At the center a colossal needle-thin tower rises to the skyline, its polished surface catching the sunlight and refracting it into blinding spears of light. This is the surgical spire that goes from surface of the world to the skyline. The central hub where all medical data and research are synthesized as every several levels a similar design is made with artificial sunlight for the lower districts.
