SOCIAL INFORMATION

FORMAT INFORMATION
A document written and signed by Romi Jade, Coren Starchaser and various representation. The content includes a description/summary of the events surrounding the Treaties formation, and then goes on to list the series of pledges and promises that are being upheld.

CONTENT INFORMATION

This treaty will:

Establish the HEAL Alliance

The HEAL Alliance collects the power of organizations across the Galaxy to aid cultural progress and restoration. The coalition will help restore the ecosystems of various worlds in Wild Space in the wake of the Bryn’adul assault. The initiative will consist of programs that create new food, agriculture, supplies, and propagation systems that are healthy, fair, and accessible for all struggling communities.
HA includes various member organizations:

Outline Area D-535
A space quadrant in a wild space system for the creation of a space station that should work as a hospital, observatory, research station, market, and cultural center providing refuge of the diverse culture of countless worlds pushed to the brink of devastation – This shall be spearheaded by Sasori.
The station would house a Jedi Tower and the Levantine Sanctum. It would also serve as a watchtower and staging ground for extragalactic threats, a cultural center providing a space for species propagation, and a beacon for guiding travelers through the wild scar.
Re-establishes the Levantine Sanctum/Frontier Corps
An organization with a history of cooperation, freedom, and adventure – they’ll explore and reclaim worlds lost to the Drael, enable and protect those worlds as equal and independent members of a military and political alliance. Re-connect those lost worlds with the galaxy again through new hyperspace routes and revitalizing economic ties.
Will also bring back the Astronautical Academy where recruits can learn the finer points of navigation, exploration, starship engineering, command, tactics, diplomacy and the sciences. Program running can be done by various NPCs, with class activities and adventures initiated by students and PC instructors.

Creates the Enclave Network
Between the following with the admittance of any in the future:
Coren Starchaser - The Oasis (SJC Affiliation) - Kattada Jedi Temple
Cotan Sar’andorThe Tribunal Enclave (NJO Affiliation)
Ryv - Lightborne Cathedral (NJO Affiliation)
Zark - Ashlan Enclave (NJO Affiliation)
Lucrezia (npc & not subbed) - Hyu-Ken Carka Enclave (to be built)
The intent of the Enclave Network is to make a network of active Enclaves/Jedi Academies. Some of them are more or less affiliated with the Galactic Alliance/NJO, and SJC but the network itself does not take a political stance any more than it would have the means or will to compel or guilt a facility, specific teacher, or member into something that doesn’t fit their specific brand of Jedi-ship.
It's an acknowledgement that existing structures and allegiances are more or less important to different Jedi, but that regardless of pique, opinions, or prevailing political and strategic winds, there should always be a cooperative connection between Jedi academies, and that the Jedi principles need to be protected as well as freely discussed in independent and non-political spaces.
It's a statement that the most important thing is not making judgments about other Jedi's allegiances and interpretations of the Code. The most important thing is working together to create new Jedi who can make moral judgments on their own and giving new Jedi options of different environments that prioritize different skills, Code interpretations, and degrees of allegiance, but all within the bounds of Jedi tradition.
Jedi tradition includes a wide variety of those things, a healthy internal debate and tolerance. The Enclaves and their Headmasters coordinate over major incidents, but the network isn't a power structure and has zero patience for those who try to set up power structures with themselves at the head.
If people set themselves up in power positions, the network takes no stance on that, encouraging all its members to decide for themselves whether they recognize, say, a head of all Jedi functions etc. The network might facilitate conclaves where many Jedi could discuss roles and issues, but the network generally doesn't appoint people to any position that doesn't involve some training function in specific academies.
In summary, The Enclave Network is not a central coordination function for Jedi. It's a coordination mechanism for existing Jedi training centers.
  • Officially establishing a working network between the various facilities and creating a possible system of school affiliation with the use of Jedi pins/tabards.
    • This will create a dedicated ServiceCorps group cultivating skills that aid in the rebuilding of Wild Space, recruited from all Enclaves.
    • This will create and lay the framework for the network of Jedi Shadows affiliated and working for the Enclave Network as its own independent entity in order to serve as an intelligence branch and remain vigilant for any sign of the dark side.
    • This will establish a competitive exchange/study abroad program in conjunction with the Levantine Astronautical Academy.
    • This will also create a generic diversified investment fund/stipend for which Jedi of any/all affiliations may withdraw credits for the purchasing of resources or payment of temporary residence, travel or any other services required.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Jedi Masters Romi Jade & Coren Starchaser, war heroes, former Grandmasters, and now headmasters of Jedi Enclaves, petitioned and facilitated several talks with galactic groups to help spearhead a Restoration Project that would help combat ecosystem changes, the refugee crisis, and the potential extermination of various alien species in the wake of the Draelvasier crusade of Wild Space.

Romi Jade, having fought the Drael on multiple occasions, called a small Conclave between Enclave leaders. Realizing the extent of the damage they inflicted on the galactic ecosystem Jade and Starchaser petitioned several galactic organizations for aid.

Negotiating a treaty between all groups, the Jedi delegates pushed for the creation of the Heal Alliance. This project would collect the power of organizations across the Galaxy to aid cultural progress. The coalition will help restore the ecosystems of various worlds in Wild Space. The initiative will consist of programs that create new food, agricultural, and propagation systems that are healthy, fair, and accessible for all struggling communities. It will also outline a space quadrant in a wild space system for the creation of a space station that should work as a hospital, observatory, research station, market, and cultural center providing refuge of the diverse cultures of countless worlds pushed to the brink of devastation.
