Background:
Once a hostile expansionist power, during the Clone Wars, Emberlene's imperialist designs for its neighbors were thwarted and homeworld sacked. After the crippling defeat, Emberlene became isolationist in poverty, ruled by oligarchs known as the Eleven Elders. While it had been the imperialistic ambitions of the Eleven that had led to Emberlene's devastation, they were able to avoid accountability by successfully spreading lies about the origins of the conflict, blaming their neighbors and the Galactic Empire as the aggresors. This was to be one of the first of many propaganda campaigns enacted by the Eleven to maintain their stranglehold on the planet.
Over the centuries, Emberlene would slowly recover, but the Eleven's power over the populace only seemed to grow as they could direct new wealth into technologies for mass surveillance and social engineering. During this time, the role of the Mistryl Shadow Guard expanded, working domestically as secret police to supplement domestic security forces. Aside from a select few government officials and vetted individuals that conducted commerce or mercenary work on behalf of Emberlene, everyone was kept in the dark about the greater galaxy.
Fast forward to now, and the totalitarian policies have become untenable. The xenocidal Bryn'adûl have cut a bloody path through Hutt Space, on a direct collision course toward systems like Emberlene which sit at it borders. While working as mercenaries aboard, Shadow Guards have clashed directly with the Bryn several occasions during their (doomed) employers' bids to save their worlds, experiencing the horrors of the Bryn first hand.
These Mistryl have petitioned their leaders to act and align with the great powers abroad to survive the threat, but the machinery of the bloated police state moves slow as the members of Eleven fear their power being compromised if the people discovered the extent of their propaganda drives.
In desperation, rebellious element of the Shadow Guard, security forces, and even the Eleven itself have embark on a coup against the Reactionary factions to save Emberlene from a growing existential threat nearing their borders.
They enlist the aid of Silver Jedi Concord, promising military assistance against the Bryn in exchange for helping them remove problematic leadership impeding their defense. The Mistyrl slice into the early warning systems, giving the SJC a small window to slip into orbit with a small flotilla and strike teams to assist the Emberlene rebels in space.
Objectives:

Objective 1: Shield Gate (Combat - Boarding)
The centerpiece of their police state, the Eleven employ a specially modified orbital based shield generator that not only protects the planet with a constant barrier (powered by wireless charging power stations planetside), but also block incoming transmissions across the spectrum, and restrict movement on and off world. Communications and travel are funneled through the shield gate and its comm arrays for easier control.
Under the cover of fighter escort, strike teams in shuttles and other boarding vehicles are rocket toward the station to help friendly Rebel infiltrators on board seize the space station without destroying it - the deflector shield is still crucial to the defense of the planet against the Bryn.
The rebels request that the Concord attempt to minimalize causalities by employing non-lethal takedown methods where possible (e.g. stun shots, glop grenades). Boarders are expected to face regular Emberlene marines, the more elite Shadow Guard commanders, and security droids.

Objective 2: Sol Protocol (Combat - Fleeting/Dogfighting)
The Eleven house all political dissidents aboard a roving cruiser sized barge that travels outside the edges of the system under the protection of a dedicated flotilla. Prisoners include General Kulath, once a prominent Shadow Guard and member of the Eleven, she was ousted and imprisoned for working to loosen some control of the rest of the Elder Council over the people of Emberlene as she found such micromanagement counterproductive to long term development. Kulath was one of the most gifted warriors and commanders of the Mistryl, so her recovery would be a great boon to their military, and her influence as a former Eleven would give the rebel movement legitimacy.
Rebels feed information to a Concord about its flight path for intercept, with the aim to safely disable the prison barge and neutralize its escorts before Sol Protocol can be enacted - slamming the barge straight into the sun.
As with the operation aboard the Shield Gate, rebels request concord forces prioritize disabling Emberlene ships and fighters rather than destroy them outright, so they can be recovered for use against future threats.
The initial size of the enemy flotilla will be small, but over time, reinforcements may be called in from around the system. It's recommended that at least one friendly interdictor be present in an Concord force to prevent hyperjumps by the prison barge.
Initial enemy fleet comp:
- Prison Barge (770 meters) (x36 Zerek Starfighter)
- x2 Martan Carrier Corvette (x48 Eta Interceptor, x32 Tau Bomber)
- x6 Kobold Blastboat
((Feel free to take liberties with enemy NPCs, though I will periodically reply to offer feedback from the Eleven and toss in some wrenches here and there.))
