- Description: Tactical Response Force Alpha-5 also known as the "Chiss Reapers" is an Elite Special Operations Unit of the Hand of Judgement, established by the direct order of High Regent Marlon Sularen with the express purpose of handling with any Chiss-related groups of interests or persons of interests that may pose a threat to the goals and agenda of the Final Dawn. To achieve this, they are equipped with a sufficient amount of manpower and high quality equipment in order to terminate these groups or individuals and dismantle whatever sphere of influence they have established. The Chiss Reapers are largely comprised of well-trained and well-equipped Chiss Operatives all of whom are strongly devoted to the ideals of the High Regent and the Final Dawn.

- The Primary Objective of the Chiss Reapers are to identify and locate Chiss-related factions and individuals that have been designated as potential threats to the interests of the Final Dawn, and then proceed to move in to hunt them down and eradicating them with extreme caution to ensure any influence held by these factions and/or individuals are effectively neutralized in order to eliminate the threat they pose to the Final Dawn.
- In addition to this, the Chiss Reapers may be called in to partake in larger operations along with other Tactical Response Forces. Participating in invasions and skirmishes to support larger units by carrying out rapid shock and awe strikes against key objectives and carrying out various missions behind enemy lines in order to ensure that the outcome of the battle always remains in the Final Dawn's favor.

STRENGTHS:
- Fanatic Loyalty | The members of the Chiss Reapers are all completely loyal to the Final Dawn, motivated primarily by conscious adherence to the tenets of the Final Dawn
- Unique Training Methods | The Training Methods utilized by the Hand of Judgement instilled a strong sense of unit cohesion within its troops alongside a willingness to fight on despite heavy casualties and determination to accomplish their objectives through any means necessary.
- High Quality Unit | The Chiss Reapers are entirely comprised of Chiss Operatives all of whom are collaborationists that willingly volunteered to the Hand of Judgement, with most having formerly served in the CEDF. Thus with the combination of prior experience, knowledge and skill and the additional training provided by the Final Dawn, the Chiss Reapers has become a very effective force on the battlefield capable of sweeping most forms of opposition at ease.
- Conventional Warfare | While having some degree of training for Conventional Warfare , the Chiss Reapers are largely unsuited for massive ground battles as they lack the manpower or equipment to face larger military units on the Battlefield utilizing Conventional Tactics. A Direct Conventional Confrontation would largely end in disaster for the Chiss Reapers
- Fierce Zealots | Through the special methods of training instilled upon them, members of the Chiss Reapers are not afraid of dying for their nation and the ideals it represents. They'd rather die in a fight, then surrender themselves to the enemy, thus leading leading to higher casualty rates as a result of their Zealous nature.
- Hard to Replace | Because of the unique training methods utilized by the Hand of Judgement and the scarcity of Final Dawn Chiss Collaborators, replacing a single member of the Chiss Reapers will take months as it will take time finding suitable Chiss candidates who will be willing and will be capable of serving such an Elite Force.
In the aftermath of the Second Great Hyperspace War, High Regent Marlon Sularen of the Final Dawn quickly moved forth to re-organize the internal structure of the Final Dawn starting by re-organizing the Hand of Judgement once utilized as a Private Paramilitary Force loyal to only himself, into a larger Government Agency that still answered only to him known as COMPPOR with the Hand of Judgement still existing as the Armed Wing of COMPPOR. As an extension of this reorganization program, the Tactical Response Forces we're created, envisioned as a Elite Special Operations units comprised of highly trained and equipped personnel drawn from COMPPOR Youth Corps graduates whom could be mobilized to deal with specific small to medium-scale threats or support larger-scale operations.
Tactical Response Force Alpha Five, also known as the Chiss Reapers is the most recent addition to the Hand of Judgement after Tactical Response Force Alpha One, known as the Red Right Hand which served as it's progenitor. Established by the direct order of High Regent Marlon Sularen, the Chiss Reapers we're envisioned as the High Regent's answer to the potential threat posed by any Chiss-related factions, organizations and individuals who might seek to oppose the future plans of the Final Dawn in and around former Chiss Space while also serving as a tool to further advance the High Regent's ambitions in the near-future.
To serve this purpose, the Chiss Reapers are exclusively comprised of Chiss Operatives drawn from conquered Chiss Worlds with each Operative having gone previous graduated from COMPPOR's Neo-Imperial Youth Corps. As such each Operative of the Chiss Reapers are extremely loyal to the Final Dawn and maintain the same degree of effectiveness and expertise in Unconventional Warfare as other Tactical Response Forces with the addition of it's exclusive Chiss composition granting it an advantage when operating in Chiss Space. Thus, the Chiss Reapers present themselves as a special force with great potential, that could even allow the Final Dawn to assert absolute dominance over all of Chiss Space in the near-future.
