The disadvantage to Green Team being where they were is that the armor that they were not really capable of lasting long in a sustained firefight, not that they were incapable, they were very much so. However, their armor was more designed for stealth and speed than combat. That being said, their armor also helped them in their movement as the tech inside the suits carried more or less the same capabilities as the Mk II. So they were mowing through what opposition there was on their way up to the hostages from the rear. What opposition they did face was so caught off guard that they were not really opposition at all. In fact, their stiffest opposition came at the ground level and seemed distracted at the sounds, or at least apparent sounds, of a brawl upfront. Whatever was happening had these guys spooked already.

With Blue Team making their way down to the ground level to reinforce the Jedi (and Sauriel making his ridiculously good shot), Red and Gold teams were inserting from several floors above. Ziplining across was not a move that was conventional, which is why it seemed to work. The EMP rockets that they had already fired had an unexpected concussive effect thus those thugs that were still coherent were few and far between. Unfortunately, they did not live long as kill shots came swiftly. The survivors begged for and were given quarter, no sense killing sentients that were sincerely giving up, especially since the general consensus seemed to be that many of them were simply "not getting paid enough for this". Immediately without any type of orders, Samael set up a "cover" position at the grand staircase as did Castiel, but where Samael was in a position to sweep the entire stairway (and room in effect), Castiel was in a "cover" position of his teammate and friend and pick his own shots.

Naturally, the hostages were frightened and if they were not cowering before, they were now.

SJDF ladies and gentlemen. Consider yourselves rescued, now please stay calm, we'll have these collars off of you and have you out of here momentarily.

Please try to move as little as possible, as while the collars are inert, there is still the old notion that "anything is possible."

Gabriel just looked at Bartleby and then at many of the now confused hostages.

No pressure.

His jokes weren't always funny to everyone, this one hopefully was.

...
... yeah, we scare them.

As Omeal got out onto the street, a fireball that contained what used to be a functioning relay blasted up into the sky. The terrorists had clearly had a backup plan. Well, it was time to see these terrorists in person.

Sauriel's voice almost sounded like a child at a fireworks event. He almost sounded like he would have OOOOOed and AWWWWWWed if he didn't stop himself first. "Wow, such a pretty fireball. It is a good thing we don't have to clean that up. It would be fun to kick around all the dead bodies"

Micheal's eye roll could be heard through the voice comm. "We never clean things up remember. We are special forces, we don't replace the door we bust down."

The Former ARC quickly keyed in, irritated "Shut up both of you. We got a job to finish." As they raced up the street and the Jedi who was just reaching the door, Omeal sensed he was about to see another "Jedi at work moment" when just as they reached the entrance, Master Vanagor ripped the door off its hinges with ease and ignited his two-bladed lightsaber, entering the building as he batted away blaster bolts from the terrorist defenders. "Sauriel, take lead!" It was a split-second call, he knew he couldn't be trusted to lead with the Jedi inside and well... he actually liked Micheal some so Sauriel it was then. Not like Sauriel would pass up a chance at action anyways.

What Omeal thought was a wide smug grin under the helm of his armor, the big man replied with the same "better than you" attitude that he had when he missed his first shot as he surged ahead of the other two. "Alright Rook, let me show you..."

Omeal tried not to shout as he tried to fight the pounding headache in his brain from the other two's bickering. "Oh just get on with it!"

"Geez, what sandscorpion crawled up your buttcrack today? You would think that you actually liked these bantha poo-eating terrorists... Maybe you should join them so I could kill you too. Just butcher your body and I'll see what I let remain" Omeal ignored the comments, they had a job to do and arguing wasn't going to get it done/ Sauriel quickly breached the building and fired off a single shot past the Master's ear and into one of two Weequay twins that were getting ready to fire at the Master's head. The other two snipers were too busy entering and clearing the doorway to hear focus on the small talk between the two. It was clear by the surrendering Terrorist grunts that the mission was wrapping up but it wasn't over till it was over. Omeal quickly found the Jedi Master's comm channel and reported in "Master, there is still an Enemy VIP on the roof that Aayla has pinned down. You might want to get up there before they manage to escape or something bad happens to either one of them. Omega will handle the rest of the mission down here."

Omeal didn't wait for a response from the Jedi, both had better things to do than wait around. He quickly went to the crying Twilek secretary he had seen early and started to work on her collar off. Through pleading teared-up eyes, the woman clung to the iron soldier that had just entered her life as she pleaded with whatever voice she had left after what she had gone through. "Please... get this thing off of me... I want it off!" Well, it was clear what goals she wanted to accomplish in the next minute at least. "Don't worry, we will get this off of you, and then you can go home." With this, the woman's cries turned to sniffles as Omeal broke into the locking mechanism and released the device from her neck. The woman quickly uncurled and smashed her lips against the trooper's metal helmet. "Oh thank you! You are a true hero!" The Clone could only chuckle in his head as he hoped that the rest of the hostages would thank him like this.

Finishing the move, there was the sound of laser meeting metal that drew her attention away from the 'fight' the pair were having. A little droid fizzled, popped, and whirled down in defeat as Phalsi made a sound of silent awe.

No wonder the little thing had escaped her for so long.

Aayla stood, her face contorted slightly as Phalsi made a quizzical tilt of her head before the other shadow spoke. A light smile appeared before she watched the other make a break for the stairwell.

"Oh no. Don't do that. Don't go help people." Her voice was sarcastic, the dual sabers shutting off as she watched Aayla dissappear into the building below.

She sighed, listening to the sound of the everything around her as she walked around the stairwell entrance. Softly whistling to herself as she pushed her foot around to reveal the Just in Case cloak. It shimmered against her foot, she knelt and her hands slipped over the thing.

Opening the bundle, it revealed a different set of clothes as she nodded to herself before opening a secure line to Yula.

"Hot-pants, this is glow-stick. Get off the pot and hit the trail." She sent her secret message to Yula, a last ditch effort to keep the Perl out of trouble.

Pulling the cloak up, she held it upright with stasis, the edges in a curtain shape as she quickly changed to different clothes.

She took the mask off, fixing her hair needles before holding her hands out and letting the stasis dissipate. The cloak fluttered down, her mask bundled into it before she tucked it into the case on her new clothes. She adjusted her belt before following Aayla down, a sith-spit grin on her face.

OBJECTIVE I: Save the Hostages.
Blaster fire was heard, and Kadan immediately feared the worst. The sound of his footsteps thudding down the hall become louder, as a lone patrol guard seemed to be almost cowering in the corner, though was still brave enough to whip his rifle towards the padawan and fire off a series of blasts towards him. A blazing purple blade cut through the dark, and met the blasts head on. Kadan batted the shots away, knocking them harmlessly into the wall, and followed up with a swift hand gesture. The rifle was jerked out of the man's hand, and his head smacked against the back of the wall as the padawan leapt and drove a force imbued knee right into his chest.
The man was no longer a threat, but the hostages were still at risk no doubt. Moving quickly, he leapt down another flight of stairs, his senses honing in on the hostages, trying to see who was doing what, how many were safe and if-
He stopped, a mix of disappointment and relief bubbled up in his gut. His saber deactivated, the Mandalorian taking a step back until his back touched the wall, as he slowly leaned up against it. He took in a breath, feeling that he had failed his objective, having taken too long in the infiltration. It only lasted for a moment, as he recalled that not everyone was safe. "Aayla, Omega team got the hostages, are you okay?" He spoke over his comm, his attention returning to his special someone, as he moved to return back to the roof, unsure if she was locked in combat with that strange figure.

What the f...

Caltin Vanagor has become a lot since coming out of the ice of Rhen Var so many months ago. He is working on his introvert tendencies, he is being, or at least trying to be more open and social, he is making progress. He doesn't even have the problem with authority so much anymore. That being said. Not even Grandmasters have earned the right in his eyes, to tell him how to do his job. Whoever this individual was that was on comms indeed meant well, and the big guy was making his way to the roof once he had seen Sauriel and Michael of Omega Squad slowly make their way in behind him, another in tow that he had not met yet.

The next few floors were easy, he came across a random thug that was knocked out with a punch, thrown into a wall, or given immediate quarter to if they realize that they were not in for what they signed up for. It was when he reached the middle floors that the bi guy ran into the hostages en masse and the rest of Omega Squad tending to their collars. Azrael took a moment to approach him.

We're fine here, Master Jedi. If you want to move further or assist is of course your call.

Caltin nodded.

I'm heading to the roof. Do you have a new guy?

The Captain nodded.

Indeed. He's a sniper by trade. Think he has more skills though than he's letting on. Get this, he was a Clone from your time. Good enough guy. Works hard.

He nodded at Caltin's lightsabers, the massive Jedi Master acknowledged the observation, it surprised him to hear that the man was a clone considering their programming.

Might want to have a word with him about being so headstrong. I knew about those on the roof.

He winked and went to leave as Azrael was calling for Bartleby to take care of that. Caltin didn't have an issue with whoever "ordered" him to the roof, not at all, and in fact if approached once all of this was said and done would probably offer an ale and a seat so they could swap stories,. That being said the big guy's been at this a while and when in "Boulder Mode" he was who he was. Bartleby, if had the chance would probably just nudge "the new guy" and say a little more than "Hey! Watch yourself on comms.", and laugh about it.

The stairway leading to the roof was a bottleneck and the team of ambushers waiting for anyone to come to the door knew it. They lie in wait with heavy guns at the ready and looked like they could handle themselves in a fight. That is why they were ready for the Massive Jedi Master as he rounded the staircase. Of course, he was ready for them too. His long-handle lightsaber was out again, and what blaster bolt or slug he could not block with that was met by his hand, Tutaminis already enacted in his body. The big guy just smiled as he didn't even need to think about it, this new way of using the Force, or in his case probably, the Force working for him was something he was becoming more and more interested in learning about.

He had several cuts once he had gotten through the five ambushers, which the Force was again already healing, but none worse the wear as the big guy grabbed the one closest to the door.

"Don't hurt me!" The coward yelled out.

This actually brought Caltin to a dead stop. Right eyebrow reaching for the stars.

Really?

"Y... you're a Jedi! You're not allowed to hurt me!"

With a sigh and a look that wanted to ask this idiot if he thought that the massive Jedi Master had fallen off a vegetable truck having been born last night, he put his lightsaber away and made a rather large fist.

"NOT THE FACE!"

Okay.

So he punched the coward in the gut, the squeal and incoming coughs and gasps for air were incessant. The big guy's fist reared up and leveled on the foe's head again.

"Wait! You said you wouldn't hit me in the face."

I did, and I didn't. That time.

One more punch and the fool was out as the big guy threw him through the door to the stairway to the roof. There was another show there as others were in front of him. Others that he recognized.

Ohai!

... YET THE DAWN ALWAYS COMES.
