PRODUCTION INFORMATION
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
STANDARD FEATURES
ADVANCED SYSTEMS
STRENGTHS
  • Very Agile | Is highly very fast and maneuverable
  • Hunter Killer | Capable of hunting down targets through hyperspace via hyperspace trackers
  • Sophisticated Countermeasures System | The TIE/fdT "Terminator" is equipped with a variety of Countermeasure Systems designed to grant it greater survivability rates in major naval battles.
  • Advanced Power Management Systems | Allows Power to be diverted to one of the three Major Systems of the Starfighter [Shields, Weapons, Engines]
  • SLAM System | SLAM System capable of providing a boost in speed to the Clawcraft allowing it to escape foes by quickly getting out of range of their starfighters
WEAKNESSES
  • Low Squadron Count | Due to how expensive TIE/fdT "Terminators" are and given that they are already produced in Limited numbers. Each squadron of TIE/fdTs is made up of eight clawcrafts each as to reduce wasted inventory and teach pilots that they cannot rely on others.
  • Advanced Power Management Systems | When power is diverted to one of the three Major Systems, the other two systems are weakened as a result which does place the TIE/fdA "Annihilator" at some disadvantage depending on how it's foe reacts.
    • Shunted to Engines | Weapons and Shields are Weaker
    • Shunted to Weapons | Speed is Reduced and Shields are Weaker
    • Shunted to Shields | Speed is Reduced and Weapons are Weaker
  • Forward Fixed Weapons Placement | Must always re-orient itself to lock onto enemy targets
  • SLAM System | Has a fixed cooldown for a few minutes after each usage
DESCRIPTION
After the Battle of Tython and the devastating results that came with it, Grand Overseer Marlon Sularen now having assumed control over the Final Dawn in the wake of the mysterious disappearance of High Regent Derix Tirall, began works on improving the Final Dawn Military with the development of new Military Hardware and Equipment. The TIE/fdT "Terminator" Clawcraft is among the first of these new assets being developed by the Final Dawn under Sularen's oversight designated with the sole purpose of providing the Final Dawn with a dedicated Interceptor capable of rivaling it's counterparts in the Galactic Alliance and the New Imperial Order, such as the Alliance's A-Wing and the New Imperial TIE/INx Interceptor and TIE/VX Vanguard.

Designed to give the Final Dawn a new edge over it's enemies in Starfighter combat, the TIE/fdT "Terminator" is equipped with a considerable amount of firepower while combining such offensive firepower with agility in the form of high speeds and maneuverability. In addition, the TIE/fdT "Terminator is equipped with hyperspace trackers allowing it to pursue retreating enemy forces through hyperspace and hunt them down until either they surrender or are annihilated entirely, not that it matters anyways. Another major addition to the Terminator is the SLAM System, the first of it's kind to ever be installed within a Final Dawn Starfighter allowing it to increase it's speeds and quickly outfly pursuing enemy starfighters by quickly getting out of range in order to either conduct full retreats or simply create enough room to launch future counter-attacks.

Thus with such promising features, the Terminator has begun to be produced in limited numbers as the Final Dawn begins to prepare to test their new Interceptor/Elite Starfighter in order to regain the initiative as the Second Great Hyperspace War drags on.

Hello!

Once again, very detailed as always. Much appreciated.

There are a few issues that will need to be resolved with this submission. Once these editions have been made, please tag me.

Here goes:

Technical Specifications:
  • Defenses: Your ‘normal’ defense setting is ‘average’, yet you have a cocktail of molecular shielding, matrix armor, and laser reflective armor among other highly potent means of defenses. The normal rating of your defenses must be Extreme if you intend to keep all three of these. If you drop the molecular shielding on its own, or the combination of laser reflective + matrix armor, it can be very high. If you decide to only keep either the laser reflective or matrix armor, then the normal rating can be high. There will be no scenario in which the defenses can be ‘average’ and you can keep any of these.

Please note, I have not reviewed the rest of this subsection for balance, as it’s possible your revisions will adjust things. Once your revisions have been made, I will re-review this section.
Advanced Systems:
  • Hyperspace Tracker: In short, the use of this piece of tech appears a bit too intensive from an infrastructure perspective to be mounted within a fast and nimble starfighter. Note the below excerpt from the wiki article:

”Part of the technology used in the hyperspace tracker was a complex static hyperspace field generator, which enveloped arrays of databanks and computers in a localized hyperspace field that accelerated their calculation speeds to unimaginable rates.”

Further, the ship which possessed this technology in The Last Jedi was a First Order Star Destroyer, not a small starfighter.

If you wish to utilize this tech on this craft, I would request that this be made into it’s own submission miniaturizing the technology into an overall footprint smaller than the wiki article suggests. Otherwise, this will need to be removed.

Made the edits for the Technological Specifications, as for Advanced Systems, weren't hyperspace trackers also used in First Order TIE Fighters in Rise of Skywalker to pursue the Falcon? Cause i do remember they were able to follow it through hyperspace meaning that they had to have hyperspace trackers.

I must have missed that bit. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

Everything else looks good. Approved!
