Bio-Organic Drug Synthesis Organ is a medication, drug, and healing agent synthesis organ. It is capable of synthesizing any number of drugs, vaccines, healing agents, antidotes, and other medications from the host’s body fluids. In this regard, it is ideal for ‘outback’ and battlefield clinics, where drug shortages are common. All in all, the organ is hoped to expand and broaden Calligenia's treatment capabilities, allowing her to treat patients under even the most demanding conditions.

  • Acerbic Affliction - Unfortunately, acid weapons are very effective at eating through the protective material to harm the wearer directly, potentially inflicting a host of dangerous effects.
  • Neck Piece - The neck piece houses sensitive electronics, defensive projectors, targeting assistance, sensors, and other support systems. While resilient, damage to this part could compromise these functions, leaving the wearer deprived of head protection, sensors, and other utility functions.
  • Mechanical Mutation - While lacking some of the more demanding systems present in many armors produced by First United Astral Engineering, the Kor'ethyr Academy Uniform Ensembles still has a degree of advanced technology and automation. A skilled practitioner of Mechu-deru could feasibly disable these systems and put the wearer at a disadvantage, provided that they have a clear line of sight to their target

  • Multi-Layered Damage Resistance: The undersuit does not rely on a single defensive mechanism. Rather, it stacks multiple systems that interact synergistically. Incoming attacks are first intercepted by conformal shielding, then diffused by energy dispersion systems, then resisted by composite armorweave, and finally dampened by kinetic gel layers. This creates a cascading defense effect, where even if one layer is partially compromised, subsequent layers continue to reduce damage. The result is exceptional survivability against both single strikes and sustained engagements.
  • Skin Shield: Blaster fire, disruptors, plasma, electrical discharges, bullets, and shrapnel are all handled with remarkable efficiency. The triple-phase shielding absorbs and deflects energy-based attacks, while the Anti-Shank shear-thickening layer and armorweave composite neutralize high-velocity kinetic threats. In practice, this allows the wearer to withstand direct hits that would incapacitate or kill conventional soldiers, maintaining operational capability under heavy fire.
  • Extreme Thermal Tolerance: Thermal shielding allows the wearer to operate in environments with intense heat, fire, or plasma exposure. Directed flamethrowers, thermal detonator shock-heat, and heat bloom are far less lethal than they would be to conventional armor.
  • Storm Chaser: Solar ray shielding, liquid-aenite electronic treatment, estrian armorweave and the AEGIS nanoarray make the suit extraordinarily resilient to ion weapons, EMP grenades, and electronic warfare. This prevents catastrophic system shutdowns common to advanced defensive systems.
  • Presence Obfuscation and Force Resistance: Through the integration of terentatek hide and taozin-based biological interference, the suit provides resistance to direct Force manipulation and suppression of Force-based detection. Force users will find it significantly more difficult to sense, target, or directly affect the wearer. This creates a critical edge in encounters with Force-sensitive opponents, forcing them to rely more on conventional means.
  • Progressive Self-Repair: Programmable matter integrated into the suit allows it to gradually repair damage and reseal compromised sections. While not instantaneous, this capability ensures that minor breaches, tears, or degradation do not accumulate over time. The suit effectively recovers between engagements, extending its operational lifespan and maintaining protective integrity during prolonged missions.
  • Enhanced Physical Performance and Mobility Preservation: Despite its immense defensive capability, the undersuit remains lightweight and flexible. The reactive polymer structure amplifies the wearer’s strength by approximately 2.5 times baseline while preserving a full range of motion. This allows for high agility, speed, and combat fluidity, making the wearer both durable and highly maneuverable.
  • Universal Multi-Spectrum Stealth Capability: The undersuit is an apex stealth platform. Photo-reactive coating bends and mimics visible light, while Skuggalegt polymer disrupts sensor returns across a wide range of scanning technologies. Thermoguard eliminates thermal signatures, mirror masking suppresses life signs and D-baffling reduces acoustic output. Together, these systems render the wearer extraordinarily difficult to detect by sight, sound, scanners, or even advanced tracking systems, enabling infiltration, ambush, and evasion at an elite level.
WEAKNESSES
  • Slow Self-Repair Cycle: Programmable matter repairs are gradual. Severe damage incurred in rapid succession cannot be immediately undone and may accumulate during prolonged engagements. It goes without saying that the programmable matter will not be able to effect repairs during most live confrontations.
  • Shield Projector Criticality: The undersuit is a high-tech defensive system that depends in part on its electronics for its defensive prowess. Thus, should its electronics be overloaded, disabled, or impaired, its ability to protect the wearer will suffer in turn. In such a case, the Echani shield array might suffer malfunction. Since this system is a linchpin to the undersuit’s resistance against disruptors (the protective material by itself is unable to adequately defend against this weapon type as solid materials can not be proofed against disruptors), these weapons will likely pose an especially mortal threat to the wearer in the event of system failure.
  • Unprotected Head: The suit by itself provides no protection to the head. This leaves the brain, eyes, and central nervous system exposed to virtually all forms of attack. Even with the suit’s immense body protection, a single well-placed strike to the head can be decisive. Additionally, many of the suit’s defensive advantages (such as kinetic dampening) do not extend to preventing brain trauma from indirect forces, making concussive effects and precision targeting especially dangerous.
  • Radiation Vulnerability: Despite its advanced systems, the suit offers little resistance to ionizing and weaponized radiation. Worse, some of its materials may retain or trap radioactive particles once exposed. In nuclear, cosmic, or radiological environments, the wearer may be at significant risk without additional shielding. This creates a serious survivability gap in certain extreme or strategic scenarios.
  • Circumvented: The suit’s terentatek hide construction and integration provides excellent protection against direct applications of the Force, including (but not strictly limited to) mechu-deru and direct telekinetic influences. However, indirect applications of the Force (i.e. using the Force to generate bursts of pressurized air, throw rocks, generate elemental effects, etc.) may still be effective, depending on the specific resistance that the suit has to the attack in question.
DESCRIPTION
Esmeralda’s Skinsuit is a form-fitting suit designed to be worn under armor or an outfit as a base layer. It is a fully integrated survival, stealth, and combat enhancement system, designed to render its wearer as little more than a ghost. In this, its stealth systems render her undetectable in virtually every method of detection, while the defensive systems give her supreme resilience against most forms of attack.

Covering the wearer from the neck down, the suit is constructed from an estrian-terentatek hide composite armorweave, which provides high resistance to energy, kinetics, and ionic effects, while the terentatek fibers grant significant resistance to direct Force applications. Shell spider silk reinforces the joints, ensuring flexibility without compromising durability. Beneath this lies the Anti-Shank Cloth underlayer, which is a dilatant fluid-impregnated material that flash-hardens against high-velocity impacts, stopping bullets and blades while cushioning falls.

The suit’s defensive core is a triple-phase Echani shield projector array, which is conformal to the body rather than manifesting as a bubble. Its solar ray layer resists electrical, ionic, and plasma effects; its particle layer stops kinetic projectiles; and its thermal layer guards against fire and directed heat. A hybrid AEGIS Nanoarray-energy sink system disperses and absorbs excess energy, protecting against electricity and stun weapons while complementing the shields. Liquid-aenite coats all sensitive electronics, granting extreme resistance to ion and EMP disruption. And internal systems are lined with ultra-thin terentatek hide microfibers to shield them from Force-based manipulation.

The suit is fully vacuum-sealed with an integrated life support system, including temperature regulation and coolant tubing. Programmable matter is woven throughout, providing self-repair and self-sealing capabilities that slowly heal damage over time. A reactive polymer construction enhances the wearer’s strength by approximately 2.5 times baseline.

The suit’s stealth capabilities are extraordinary. The outer layer is a photo-reactive coating that bends light to render the wearer nearly invisible. Beneath it, a stealth polymer layer absorbs light, defeats sensors, and provides very high EMP protection. This polymer combines stygian-triprismatic polymer, reflec, shadowskin, nightshadow, and shadowsilk technologies into a single weightless, sensor-defeating matrix. From here, the suit’s mirror construction masks life signs, while the thermoguard system renders the wearer invisible to infrared and thermal scanners. D-baffling and a sound dampening overlay eliminate noise and protect against sonic attacks. Finally, a Taozin skin nodule blurs and clouds Force senses, making the wearer nearly undetectable to Jedi and Sith alike.
