SPECIAL FEATURES

STRENGTHS

Why won't you die?: The regenerative nature of this HRD makes it difficult to destroy It can survive fatal blood loss and major organ damage or removal, even a broken neck or having half it's head blasted off, and keep fighting, and will regenerate all damage suffered over the course of seven hours, depending on the severity of injury, as long as half it's brain and at least ten percent of its body remains. (This can lead to interesting situations if it's split in half length wise, as both halves will grow into an individual Nuetralizer). It's genetics being spliced with a Ysalamiri render it highly resistant to the Force.

Outbreak: Capable of producing universal antidotes, and vaccines from it's blood by being exposed to immensely deadly poisons or disease, whether airborne or through skin contact

Fallout: Capable of absorbing and breaking down large levels of deadly radiation in its body, cleansing an area of up to a 200 meter radius on its own over the course of seven hours. Savagely irradiated areas can be made safe for habitation over the course of two weeks if you deploy up to half a legion of them. It's blood is a universal donor that acts like a radiation/Bio Weapon inoculant to most species, allowing them to survive in highly irradiated or biological hazard areas for up to a week per dose. This aspect of its abilities is due to its genetics being adapted from the Medical Nuetralizers

Protector: Programmed to regard House Io on a universal basis as it's family which must never be harmed and always Protected or obeyed without question. This programming is so ingrained it cannot be reprogrammed or removed, even with the Force, and it has stringent secondary algorithms that prevent it from choosing to complete it's objectives at the cost of betraying or compromising the House, with directives to shut down and manually reboot should those two issues ever come into real conflict. It's also programmed for severe crisis management during disease outbreaks, environmental disasters, targeted terrorism, or radiological hazards, and has the authority to initiate a quarantine in House Io territory in an emergency.

Gravity: Able to resist gravity swells and gravity based weapons due to its Dovin Basal Heart

Modular: Capable of accepting both genetic and cybernetic upgrades, including ones that drastically alter it's appearance. (Stealth/Anti Stealth Modifications require a new sub)

Fitness: Twice as fast, strong, and reflexive as a normal human at factory settings

Not to be trifled with: It's is still a Nuetralizer and is an very deadly, capable combatant in one on one, capable of decimating even Veteran soldiers or the occasional cocky Jedi

The Brains Department: Extremely Intelligent and learns from every encounter, with a full range of human emotions

WEAKNESSES

Slugs: Bullets tear through its flesh easily

Blasters: Ordinary blasters tear into it's body also

Sonic: Sonic weapons disrupt it's databases, severely disorienting it for two minutes

Vibro: Vibroweapons slice into it easily

Explosions: A heavy enough explosive is the best option to take it out on the first go

Paddle Beams: Paddle Beams heavily stun it for a period of 14 seconds

Not Infantry: Not designed as a frontline combatant at factory specs, but can grow into the role with experience and the right modifications

Alchemy: Alchemized Diseases and Poisons take twice as long as other cures to synthesize

DESCRIPTION

The Crisis Nuetralizer Model 1 is an advanced HRD built to handle a severe environment crisis. Capable of absorbing vast amounts of radiation and breaking it down harmlessly in its body, it's capable of purifying entire areas, with even it's blood being useful as a universal vaccine or antidote to bio weapons such as diseases and poison, and Radiation Inoculant to most species. The development of this Nuetralizer was spurned by reports of The Maw Brotherhood using radiation grenades at Jedha.

      Explosions: A heavy enough explosive is the best option to take it out on the first go
      Pulse Wave: Has not only no resistance to pulse wave weapons, but exposure slows the rate at which they heal, doubling it's length for 24 hours
The following cannot be used as resistances. As for the reason of Pulse Wave, you already used Energy. Pulse Wave is merely a disruptor weapon on a lower scale, hence why not allowed. Disruptors however are an allowed resistance if you wish to replace it with that.

It can survive fatal blood loss and major organ damage or removal, even a broken neck or having half it's head blasted off, and keep fighting, and will regenerate all damage suffered over the course of seven hours, depending on the severity of injury, as long as half it's brain and at least ten percent of its body remains. (This can lead to interesting situations if it's split in half length wise, as both halves will grow into an individual Nuetralizer). It's genetics being spliced with a Ysalamiri render it highly resistant to the Force.
Tough to kill would do, this is a mass production droid, not a unique extreme resistance droid. Please rewrite this. You cannot also grow more individual neutralizers from splitting.

That is eight hundred feet, I rather see a submission talk about this before I let this through as it seems a bit powerful.

Altered Armaments section, altered why won't you die strength to be more in line with the General Purpose Nuetralizer sub, and altered is fallout strength to only absorb Radiation in a 200 meter Radius and provided a link that explains it was adapted from a Medical Nuetralizer, and made it only 2x faster stronger and more reflexive than a normal human, Listib Hibin Listib Hibin
