- Vast Cargo Vault: The ship can carry a truly staggering amount of cargo and is extremely well defended on both the inside and out, allowing it to transport a vast amount of valuable cargo across long distances with little fear of attack.
- Staggering Array of Firepower: The Uliin'ver'gebuir packs a heavy armament comprised of versatile accelerator cannons and class-d disruptors and fast tracking turrets can potentially wreak a vast toll of damage on a number of targets of equal, lower and greater tonnage, irrespective of exotic armor and most exotic shielding technologies.
- Advanced Sensors and Communications: The Uliin'ver'gebuir has a powerful sensor suite that when combined with it's Manda tactical battlenet module gives it considerable tracking and targeting capabilities, as well a notable ability to be able to analyze enemy craft to potentially attempt to ascertain any sort of weaknesses that it might have. Its advanced, encrypted communications systems allow it to stay in contact with friendly forces even in the face of heavy enemy jamming.
- Advanced Point-defense Suite: The Araniik emplacements on the Uliin'ver'gebuir's tracking speed, accuracy, and the devastating weapon systems that it utilizes give the Uliin'ver'gebuir considerable ability to counter enemy missiles, starfighters, sub-capital craft and even small corvettes.
- Self-Sufficient: The Uliin'ver'gebuir's salvage and repair/support foundry modules as well as it's ka'ra'vhetin aquaponics module make the ship almost entirely self-sufficient provided it can salvage the right materials from the battlefield. Regardless, they greatly increase the ship's endurance.
- Slow, Sluggish: The Uliin'ver'gebuir is a large vessel, and being both slower and less maneuverable than the average of a ship of a tonnage of ships that were already not known for either quality can prove to be problematic, even for ship as well armed and well defended as this.
- 'Fortress' Mode: Only with all power from engines diverted to shields can the Caritr shield generator activate its 'fortress' mode.
- Friendly Fire: Careful use of the cluster bomb launcher is required so as to not friendly fire friendly starfighters, which can be difficult in particularly chaotic close quarters engagements.
- Limited Aft Defenses: Though comparatively well-defended against starfighters and incoming ordnance, more nimble warships will likely be able to exploit the relative lack of weapons that can face rearward. Especially given that the ship is notably slower and less maneuverable than average.

The expansive, heavily armed and def\ended Uliin'ver'gebuir heavy transport cruisers were built at great expense to the company, expense for vessels that were in essence warships made to carry cargo. The sips were built during the modernization period of the Breshig system. when preparations were being made to fight off the at their time Sith aligned, crusader minded neighbors in the Mandalore system. These heavily armed and defended cargo ships replaced lesser armed vessels, freeing up Strill securities naval vessels from convoy escort duties. During the exodus from the Breshig system, these vessels made several cargo runs to evacuate vital supplies off planet, with the final run evacuating a number of personnel with cargo bays becoming vast makeshift living quarters for those escaping off world. - last words of an unnamed pirate, recording recovered from black box.
The Uliin'ver'gebuir lives up to it's name, which translates into basic as 'cargo bodyguard, with a staggering arsenal of weapons with which to defend itself or take the fight to any threats that it might come across that even think of making a move against the ship. The ship's versatile accelerator cannons are backed by the sheer energy output of Class-D disurptor canons, giving it considerable punch against ships it's tonnage, lighter and even heavier tonnage. This firepower holds true even if said ships are equipped with exotic armor and remains effective even against most exotic shielding technology. A vast network of point-defense emplacements not only protect the ship against incoming missiles and starfighters but also give it considerable offensive firepower against the latter and other targets up to smaller corvette tonnage vessels.
The only flaw in the ship's weapon coverage is the aft, which is relatively unprotected compared to other facings, which combined with the vessel's lower than average speed and maneuverability force captains to very carefully pick their engagements and plan accordingly. A faster more maneuverable better armed vessel will have a considerably easier time outmaneuvering the ship and taking advantage of this flaw with little fear of taking significant damage in return.
That said, the Uliin'ver'gebuir is a very well defended ship, both inside and out. A pair of Caritr shield generators augment advanced and resilient stesr'gar-stygian-triprismatic polymer composite armor. The shield generators provide excellent protection against missile, kinetic and energy based threats, with EM and pressor fields aiding against missiles, and molecular and kinetic capacitance shielding aiding against energy and kinetic weapons fire, even converting some of the energy of those strikes into additional energy. The Uliin'ver'gebuir also possess an advanced, layered point defense network capable of providing both excellent close-in and ranged defense against anything from incoming ordnance to starfighters and small corvettes as well as potential offensive use against the latter.
In addition to being its own escort, the ship also carries its own escorts. Two HC-03M Kyramud-class Heavy Corvettes are carried on board to make up for the ship's relative lack of agility and speed. A number of fighter escorts are also hosted on-board in addition to a number of probes/drones, giving the ship excellent fighter cover as well as expanding its reconnaissance and electronic warfare capabilities.
The ship's massive cargo stores can be loaded or offloaded using it's large complement of heavy assault transports or via specialized cargo docking tubes. Said cargo is stored and cataloged by an automated system that handles sorting, storage, retrieval, loading and unloading.
The ship's vast internal cargo stores are protected by the company's Moruty'c security system, which provides constant computer monitored security and an internal security net through which to organize and coordinate responses to threats. The system also features gas, turret and a number of other less conventional security measures against intruders. Defenders can also count on an interior arterial transit system which features it's own backup system to allow it to function even if the ship's main power is fluctuating or offline.
Crew quarters are functional, yet comfortable, and automated tapcaf style mess facilities kept stocked by an onboard self-sufficient aquaponics systems not only increases the ship's endurance but also increases crew comfort. Endurance is further increased by the salvage and repair/fabrication modules on board which can convert raw materials to necessary spares and ammunition, greatly decreasing the necessity for maintenance and replenishment stocks, ensuring that delivery time is greatly reduced.
The automated medical facilities onboard can ease the strain on medical personnel or minister or patients on its own in the absence of them, greatly increasing crew safety. The ship's brig is secure enough to hold and interrogate all sorts of dangerous prisoners, including force sensitives. The security system in the brig is independent from the one on the ship, greatly reducing the risk of an inside job or a prisoner breakout.
The ship's advanced communication systems are both encrypted and frequency hopping, making them highly resistant to jamming and interception. A number of alternative and redundant communication systems allow the ship to stay in contact with friendlies even in the face of heavy jamming. It's targeting systems are similarly advanced and give the ship an excellent composite view of the battlefield. The Manda module takes this a step further by syncing with the ship's escorts, fighters, drones, probes and other vessels on the same Manda battlenet to not only create a more complete, adaptive composite targeting matrix and sensor picture, but also greatly decreasing the ship's vulnerability to enemy sensor jamming.
Rounding out the ship's capabilities is an advanced hyperdrive-navicomputer combination unit that features a number of advanced features such as constantly updated maps and hazards from galactic databases, astrogation nav bypass for in-jump route changes and a number of other safety and convenience features. These features combine to create a very advanced, highly efficient if expensive and somewhat excessive cargo carrying heavy transport cruiser that the company sees the worth in operating.
