THE STORY SO FAR​

INTRO: SCHISM and WAR

Born from the fires of heretical reformation against The Sith Empire's Sith-Imperial Doctrine the WARLORDS OF THE SITH was formed by the rebel Sith Lords Darth Voyance, Kascalion Giedfield and Vora Kaar in order to bring the Sith back to their roots as adherents to the Dark Side and the Sith Code - and not merely puppets to an Emperor and his Court. Their Sith Creed is that of the Sith Code itself - might makes right, always craving power, building strength through conflict, and never ceasing in becoming stronger.

The very core of the Warlords is to keep the Sith from becoming stagnate opulent bureaucrats - and to train new Sith of lasting power, not beholden to an Empire or any Dark Lord. They are a decentralized group of rival yet allied High Lords who assuming titles of Warlords prepare to launch a final crusade against the enemies of the Sith.

The Warlords have gathered together to form a feudal covenant of Sith Lords in a marauding collection of fleets designed to be permanently on Sith Crusade against both the Sith Empire, New Imperial Order and the Jedi Orders of the galaxy. Led by Darth Voyance from her Dark Side powered battle-station - the Dark Praxeum - the fleets of Voyance, Kascalion, and Vaar have unleashed a war to reclaim the Sith.​

CHAPTER 1: THE DUEL OF FAITHS [LINK]

Gathering the three Warlords' Fleets of Praxeum (Voyance's), Errant (Vora Kaar's), and Dread (Kascalion's) - the three Dark Sovereigns of the Warlords covenant unleash a surprise assault on the Sith Homeworld of Korriban. The sacred world was under siege by a victorious Galactic Alliance, having beaten the Sith-Imperial contingent into a retreat. Exiting hyperspace over Korriban, directly in the engaging fleets of the Galactic Alliance and Sith-Imperial Armada, the Dark Praxeum unleashed a Force Maelstrom that crippled both.

Afterwards the Dark Praxeum descended onto the surface of Korriban. In space Darth Voyance lead a strike force of Sith onto the vessels of the Galactic Alliance, while Kascalion and Vora Kaar charged into the Korriban battlefield to crush both Jedi and Sith-Imperial. The assault contributed to the retreat of the Galactic Alliance and the Sith Empire from the Korriban system. The attack drove a symbolic message - the Sith Empire was no longer the true "Defendor of the Sith Faith" and in the great Duel of Faiths to come - the Warlords would show their zeal and might.​

THE TSIS-ITSUTTOI SYSTEM​

What is an Itsuttoi?

• A Tsis-Itsuttoi [Pronounced: TS-ISS ITS-UU-TOY] - meaning: "The Sith Chained" in ur-Kittât [The Sith Old Tongue] , is a term for a Feudal Collective of Sith Lords, Knights, Barons, and their Vassal Warriors that form a Clan or Itsuttoi.​
• Inspired by real-world clan system from Feudal Japan - an Itsuttoi is exactly that, a Feudal Warrior Sith Clan.​
• An Ittsutoi can be of any size and commanded by any rank of Sith FU or Non-FU. However, those of greater rank IC'ly can have greater sway. In fact, Itsuttoi can be vassals of other Itsuttoi and those of others.​
• How each Itsuttoi is governed internally is up to the direct will of the commanding person.​
• Itsuttoi can be landless and simply a war-band of Sith Warriors aboard their own ships - or they can be landed with locations, regions, or worlds under their control.​
• The greatest Itsuttoi are commanded by Sith High Lords and Sith Barons - these are known as the Ari'Itsuttoi [Pronounced: ARE-EE-ITS-UU-TOY] - meaning: "the Lordly Chained".​
• They hold greater IC power and have access to greater resources of war and politics within the cut throat schemes of the Warlords. And as such can have many Vassal Itsuttoi at their sides.​

How to RP an Itsuttoi?

• Where to Start:
  • OOC'ly a Itsuttoi is a narrative tool for everyone of all IC levels to write, explore, and develop their own variations of the core themes of the Warlords - i.e. courtly intrigue, rivalries, feudal wars, and politics​
• How They RP:
  • Itsuttoi can be RP'd however you want: they can by dynastic clans of powerful warriors, hodge-podge of warriors with a common cause and theme, a cabal of Sith Barons and their NFU allies trying to gain political power in a Sith world or just a band of Sith brothers and sisters. The style, aesthetic, and governance of each Itsuttoi is up to you!​
  • Itsuttoi can switch allegiances, change which bigger Itsuttoi they are vassal to, or even begin power struggles internally or externally in bigger Itsuttoi - really, the skies the limit with what stories you want to tell.​
  • But the Itsuttoi ARE NOT an OOC Popularity Contest or a OOC Show of Power - the size and activity of your Itsuttoi does not give you OOC excuses to powergame over others or throw your weight around.​
  • Should Faction Staff find you are using your Itsuttoi to cause OOC divisions or weaponized to disturb the faction's cooperative writing atmosphere you will be reprimanded in OOC and IC.​
  • Don't ruin what is supposed to be a fun mechanic for feudal politics storylines. (I am trusting all of you!~)​
