DESCRIPTION

Many remember the Trade Federation as a company from the annals of history. Now in the present it is a grand conglomeration of numerous companies, run by perhaps some of the most ruthless and vile beings to walk the galaxy. Possessing subsidiaries that stretch from the manufacturing of arms, all the way to PEDS, it could be said the Trade Federation has its finger in almost every business avenue. Their main focus however is Banking.

With a focus in fiat manipulation, the Trade Federation is currently seeking to instil a new credit to rival and exceed that of the IGBC. By also delving into forms of crypto-currency, this gives the Federation an avenue that has vast potential to generate wealth and a digital exchange to create secure transaction records.

Stepping into 900 ABY, there is no denying that the Galactic Trade Federation has semalessly claimed its position as the predominant force in shipping and trade across the known Galaxy. This achievement marks a pivotal moment for the Federation, as it successfully surpassed the long-standing dominance of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, a feat attributed to the strategic leadership of the current Commanding Viceroy Rulonom Laborr Rulonom Laborr

RATIONALE

The creation of the Trade Federation started out as a dream, some say that an infant Gat Tambor always dreamed of such a thing yet never chased his dreams. Caught up in the creation and management of the Technoid Manufactorum, Tambor busied himself with the accumulation of power and even found himself entrenched in the IGBC. It took a coming together of the pillar men whispering in the Tyrant of Trades ear to make him cement his path. To claim what was rightfully his. What was the point of simply being a part of a Banking clan, when you could control the Banking clans?!

With his dreams reinvigorated, Gat Tambor began reaching out, using his numerous connections and pulling them together into one conglomeration. A conglomeration that would rule the entirety of the galaxy, that would bend it to its will! A power, unlike anything the galaxy had seen in millennia. The Trade Federation!

The Trade Federation, buoyed by their recent successes, has flourished beyond measure and is now more determined than ever to expand their influence across the galaxy. Utilizing a combination of covert strategies and strategic enforcement to extend their reach into every crevice of the galaxy, solidifying their power base and ensuring their dominance persists.

GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Organisation Name: Commission for Logistics, Industry and Transportation (COMLIT)
  • Classification: Government Agency
  • Affiliation: Dark Empire
  • Organisation symbol: Dark Empire Imperial Seal adorned with Red Emblem
  • Description: COMLIT is responsible for industrial management, logistics and transportation & shipping across the Dark Empire. It manages production lines and makes sure that convoys are protected and arrive on sechdule without major delays.
GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy: COMLIT is lead by the Chief Logistical Minister, a senior bureaucrat within the Dark Empire appointed by the Emperor on recommendation from the Grand Vizier. The Government Agency utlimately answers to both the Imperial Economic Committee and the Imperial Ruling Council, the two primary organs of state of which the CLM is a member.
While a nominally a Civilian Agency, COMLIT operates with a paramilitary rank structure to seemlessly integrate into the wider Empire:
  • High Command
    • Chief Logistical Minister
  • Command
    • Director of Industrial Operations
    • Head of Transportation
    • Senior Logistics Manager
    • Industrial Regional Managers
    • Transportation Coordinators
  • Officers
    • Logistics Analysts
    • Industrial Engineers
    • Transport Technicians
    • Logistics Assistant
Imperial_Fleet_1.png
  • Membership:
    • Any citizen of the Dark Empire may apply to join COMLIT by scoring at least a 70% on the approved Imperial Civil Service Examination, which tests the candidate on their knowledge, problem-solving skills, business mangement and adherence to any and all laws and regulations passed by the Imperial Ruling Council. Advertising itself as a meritrocracy, COMLIT favors applications who have merit and the skills neccessary to complete the job in a timely manner, in order to faciliate the smooth functioning of the Imperial Economy. Membership within the organization is dominated by those with mathematical skills and business operations, such as Muuns, Nemoidians and Givins who often serve in topic positions. Non-citizens with desirable experience can be offered full citizenship in exchange for serving 1 year on board a COMLIT Freighter.
  • Climate:
    • COMLIT, despite its governmental facade, operates more akin to a merchant commune. The distribution of resources and duties is a collaborative effort between the Imperial Aligned-Merchants and their external suppliers, aimed at ensuring the secure and efficient movement of goods and services within the Imperial Civilian Economy. While internal compeition exists among members, it is primarily concentrated within the upper echelons of the organization, where department heads strive for greater budgets and influence over specific aspects of the agency's policities. However, such compeition becomes inconsequential when merit is the sole determinant.
  • Reputation:
    • The organization is widely regarded as the benevolent version of COMFEAR. The members of COMLIT have a wide-range of powers such as establishing new war factories, civilian goods factories, ensuring the authenticity of imperial codes, establishing new traffic laws and regulations, ensuring that freighters are redirected to the front for the good of the Dark Empire's expansion. Imperial-friendly corporations and outside merchants are treated fairly and given opportunities to tap into the local markets across conquered worlds. They enjoy a peaceful relationship with the Imperial Military and Armada, as they provide a critical service.
  • Curios:
    • COMLIT members wear a dark brown version of the standard issue service uniform of the Dark Empire, which is adorned with additional ranks, robes and enhancements for command-level officers.
  • Rules:
    • COMLIT implements stringent Imperial-centric regulations on both residents and external vendors of the Dark Empire in order to support the Emperor's expanding war-driven economy. However, lurking behind this front is the influential Trade Federation of Planets, which frequently influences strategic choices covertly and fills the group with its own associates.
  • Goals:
    • COMLIT has two primary objectives at present. The first objective revolves around harnessing the full potential of the industrial prowess possessed by the Dark Empire. This ensures that every resource and capability within the empire's reach is effectively utilized. The second objective pertains to facilitating the Trade Federation's seamless passage into Imperial Territory, while evading any suspicion from the Galactic Alliance and its Strategic Intelligence Agency.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Following the Dark Empire's triumphant invasion into the core of the Galactic Alliance, COMLIT was founded with the purpose of smoothly transitioning control from the Alliance to the Empire in the occupied regions, while ensuring the stability of the local merchant economy.

The task of establishing this governmental organization was entrusted to Meii-Nu Suu, the representative of Viceroy Laborr, and the highest-ranking positions within
COMLIT were filled by personnel from the Trade Federation of Planets who were eager to recoup any loss investments.

COMLIT moved quickly to establish its headquarters on a strong fortress world, and began construction of massive civil work projects, the signing of contracts with external suppliers such as the Trade Federation and the InterGalactic Banking Clan.

The Dark Empire's Merchant Fleet is directly under their control, allowing them to fund the growing war industry of the Dark Empire and harass the Alliance Merchant Fleets to steal their cargo.

THAT BUSINESS ON CATO NEIMOIDIA
vKSkm56.png

Senator Lodd Grimmin, esteemed representative of the Trade Federation, found himself in a moment of blissful retreat as he reclined with contentment on the Mechno-chair.

The luxury piece of mechanical furniture gracefully carried him down the steps of the inner palace courtyard, a small spectacle of grandeur that befitted his status within the realm of galactic commerce.

Situated within the majestic confines of the Aqch-Tu Palace on Cato Neimoidia, this lavish residence had been generously bestowed upon him by the benevolent Trade Monarch, a token of appreciation for his unwavering dedication and service to their shared cause.

This tranquil sanctuary provided the Senator with a rare opportunity to retreat from the cutthroat nature of Federal Assembly politics.

Amidst the lavish surroundings filled with luxury and extravagance, he found a brief respite from the responsibilities of leadership, allowing himself to fully appreciate the abundant rewards of his influential position within the Trade Federation of Planets.

As the Mechno-chair descended with a smooth grace onto the marble tiles, it allowed him to bask in the great sky lines of the various bridge-cities and be glad that the Planet of Cato Neimoidia was far away from the squabbles between the Galactic Alliance and the Dark Empire.

"Senator, there is a visitor to see you."

The tranquility was interrupted by the sound of a protocol droid's voice, with Lodd offering them a soft snear. But decided to let the individual pass through the palace's security systems and formidable battle droids, ensuring his protection.

"Tell them I am in the inner courtyard." Lodd explained, with a wave of his hand as the protocol droid disappeared.

GENERAL INFORMATION
karl-beiler-elysian-onscreen.jpg
  • Description: The Metatheran Cartel is a conglomerate that is responsible for trade and commerce across the entire Cularin System. It commands nearly 90% of the freighters entering and exiting the system, extracting taxes and fees on independent merchants moving across its territory. It wielded significant power at the peak of its influence under the rule of the Galactic Empire over the galaxy.
GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy: The Metatheran Cartel is lead by the Grand Master Trader, either a member of the Caarites and the Filordi species who directs the day to day operations, with a Vice-President of Commerce serving underneath them. The Operations Director is appointed by the Viceroy of the Galactic Trade Federation on recommendation of the GMT and the VPC. The Cartel answers to the Trade Federation of Planets, to which the GMT is a honorary member of.
The Metatheran Cartel utilizes a paramilitary hierarchy to facilitate the efficient distribution of power and authority among its members.

  • Membership:
    • Any citizen of the Cularin System may become a member of the Metatheran Cartel by applying at an approved merchant office. While they frequently limit their selection to candidates possessing the necessary qualifications, such as a background in accounting or business management, they may also consider individuals with expertise in criminal matters to make agreements with the various criminal underworlders. The majority of top positions are held by members of the Caarites and the Filordi, as they are the original founders of the Cartel.
  • Climate:
    • The Metatheran Cartel operates as a merchant commune. The distribution of resources and duties is a collaborative effort between its members and foreign corporations, aimed at ensuring the smooth transportation of goods and services within the Cularin System. Although, The Cartel is well known for engaging in corrupt practices, such as corporate sabotage and harassing of independent merchants. Often, only those displaying enough ruthlessness can advance in the leadership hierarchy.
  • Reputation:
    • The Metatheran Cartel is commonly perceived as a corrupt yet benevolent entity, permitting foreign businesses and individual traders to function within its framework as long as they contribute a portion of their profits. Those who refuse to pay the operational charges may experience disruptions in their shipments and have their merchandise taken by alleged 'Pirates', only to be resold to the very organization they were stolen from at a later time.
  • Curios:
    • Metatheran Cartel attire consisted of dark gray flight suits with a design of four silver stars placed on the left breast. Officers were distinguished by red bars on their collars.
  • Rules:
    • The Metatheran Cartel impliments regulations and taxes on both residents and external merchants within the Cularin System in order to support the goals of the Trade Federation of Planets, who frequently influences strategic choices and fills the group with its own associates in order to keep the Cartel in line.
  • Goals:
    • The Metatheran Cartel has two primary objectives at present. The initial goal focuses on incorporating additional systems into the cartel through an enlarged merchant fleet. This strategy aims to facilitate the Cartel's smooth transition into the Galactic Economy by gaining authority over essential resources. The second goal involves establishing a strong backup corporation for the Trade Federation in case they face difficulties during the Galactic Alliance-Dark Empire War.
MEMBERS
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The Metatheran Cartel chose the Cularin system as the starting place to build up their own power base, opposing the Trade Federation and inviting the Sullustans and other species to operate in Cularin. The Trade Federation was busy with the Naboo blockade, but hired pirates to harass Cartel shipping.

This conflict was known locally as the Trade Wars. When word spread of the Federation's loss at the Battle of Naboo, the pirates believed they would not be paid and changed sides due to an offer of the Cartel. This ended the conflict.

Despite breaking off from the Trade Federation, it wasn't a philosophical split. In addition to having legitimate business concerns, the Metatheran Cartel employed many similar tactics as the Federation. Nevertheless, as soon as the Cartel had strengthened its hold on Cularin, it turned against the piracy using patrol ships. They could not, however, stop the piracy altogether.

The Cartel made extensive agreements with both SoroSuub Corporation and Sienar Fleet Systems, offering them partnership with preferential trade status, but not membership in the Cartel. They hired, sponsored and pursued smugglers to obtain illegal goods and to handle competitors; they hired pirates to attack smugglers and opposed businesses.

The leaders of the Cartel pursued their individual agendas, not worrying about the Cartel's long-term goals. There was no central business organization within the Cartel, so individual Cartel leaders could end up working at cross purposes accidentally, with speakers trying to repair the P.R. debacle later.

The Cartel would carry on business operations, switching sides when convient during the Current Galactic Chaos Era. By 900 ABY, the Galactic Trade Federation exerted pressure on the Cartel to join the Federation, guaranteeing the protection of profits.

DESCRIPTION

The CGT-175 Heavy Modular Freighter represents the future of Bulk Freighter, specifically created and produced for the Galactic Trade Federation. at great overall cost to the megaconglomerate. Its main purpose is to replace the outdated Lucrehulk Class LH-3210 Cargo Freighter in the Trade Federation Merchant Fleet.

Commissioned by the Trade Federation Directorate in 900 ABY as a preemptive action to safeguard its trade routes across the galaxy amidst the ongoing
Galactic Alliance-Dark Empire War, its purpose was to facilitate the transportation of millions of cargo units between systems while ensuring protection against pirate vessels and enemy raiders that might seek to sabotage the hyperspace lanes for their perspective factions.

With dimensions measuring approximately 5,000 meters in length, width, and height, this bulk freighter is equipped with a substantial amount of cargo space, allowing it to efficiently provide food and supplies to numerous star systems throughout the galaxy.

The cargo area can be rearranged to create extra hangars, transforming the large freighter into an improvised carrier capable of protecting itself against hostile warships and deploying starfighters to assist the fleet in battle.

"Our Foe brands the Mandalorian Culture as the Villains of their Heroic Charade. Then I say we accept such an honor, to cause untold destruction across a thousand worlds, to become living incarnates of death from above"

    DnA0tMA.png
Hailing from the Ancient Clan Ha'rangir, Sarrogg was born on the Hutt Controlled World of Boonta. His father, Alor Krogg Ha'rangir, ensured that he received personal guidance, pushing him into combat from an early age. This was done to help him cultivate the essential skills required to thrive in the Mandalorian Culture.

Sarrogg yearned for an opportunity to prove his worth in combat, with the ultimate goal of restoring the Clan's former glory. With unwavering determination, he made the decision to immerse himself in the Local Arena, under the indifferent gaze of the Hutt Overlords. Life in the Arena was unforgiving for the young Mandalorian, yet he thrived in this harsh environment, pitting himself against one formidable creature after another, all in pursuit of fame and fortune.

Krogg, recognizing the potential, wholeheartedly supported Sarrogg's ambition, understanding that it would not only enhance his skills but also leave a lasting impression on the other Mandalorian Clans. Eventually, Sarrogg would successfully complete the Verd'goten, a rite of passage that would signify his acceptance as an adult.

For several decades, he resided with his father as a Mandalorian Warrior among many others. However, their peaceful existence was disrupted when the Sith invaded Mandalore. Clan Ha'rangir bravely fought against the Sith onslaught, but only a few survived the devastating massacre.

Determined to find a new home, they embarked on a journey across the stars. Despite being invited to join the flourishing Mandalorian Culture on Kestri, the Warriors of Ha'rangir declined the offer. Instead, they chose to settle on the planet of Boonta, where they established a formidable fortress to call their own.

Krogg's true allegiance as a Sith Collaborator was eventually exposed, leading the members of the Ha'rangir Clan to label him as "Arue'tal" or Traitor's Blood in Mando'a.

In an attempt to redeem his honor as a Mandalorian, Sarrogg invoked the Ancient Tradition of Geroya Be Haran. The clash between father and son within the Fortress became the stuff of legends for those fortunate enough to witness it. Despite being battered and bruised, neither of them showed any signs of surrender, displaying an unwavering determination to fight till the end.

Krogg's momentary hesitation proved to be his downfall, allowing Sarrogg to claim victory. As per tradition, Krogg's accomplishments and existence were erased from Mandalorian History, as if he had never been.

Despite redeeming his personal honor in front of Clan Ha'rangir, Sarrogg chose to bear the title of "Arue'tal" as a constant reminder of his family's betrayal against the Mandalorian People. Filled with a newfound thirst for battle, Sarrogg invoked Akaan'gaan , vowing to actively seek out conflicts wherever they may arise.

"My thirst of battle can't be satisfied until my name is feared across the galaxy"

Strengths & Weaknesses

+Deadshot+

Ziggst demonstrates exceptional marksmanship skills, proficiently hitting targets with precision using a variety of short and long-range weapons. Her ability to accurately shoot moving targets, whether stationary, on the move, or airborne, serves as a source of inspiration for others.

-Endurance-

Ziggst, while a proficient warrior, lacks the durability of many Mandalorians due to her small frame and lightweight build. This makes it challenging for her to compete in strength-based battles against opponents who are stronger or larger. As a result, she must strategically use her opponent's strengths to her advantage.

+Mandalorian Warrior+

Despite being viewed as a betrayer by her own people, Ziggst remains unwavering in her identity as a Mandalorian Warrior. Her unwavering commitment to her pride and honor as a warrior is of utmost importance to her, and she is willing to go to any lengths to safeguard this pride, regardless of the consequences for herself or others.

-EMP/ION Weaponry-

Ziggst's susceptibility to EMP/ION weaponry, owing to her cybernetic enhancements, necessitates caution when confronting adversaries on the battlefield without adequate support.

The Mandalorian known only as 'Zigg' had been hired by an Imperial Warlord by the name of 'Sodo Bassk' to carry out a rather daring mission on the bustling planet of Corellia.

The task was simple yet rather dangerous even for a skilled bounty hunter such as herself - infiltrate an Alliance Payroll Station and steal a hefty cache of credits meant for the Alliance Defense Forces. While navigating the bustling thoroughfares of Coronet, the capital city of Corellia, her thoughts were consumed by the impending mission.

She comprehended the inherent dangers involved, as the heavily fortified Alliance Payroll Station boasted an intricate security apparatus capable of detecting even the most inconspicuous attempts at infiltration. However, she wasn't the type of gal to shy away from such a delightful challenge.

"I'm sure, old' Bassk wouldn't mind if I took a stache for myself. After all, a gal like myself needs a massage after such a job." Ziggst rationalized her thoughts by internally convincing herself that she was the victim in the situation.

After all, Bassk had interrupted her precious day off, a rare occurrence for a busy Bounty Hunter like herself who had many bounties to collect both illegal and legal.

She let out a weary sigh as she made her way to the payroll station. Her slim figure allowed her to squeeze under a gap in the wall near the station, but she had to struggle to pull her jetpack through the opening when the missile launcher got caught.

Finally, it came loose just in time as an Alliance Guardsman patrol moved around the outer perimeter. Hiding underneath a waste basket, until they passed.

"Now I'll smell like a hutt's backside. This job gets worse each minute." She complained, through her helmet as the strench wasn't entirely pleasing.

BATTLE GROUP
"Cassus Fett"

Kestus Bralor
Bastion was not enough. Mandalore was not enough. Nothing ever would be. This was war, war for existence. This would be a Galaxy, a realm ruled by those who let themselves be slaves to their gods, or the common man harnessing their fire. To Kestus, the ideological identity of Mandalorian and New Imperial meant little. If they did not endure this eternal struggle...and prevail, there would be neither.

Helgard Awaits.

And here, they would begin the fall. The fall of the Sith and begin the crumbling of the decrepit castle which had fixed itself into the gilded foundations of the Galaxy.

At the Sith arrival to the New Imperial blockade, it wasn't long until the horrid, foreboding silhouette of the Gra'tua Cuun, the flagship of the Sons of Mandalore, vengeance made manifest crept into the scape of battle. Accompanying Kestus, his retinue. The ensemble of heavy metal here to rain death on the Sith. His command was hybrid, between vessels manned solely by the New Imperial Navy and those manned by the Sons of Mandalore, each trained in tandem with the other. Externally, the distinction between these vessels would be the argent stencil of the Mythosaur skull impressed unto the underbelly of each starship, with rust red stripes running parallel through the Imperial grey.

Rising from the command throne of the Mandalorian dreadnought, Kestus pounded a closed fist against his Beskar heart.

It was time to make war.

Unlike the methodical and frigid nature of the New Imperial officer corps, Kestus undertook a more ritualistic approach to battle, as his Creed had demanded for generations.

<"We have our contact, bridge a line of communication to the King Enlil."> Kestus demands of his subordinate, Sayben Rook.

<"Aye, sir."> And a hail reached out to , the Mandalorian warlord appearing in his ornate Beskar'gam before his counterpart from Ketaris.

<"Your grace. It is...not ideal that we meet under these circumstances, never the less. We have the opportunity to forge a bond unlike any other. In combat. However, I will be assuming naval command of the New Imperial forces here. By orders of the Sovereign Imperator."> He states, pausing for a moment before continuing.

<"The Sith have prepared a concise advance toward the middle of our formation. We will allow for an elastic defense, with vessels embarking laterally to their advance, allowing for a full envelopment of our formation with their advance. They wish to be aggressive, then they will come to us on our terms. If they move to envelop, we will drive our own advance and cut them right in two, follow the lead of the Gra'tua Cuun when the time comes. They may be willing to fight us...but they can not endure the pain, the struggle.">

<"We will make them bleed. Brothers all.">
He says, closing the communication with a Basic translation of the Mandalorian phrase.

<"Hold our destroyers back to the Gra'tua Cuun, appear to maneuver conservatively, have them in 'trident' formation lest we get the opportunity to envelop from the sides. Otherwise, we move to strike the face and underbellies of their vessels. As soon as we can clear the range to one of their larger vessels...we begin the charge. Otherwise, launch all fighter wings to intercept their own screens and move up packs to corner and isolate their corvettes."> The ramming blades of the Gra'tua Cuun yearned for blood.

<"Your will be done, Shipmaster."> The clan Rook kinsman replied.

So it begins.

DESCRIPTION

The Imperial Grade Heavy Quad 70TT HTL Needlenose Turbolaser Emplacement represents the latest advancement in long-range turbolaser systems created by the InterGalactic Technology Union for Project Iron Misery.

A contingency plan enacted by the Trade Federation of Planets following the collapse of the New Imperial Order and the emergence of various imeprial successor states such as the Empire of the Lost, The Dark Empire, and the Imperial Military Protectorate.

Serving as a pinnacle of Old Imperial Research, The Heavy Quad Needlenose was an enlarged iteration of the Dual 720HTL. It featured slender and longer barrels, aiming to optimize damage output and enhance accuracy over vast distances.

This formidable weapon was specifically designed for Star Destroyers measuring up to 3,000 Meters in length, owing to its colossal power demands and the necessity for advanced generators to maintain coolent functions.
