CONTENT INFORMATION:

Dating as far back as Kay Larr's successful election as president of Commenor, the House Arenais Humanitarian Trust lists and provides ownership rights to the collective assets of the family's three generations' worth of hard work and ingenuity, ranging from organisations that have continued business over the years, to military vessels, weaponry and valuable force artifacts that were safely witheld from the public, family estates to an entire civilian spacestations, personal documentation and accounts of encounters with the Sith, and battlearmor once worn by Jedi Master Veiere Arenais, passed down after his death.

As the Trust was created by Caedyn Arenais to ensure that all assets, organisations and financial equity remain within the possession of the once great family, those with access to the Trust, whether listed in the original document or having gained access via familial inheritance, are entitled to full access and use of all assets under the title.

Members of the Trust:
SUMMARY:
A trust agreement is a legal document that defines the rules intended by the trustor or grantor who originally owns the properties, which shall be held in trust by the trustee for the benefit of the grantor or trustor's beneficiaries. The usual objectives of the trust are to ensure that the assets of the trustor or grantor shall be managed properly and shall not be spent thriftily by the beneficiary by appointing a trustee to manage the assets, known as a trust for the beneficiary's benefit. This also helps in avoiding probate. This is, in a general sense, a contract where it shall be the obligation of the trustee to secure the well-being of the trustor's beneficiaries upon the death of the trustor until such age where it is believed by the trustor that the beneficiaries are capable of managing their own finances. HISTORICAL INFORMATION:

House Arenais was once a powerful and respected family, aligned with the light of the Force and committed to democratic, just leadership. In the modern galaxy, however, their name has all but vanished from public memory.

Veiere Arenais fell during the war between the Silver Jedi Order and the Sith Empire. After his death, Lady Kay withdrew from political life, choosing peace over power for the remainder of her days. Their son, Caedyn Arenais, continued the family line, fathering a daughter with Asaraa Vaashe before eventually retiring and dying of old age. Loreena Arenais pursued the path of Mandalore, uncovering her mother's long-buried heritage, an aspect of the family rarely spoken of. Public records ended with Caedyn's daughter, Kristyl Arenais, who was believed to have been killed on Naboo during the era of the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Knights Obsidian.

In truth, Kristyl survived. She joined the Ascendancy and vanished into the Shiraya Expanse, withdrawing to a remote corner of the galaxy where years became decades, and anonymity granted her a fragile peace. That peace ended when the Imperial Security Bureau finally located her, murdering many of the family's friends and supporters in the process.

Forced back into the wider galaxy, Kristyl was driven by grief and a renewed hunger for justice. She returned to worlds such as Commenor, reopening old wounds and rekindling House Arenais' long-standing conflict with followers of the dark side. Operating in secrecy, she hunted those within the ISB responsible for the covert killings. It was during this period that she met Judah Dashiell, an encounter marked by a single drunken night that resulted in an unplanned pregnancy. From that mistake, new life was born, carrying the blood of the once-great House Arenais into the modern age.

In the present day, Judah is much older, and his youngest son, Balun Arenais Dashiell, has learned the truth of his heritage. Kristyl remains in hiding, still pursuing vengeance against the remnants of the Empire as they scatter across the galaxy. Though mother and son are estranged, Balun seeks to reclaim his legacy as the sole inheritor of House Arenais' remaining assets, using what is rightfully his to strengthen his already thriving business and secure a future for his own son, Kellan Dashiell.
