  • Description: The Commission for the Promotion of the Pure Order also known as COMPPOR is a Government Agency of the Final Dawn largely designed for the promotion of the Final Dawn's "Purist" Neo-Imperialism, a radical political ideology dedicated to the creation of a new galactic order centered around the principles of reason, loyalty and TBD as the ultimate way of bring true peace and order to the galaxy. In order to achieve this, COMPPOR has influenced various aspects of the Final Dawn's Society including sciences, youth education, law enforcement, and even certain Military Functions. Civic Pride, Militarism and an unyielding sense of patriotism to the Final Dawn are tenets supported by COMPPOR, who frequently spread these ideals through intensive propaganda, pre-recorded speeches, and large patriotic rallies. Just like other organizations, COMPPOR is in line with the Final Dawn's Humanocentric Policies with most of it's membership being comprised largely of Humans and Near-Humans with Aliens only being recruited only when the Final Dawn is in need of Local Collaborators on Alien Worlds.
COMPPOR is split divided into several sub-organizations all of whom answer to Commission of Purity, which serve as the organization's ruling body. The members of Commission of Purity consist of the heads of the various sub-divisions of COMPPOR and together they guide the orginization in accordance with the Final Dawn's "Purist" Neo-Imperial Ideology. These sub-divisions include : The Neo-Imperial Youth Corps, The Hand of Purification, the Hand of Judgement, the Observation Corps and the Office of Neo-Imperial Veracity. Commission of Purity is headed by the Grand Overseer who answers directly to the High Regent of the Final Dawn, while simultaneously holding a seat within the Central Committee (The Ruling Body of the Final Dawn). Underneath the Adjutant-General is the Deputy Adjutant-General who often acts at the behest of the Adjutant-General and often delegates the Adjutant-General's duties to lesser functionaries when needed. Each Sub-division of COMPPOR is headed by a Commissioner who presides over their respective operations, as well as being members of Commission of Purity.

The Neo-Imperial Youth Corps is the youth-based sub-division of COMPPOR, comprised of made up of enthusiastic youths who are firmly loyal to the High Regent of the Final Dawn, Marlon Sularen and zealously support the tenants Pure Neo-Imperialism, seeing it as the best possible for way to bring true peace to the galaxy, having devoted their lives to upholding and respecting it. The Youth Corps are overseen by Neo-Imperial Officers, who drill Final Dawn Neo-Imperial propaganda and doctrine into the minds of the young members, shaping them into loyal patriots in addition to training them to fill important positions within the Final Dawn such as administrators, bureaucrats, and soldiers. Members of the Youth Corps are usually enrolled into Youth Academies at five years old where they are taught the ideologies of Pure Neo-Imperialism, military basics, revisionist history, and other skills to shape them into diehard loyalists of the Final Dawn. When the members of the Youth Corps come of age and are properly indoctrinated, they will be recruited into other branches of COMPPOR such as the Observation Corps of the Hand of Judgement or can alternatively be either conscripted by the Final Dawn's Military or simply become outstanding Neo-Imperial citizens, upholding the Pure Order.
The Hand of Purification serves as the socio-political engineering branch of COMMPOR responsible for implementing long-term methods to covertly influence star systems that are of significant interest to the Final Dawn whether they are Neutral or Aligned with either Friendly or Hostile Factions, and bring them into the Final Dawn's Collective Sphere of Influence in order to advance the long-term plans of the High Regent. In addition to this, the Hand of Purification is also responsible for shaping and monitoring the cultural aspects of the Final Dawn through large-scale operations to improve portions of the Final Dawn (Including areas under it's Sphere of Influence) through the upscaling of agriculture, industry, and the expansion of population centers. Anything that does not meet up to the standards of the Neo-Imperial Ideology such as local traditions and even native religions are modified to reach the necessary criteria in order to facilitate the assimilation of local groups of interests and prevent any Cultural Turmoil.
The Hand of Judgement is the military arm of COMPPOR, comprised of loyal and zealous adherents to Pure Neo-Imperial ideals. Largely comprised of graduated members of the Youth Corps, it largely acts as both a public security force and a secret police force as it's members are among the most diehard followers of the High Regent and the Final Dawn's ideology, making them a powerful tool to wield against dissension and sedition within the Final Dawn, as well as certain high-priority individuals and organizations that pose a threat to the Final Dawn's operations. They often work in collaboration with the Politorate, as they often act on intel provided to them by the organization in regards to both internal and external threats to the Final Dawn.
The Observation Corps is the quasi-intelligence branch of COMPPOR designed with the purpose of monitoring Final Dawn personnel through their Loyalty Officers in order to ensure that the tenants of Pure Neo-Imperialism are upheld by all members of the Final Dawn Military and other branches of it's Government. Having been dispersed across the Final Dawn Military, they have become known as "Watchers" as members of both the Final Dawn Infantry Corps and Navy have come to heavily distrust and even fear the Loyalty Officers of the Observation Corps. In addition the Observation Corps partakes in large-scale information gathering operations across the galaxy in order to monitor worlds that could be ideal targets for political subversion by COMPPOR and the Politorate.
The Office of Neo-Imperial Veracity is the sub-division of COMPPOR responsible for the creation and management of various Final Dawn Propaganda outlets along with Final Dawn-aligned proxy Media Corporations across the galaxy, intended to glorify the Final Dawn, cover up it's atrocities in the case of the former as well as subtly spread the ideas of the Final Dawn by discrediting and criticizing rival organizations and governments. Through the Office of Neo-Imperial Veracity, media outlets operating through the Final Dawn are carefully managed and monitored in order to ensure that its stories were in line with the Final Dawn's overall messaging while censoring anything it deemed "Dangerous" or "Impure". By working to both censor and glorify the Final Dawn through various forms of propaganda, the ONIV has created the narrative of a utopian society in which living under the benevolent rule of the High Regent is paradise, and that the terrorists aligned by foreign powers seek only to dismantle the utopian society built by the High Regent by undermining it's authority and the stability of the state.

GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
  • Headquarters: Sissiri Command Center, Najra Va
  • Domain: COMPPOR holds a presence nearly every aspect of the Final Dawn's Neo-Imperial culture and society, with a considerable amount of Final Dawn Citizens being members of the orginization. Children are instructed in accordance with its institutionalized dogma, and the working classes are fed a consistent stream of focused propaganda to subtly influence their dispositions. In addition COMPPOR routinely carries out a variety of both Overt and Covert Operations to strengthen the Final Dawn's influence at home and expand it abroad, both utilized as a method to weed out individuals considered to posses seditionist tendencies as well as to increase the potential compliance of neighboring systems in the scenario of a future conquest by the Final Dawn, respectively.
  • Notable Assets:
    • In addition to it's headquarters being on Najra-Va, COMPPOR maintains various facilities such as Offices, Youth Academies, Recruitment Centers and even Armed Garrisons among others scattered across Final Dawn Territory, with even a few well-hidden facilities located beyond Final Dawn Territory either in Neutral Space or in territories held by the enemies of the Final Dawn.
    • COMPPOR also has access to various older mothballed vessels formerly in the possession of the High Regent through previous organizations which have been converted into mobile bases for operations both within and outside the Final Dawn's borders. • Membership: Membership for COMPPOR is compulsory for every citizen of the Final Dawn, as only members of COMPPOR or the standard Final Dawn Military are treated as proper citizens of the Final Dawn who are granted greater rights then regular civilians whom are often comprised of Humanoid and Alien Species. Members of the Youth Corps who fail to graduate or outright drop out, end up losing their membership to COMPPOR as well as the status as Citizen (Which can only be regained through regular military service). In addition to this Members of COMPPOR are issued armbands, membership plaques, and an identification number that was tied directly to where they lived (Which must be updated should they move to a new location).

  • Ideology : The Ideology of COMPPOR can be classified as Far Right-Wing Populist Ultranationalism with it's core beliefs being Neo-Imperialist Ultranationalism, Purism, Anti-Democracy and Anti-Socialism, Jingoism, Revanchism and Speciesist Human High Culture. The majority of COMPPOR members are from the lower and middle classes of Final Dawn Society, where they have been steadily indoctrinated into believing the Final Dawn's narrative about the rest of the galaxy. This considerable supporter base would allow COMPPOR to further expand it's manipulation of society tightening it's control to a Dystopian degree. Through this manipulation, the anger and resentment of the lower echelons of society are redirected towards the "enemies of the state" which include individuals and organizations such as the Galactic Alliance and New Jedi Order for their atrocities in the heavily convoluted narrative of the Final Dawn as well as the previous failure of Democratic governments and institutions for their repeated 'failings' across history.

  • Climate: Members of COMPPOR are known to possess a strong sense of duty, loyalty, and obedience towards the Final Dawn and it's High Regent maintaining a cordial and inclusive environment to like-minded individuals within the orginization. However it has demonstrated a vehement and cruel derision towards those they deem as unfitting to Neo-Imperial Standards which includes everything and everyone that exist outside the Final Dawn's borders and extended sphere of influence along with any orginization or faction aligned with the Final Dawn, deeming such entities and individuals as impure and dangerous. Given the fluid nature of such venomous hatred, it can often be directed against elements of the Neo-Imperial Society which are found to be at fault with any of COMPPOR's tenets.

  • Reputation: Through the Office of Neo-Imperial Veracity, COMPPOR is presented as a infallible and incorruptible orginization within the Final Dawn, that upholds the ideals and tenants of the State to the smallest detail to ensure the ultimate success of the High Regent's Ambitions. COMPPOR is viewed by regular civilians as one of the greatest avenues from which they can exercise their patriotic fervor and serve the ever-present and inexorable state. Outside the Final Dawn, COMPPOR can be viewed as merely another extension from which Sularen can further exert his influence across the Galaxy and advance his selfish ambitions, goose-stepping the proletariat and bourgeoisie further and further into enthrallment for his own benefit. However such viewpoints are often subject to routine clandestine crackdowns from which COMPPOR swiftly moves forth to effectively silence such dissenting voices and erasing them from the public consciousness should they persist with their "troublesome" opinions.

  • Curios:
    • Each member of COMPPOR are issued Armbands and Membership plates that indicate which Sub-Division they are apart of. They are required to have them on their person at all times as failure to do so could result in physical reprehension.
    • Each member of COMPPOR has a special identification chip that they are required to have on their person at all times. Failure to do so could result in physical reprehension.
    • COMPPOR members are issued Crimson Red uniforms based on that worn by the High Regent, albeit bereft with a braided armband that has the Empire's coat of arms printed in white over a black field

  • Rules:
    • To Obey the laws of the Final Dawn, and therefore the laws of COMPPOR
    • To Report any and all un-Imperial activity, failure to do so can result in physical reprehension and detention at an Neo-Imperial Awareness Facility
    • To conform with the ideology and societal structure of the Final Dawn
    • The Code of Purity
      • Dissimilarity leads to Disobedience
      • Disobedience leads to Dissension
      • Dissension leads to Sedition
      • Sedition leads to Treason
      • Treason leads to Death

  • Goals:
    • Supporting and ensuring the advancement of the Purist Neo-Imperial ideology through political activities within the Final Dawn and across the galaxy
    • Nurturing and spreading Final Dawn culture through a mix of organizations, policies, programmed and supervision of information
    • To serve the High Regent and enforce his will across the galaxy via the extermination of those who have wronged him and any challenges that may attempt to thwart his rise to power

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Prior to the Second Great Hyperspace War, during his time as Lord-Imperator of Byss, Marlon Sularen had envisioned the creation of a his own Secret Private Army of Fanatic Loyalists to enforce his will and serve as a countermeasure against any future attempt to betray him from any galactic power. The early stages of this envisioned project came in the form of the Hand of Purification, a Clandestine Paramilitary Force comprised of Eternal Imperial PoWs captured during the Eternal Empire's attack on Byss as well as numerous convicts from Byss, which had been assembled in secret on Erex Minora, far away from the preying eyes of the Galactic Alliance. However the Hand of Purification was never deployed and after the Byss Standoff and the subsequent removal of Sularen from power on Byss, would eventually be shelved even as Sularen joined the Maw and became Grand Overseer of the Final Dawn.

However the idea of creating a Specialized Paramilitary Force to serve as a Safeguard would not end with Sularen's expulsion from Byss, as in the Early Stages of the Second Great Hyperspace War, during the Battle of Adrathorpe, Sularen was confronted by a Jedi Knight by the name of Dagon Kaze who convinced him of the possibility of a betrayal from within the Maw especially from the likes of the New Sith Order and the Tribes. While betrayal from the former was unlikely, Sularen knew very well that the vast differences between the Final Dawn and the Tribes would eventually bring them into conflict and as such he began to make plans to secure his position within the Brotherhood of the Maw and prevent such a betrayal by creating a Secret Force that could pre-emptively strike against the Tribes should they even indicate the slightest hint of possibly betraying him.

In order to accomplish this, the Grand Overseer re-activated the Hand of Purification and re-organized it into the Hand of Judgement, before carrying out numerous raids across isolated worlds in the Outer Rim to kidnap teenagers and young adults to be indoctrinated and conscripted as loyal servants of him and him alone. With a greater amount of manpower at it's disposal, Sularen further expanded the Hand of Judgement with the establishment of new Ground or Naval Units to utilize as his a tool to get revenge against those who had wronged him throughout the past and serve as the ultimate executor of his will outside the standard Final Dawn Military.

However as the Second Great Hyperspace War progressed, Sularen knew well that having his own Private Paramilitary Force alone would not be enough to protect him from any betrayals or enable him to avenge such wrongdoings as evidenced by the fiasco at Eriadu, and as the Second Great Hyperspace progressed further, tensions continued to increase between the Final Dawn and the Tribes who began to openly oppose the New Sith Order and the Final Dawn and we're making it clear that they sought to seize power within the Brotherhood of the Maw. While the Battle of Exegol brought forth the fragmentation of the Maw before such a thing could happen, the tense relations between the Final Dawn and the Tribes was enough to convince Sularen that he needed more then just a Paramilitary Force and as such as the dust settled and various factions began to collapse across the Galaxy, Sularen began outlining the next phase of his project in the form of reorganizing the Hand of Judgement into something more robust and precise, into something that could truly enforce his will and deliver him the revenge he had long desired.

This next phase would ultimately manifest in the form of the Commission for the Promotion of the Pure Order, also known as COMPPOR, an ideological orginization designed with the sole purpose of furthering the aims and influence of Sularen's "Pure Order" in addition to serving as the ultimate executor of Sularen's will. Through COMPNOR, Sularen would be able to covertly expand his influence across the galaxy, undermining those who had wronged him while also eliminating any threats that may arise to challenge him both externally and internally, allowing him to facilitate his rise to power at the expense of those who would come in his way.
