DESCRIPTION
Ever following in the nature of the Skakoan pragmatism ; the Technoid Manufactorum is a corporation that adopts said philsophy for the creation of warfighting materials. Be they ranging from personal armaments to full scale ships-of-the-line the design principal of utilty and unwasted space is favored in spades over aesthetic properties though is open to contract work with any buyer and will accept tailoring each product to the branding and aesthetic properties of the buyer even if it sacrifices in the original design principals. Utilizing business practices that can best be described as 'morally murky' by employing indentured or outright enslaved labor whilst taking barely any regard to the well being of local ecosystems when conducting vital product tests. Whilst not proclaiming any loyalty to any particular government it favors the Sith-Imperial market in regards to war profiteering as they ever expand their borders whilst operating heavily in the barely regulated CIS space all the same.
RATIONALE
The Technoid Manufactorum was originally founded by a group of Skakoan engineers and researchers. who procured funding from Sith-Imperial aristocratic families in exchange for share in the company. Elected by his peers, Gat serves as the current 'Foreman' and thus chair and corporate executive officer of the Technoid Manufactorum. Given his position based on engineering and technical knowledge the move reflected the strictly pragmatist view of the corporation, harkoning on the design and foundational principals of the old Techno Union as it operated during and prior to the Clone Wars.
