STRENGTHS

    • Entirely automated, the 'Talos' are a series of ships overloaded with weapons and engines - to make them close the distance to their target, and unleash as much firepower as possible before they are taken down. In this, they are exceptional; powerful corvettes capable of laying waste to large sections of starship hulls or decimating smaller ships - but they are purpose built to swarm and overwhelm things like SSD's.

    • With its highly advanced computational systems designed by AEGIS and Jaeger, the 'Talos' is doubly hard to hack into - and can operate fully independent of fleet commands due to the advanced droid brain within. Due to this, the system is able to operate with high fidelity even when facing large EWAR countermeasures.
WEAKNESSES
  • Temporary Stay -
    • Due to the fact there are no crew on board, and to keep production prices as low as possible - the Corvettes are not armed with much armor. Barely above most civilian transports, the armor of the 'Talos' is meant specifically to give it enough time to close the distance, drop its load, and then be destroyed; making them the perfect throw-away unit for the Sith Eternal.
DESCRIPTION

Commissioned in 864ABY, the SCi-7 'Talos' Class Automated Torpedo Boat is a corvette specifically built to compensate for the Sith Eternal's inability to field as much manpower as its contemporary governments. With their sole planet being Korriban, and the cults that spread their influence across the galaxy busy doing exactly that - the Sith Eternal is forced to make ships that have no crew; but to keep production values as low as possible, they focused on a single design that should compensate for the vast majority of their difficulties.​

Armed with as many weapons as possible, the 'Talos' is built to be more of a kamikazi corvette than anything truly purpose built for staying power. With little to no defenses, almost nothing to provide powerful maneuverability, they are a point and shoot corvette meant to overwhelm the defenses of ships many times their size through sheer swarm tactics. This, and to save the Sith Eternal its manpower for ships that require it - such as the Khan or Monger class.​

Overall, this makes the SCi-7 a powerful addition to the Sith Eternal's Arsenal - but more specifically a strong counter for far larger naval forces they face, and nation's who population could easily overwhelm the relatively minuscule amount of strength the Sith Eternal can currently field in conventional senses. While their numbers are large through the underworld, they still remain a weaker strategic force.​
