Appearance:

Standing at 5 feet 6 inches and weighing 140 pounds, Curtis does not appear to be physically abnormal in any regards. However this is often overlooked, as many are more focused on his choice of armour, which incorporates a primal look with the more warrior type leg and arm guards. He has hazel eyes and black hair, with a closely shaven beard. A line of red warpaint covers the bridge of his nose, which is often mistaken for blood.

The Story so Far

Before the fall

Curtis Learchin was born to unknown parents and abandoned on the planet of Dathomir, holding only a Tandgor gem. Here he was found and adopted by The Children of Talzin, who sensed his force connection and saw him as a blank slate to mould into their own image. He grew up alongside the Nightbrothers, living with them and learning their ways, however he was also taught the of the force and its many applications by the Nightsisters. At the age of 18, he was discovered by a Sith Lord and taken away, only after watching those he grew up with be slaughtered. Since then, he has been taught the ways of the Sith, using the massacre of his adoptive family to fuel his power.

Training begins

After being taken by the Sith, Curtis was shipped to Bastion, where he began his training as a Sith Acolyte. There, he formed a rivalry with one of the other students, and used that to push his training further, in hopes of finding a master that could teach him all he needed to know. He did, after months of training his class was visited by the Sith Lord Darth Pyrrhus, and after proving himself in single combat, Curtis was chosen to be his new apprentice.

Searching for Power

Though dedicated to his master, Curtis disappeared for several months as he wondered the galaxy alone. During this time, he developed a deeper connection to the dark side. He now wishes to journey to the many wells of dark side energy in an attempt to understand them better and increase his own power.

Finding Purpose

During his search for power, Curtis became a crew member of the Jaster's Sparrow, working closely with it's captain and her droid companion. His relationship with Loreena Arenais deepened during this time, despite Curtis hiding much of his past from his newfound friend.

Desertion

After months of travelling around the galaxy, away from The Sith Empire, Curtis' loyalty in the Empire strained to the breaking point. Eventually he left the Empire after participating in The Network's invasion of Mandalore, fighting to free the slaves that had been taken alongside his newfound lover, Lori. Shortly afterwards, Curtis officially joined the Eclipse Rebellion.
