A humanoid female often seen in a black body suit and a Leather Jacket that illuminates around the inner collar. Very few see this woman's real appearance and so she is well known for her style of helmet. From top to bottom it is impossible to see any piece of the person underneath.

Strengths and Weaknesses
STRENGTHS:
Tech support - Celty knows her way around systems and can figure them out rather fast. This makes her proficient at getting dirt on companies or potential targets who are deemed as a threat in general.
Photographic Memory - The ability to recall pages of text or numbers, or similar, in great detail from memory.
Ghost - who Celty really is, is much of a mystery. Her face has been removed from the holonet very few know who Celty is and only one person knows that she is Dedata. Meaning that the woman is a phantom and one that is good at her job.
Free Runner - Celty is quick and light on her feet, she's able to run close to 40mph on flat and is able to do a standing jump and reach 10ft high. Her time been on the run she has masterfully learnt how to move like a Togorian
Flexible - Celty is able to bend her body like a contortionist, this has came in handy many times navigating tight vents or using her athleticism in combination with her flexibility.
WEAKNESSES:
Broker - As an information broker, Celty is wanted by many organizations and individuals. This has left a mark on her back. The only thing these people has to go on is her alias and mark. Often that comes up as a dead end.
Fighter - Celty doesn't really know how to fight in an actual fight. She prefers to use gadgets and drones to do the fighting for her. At the most she can point a blaster and shoot it but that's about it.
Introvert - Celty his highly anti-social to the point that she has only spoken to one other person in several years using her own voice. Usually she will communicate via typing on her datapad and showing it to the person she is interacting with. However even that is rare as she does her best to remain isolated. Along with this, being around to many people can make her feel a loss of energy, stress and anxiety.
Light sensitivity - Celty has a sensitivity to certain types of lighting. She is normally well adjusted to dark rooms with the only light coming from holo's or LED lights. When out and about she usually has her helmet on which filters out a lot of natural or bright light. Spending to much time in bright or natural light can cause migraines which impact on her performance.

BIO:
Celty was born on Jelucan. She had a pretty normal life as some would say. Her parents had paid for the best education for her at boarding schools. Little did they know she was bullied almost all her time making her withdraw from others. Over time she'd avoid classes to stay in her dorm. It was during this time she learnt basic slicing getting into the school's security systems and files. Over two terms she gathered up lots of dirt on the bullies and released it to everyone on campus. This had caused them to be teased and bullied. Even one of the popular girls beat one of the boys up for using her to cover up the fact he was into other guys. It wasn't long after that the school had suspicions it was her. To prevent getting in trouble she managed to frame one of the staff members. It didn't end there though. When she finished her six years at boarding school with somehow perfect grades. She got into one of the top colleges of technology.
She never stopped hacking and gathering dirt on anyone she didn't like, but instead of humiliating them she sold the information to those who wanted revenge or some use with the data. This paid for any luxury items and even a nice setup of equipment. On the college side of things she scripted programs from pure code. An art that was now dying due to droids and shortcuts. For a while they had bugs and issues. So she indulged more and more into learning it. The last program she made before finishing her college was a two faced program.
It connected to devices to appear like a cloud where students and faculty could use to have a more fluent system to run off. It was better than the system they used and was more simple. Little did they know the program was used to obtain anyone's private information that was connected. The age of 18 when she left college she had bankrupt the staff who miss used their positions as staff. With a masters in software this opened up lots of opportunities.
Over the next three years Celty had bounced from job to job. In this time people came to know her as Dedata. An information broker. Dedata had no face as Celty's was always hidden behind the helmet. Her voice was never heard either as she communicated completely by her data pad. Her true work of art though was making others believe Dedata was a group of many when only it was just one. In time she will gather her own operatives to expand her reaches. As for now she was on the search for a job at a big company. One with technology she could use to her benefit.
After two years of bouncing around. Celty got serious with her own work. She had racked up experience with the kind of security systems of corporations and the lengths they'd go to protecting that information. She had seen the kind of slaves the giants make out of people.
She took her time building up and making tools to help her craft. The Corporations learned to fear legend of Dedata and understood how real the phantom was.
