GENERAL INFORMATION
Niki Priddy could be labeled by some as a fence-sitting entrepreneur from a casual glance. Typically known for creating products marketed to the masses while seizing upon opportunities to expand her operations slowly and tactfully.
Privately, she is a deeply paranoid and overly cautious being.
Having already been the victim of her ignorance upon Denon and taken away from it a severe life lesson from the matter. Requiring the augmentation of not only her eyes for them to operate, but also a skin-graft to replace what had been damaged. Once called a soft and delightful presence, she is now callous and calculating. Expecting excellence from her subordinates as well as their untroubled obedience.
A new event in her life has manufactured Force-sensitivity within Niki, a fact that she does not enjoy but has begun to capitalize on.

HISTORY
Born on Atoa to loving parents that gave her an extensive list of names taken from her grandparents, her early childhood was molded by the Theocracy that was Atoa. The daughter of a priestess and a businessman, Niki's path forward in life only followed one of her parent's careers. Striking out for The Deep when the Agents of Chaos began their streak of attacks against the Confederacy of Independent Systems as a means to explore her engineering creativity while applying herself on a new path forward. The sudden disbanding of the group however left her adrift in the galaxy without purpose until The Order of the Silver Jedi welcomed her closer to the Core.
Allowing her the opportunity to not only begin anew, but to aid her in making amends with the group she had supplied weapons against. Even working with the esteemed CEO of Locke & Key for a project before the CEO of Lucerne Labs brought Niki into the fold known as The Directorate. A group within the galaxy comprised exclusive engineers and executives. Her time was not spent idle, ingratiating herself with the Mistryl Shadow Guard on Emberlene and earning their trust along with the extensive information network they provided in exchange for making products for them.
Moving forward, old ties drew her back into dedicated war products as Ingrid L'erim welcomed her company within the Eternal Empire.
While not as deeply involved with the machinations of the Eternal Empire, another group sought Niki out as well for her connections and enterprising nature. The Family, a secretive group that one might consider gangsters in the best of light, brought her on board as a producer for some of their wares. Even going so far as to integrate her within the group that made their home on Denon, Darkwire. An interesting collection of characters in their own right.
It was shortly after these two meetings that an attack on her was made.
A drug dealer of great notoriety within the gangs of Denon rebuked her request for payment. Taking the attempt as a deep insult and taking his supposed due in the form of torture. Ruining her eyes, face, and nearly starving her to death before Niki could be rescued by the head of the Family, Ivory Stroud. Suffering severely both mentally and physically from the attack, Niki did what she never believed she would do and plotted revenge on the man. Orchestrating an attack on the gang's base with the assistance of the Family and her own cadre of droids.
While she could not directly murder the man that had forced her to undergo intensive medical reconstructive surgery, Dominik Borra did pull the trigger for her.
The one highlight to take away from her time was Dominik's continued presence in her life before his departure from her side. A blow to her mental health in some ways as she became cold and distant to those around her. Moving on from those problems rather than deal with them, she now moves ahead in life to further add to her repertoire of products and business ventures.

APPEARANCE
Slender in an almost unhealthy way, Niki consistently seems to be eating despite her build.
While her facial features at one time were soft and rounded, they are now sharply pointed from reconstructive surgeries to restore the damage from different chemicals. Soft eyes replaced with hyper vigilant orbs that are a steely blue in nature until their hidden purpose is revealed in an amber glow. Her face is always in a state of implacable irritation even in spite of performing some of her favorite pastimes.
Squared shoulders and an almost exaggerated hourglass physique are often hidden behind business formal clothing to remove the perception of weakness. When not in such formal attire, she can normally be found in clothing that is still functional for at the very least a semi-formal setting.
Her hair is kept to a manageable length in a braid, reaching to the small of her back and dyed with Chromomite to appease the sense of vanity that has slowly crept upon her after her surgeries.

PERSONALITY
Deeply paranoid from an attack that left her needing skin grafts and cybernetic augmentation to restore her functions and appearance, Niki works on the basis of trust but confirms it to a whole new level.
Extensive background checks conducted with artificial intelligence operated deep trawling of the holonet, and observation prior to first contact are her typical modus operandi.
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
Technically Minded: Spends most of her time around the lab and factory, watching for flaws and or possible improvements.
Physical Ability: Being Atoan, Niki can outdo a run of the mill soldier in terms of physical ability. She does not advertise and limits the exposure of such knowledge.
Puncture Wounds: As an Atoan, the biggest concern for her is the possibility of bleeding out due to a deep cut or other similar injury, as the biological matter of a decentralized circulatory system brings the danger of quickly losing blood.
Deeply Paranoid: With most anyone she can put on the act of a genial and easy-going business woman. But seldom does she trust others in any capacity besides what they can gain.
