A Decentralized company most comfortable operating and doing business in Unaligned Space, Sword Herald is a sort of Decentralized Mobile Weapons corporation selling cheap but high quality weapon and Droid reproductions to various factions and state actors that need to supply themselves with untraceable Weaponry for operations, with an emphasis on Weaponry that harms Bryn'adul for official, in house products. It also makes a considerable fortune selling black market cybernetics and highly illegal weaponry to paying private customers. It's ultimate loyalty however is to the Black Knight in secret, as many of its employees and scientists are refugees from Bryn'adul slaughters that she rescued who have had their official identities changed. No officials however will meet with customers in person: Orders are conducted in pre-arranged meetings within bare rooms that have two way mirrors, which the salesman sits behind and remote controls a holoprojection displaying the catalogue. Delivery of orders is pre-arranged at drop off points. Resources are constantly scavenged, Equipment broken down and repurposed from various battlefields. Donations and Money constantly come in, which will enable it to upgrade to more advanced mobile facilities
RATIONALE
As Xiphos's war with seemingly the whole Galaxy enters a new and deadly phase, it was determined that she must start building her own capital in order to keep up supply and demand for her Army up, and take the first steps to true financial independence.
To that end, her incredibly rich benefactor Arianna Belasko secured massive amounts of slush funds and purchased multiple old cargo vessels outside that have been converted to highly modern and efficient minifacturing ships, with an emphasis on cheap, easily built high quality weapons, droids and equipment lacking serial numbers, and truly black market goods. Special Care was taken to obscure the upper workings of the Company to outsiders...as far as anyone is concerned, Sword Herald is a Legitimate--if heartlessly opportunistic--military grade supplier with no loyalties to any but themselves and their profits...
