DESCRIPTION:

The Estate of Caedyn Arenais and Asaraa Vaashe is one of many state of the art living facilities built within the “Outer-Heaven’s” Residential Sector. These facilities have been constructed with high grade materials and are priced expensively due to their modern style and decor.

Each residence upon purchase comes pre-furnished, though buyers may choose to accommodate the new lifestyle with their own furnishings, for such an up-market house-hold, why not start a new life with new things and leave your old dusty wares back on the junk heap you came from!

From the outside, the Estate is very generously sized for such a young couple to be living in. Balcony’s flank the front and sides of the two storied residence, looking out across the nearby recreational park and lake situated within the area. The walls are all white marble on the outside to match the running theme across the Residential Section of the Civilian Space-Station, however the interior is of a much more homely feeling, offering a warm vibe with it’s polished wooden floors as well as a variety of wallpapers for new buyers to choose from.

The size of the property is also significant for space-station living, boasting a considerable yard around the House that includes a swimming pool as well as an outdoor deck area for “summer” lounging. Asaraa and Caedyn have gone the distance to pay a little extra for a pre-dug vegetable garden, as well as an outdoor workshop behind the residence, for the side-projects like lightsaber construction and maintenance, or whatever labor needs one might come across for their house-hold chores.

POINTS OF INTEREST
  • Master Bedroom and En-suite:
The easiest way to describe the Master Bedroom to someone unfamiliar with the residence, is to call it a studio apartment attached to the rest of the Estate. The share size of the room and it's furnishings makes the primary bedroom one of the focal points of the property. From their own private bathroom and library area, work-station, walk-in wardrobes, super king sized bed and a wonderful view from the second floor to the outdoor balcony overlooking the rest of the station, this truly is a place worthy of "outer-heaven" for any young adult. Something most would only dream of calling their own.
  • Three Additional Bedrooms:
Though not nearly as large or maxed-out as the master bedroom, the Estate holds three extra rooms for guests or family members, one of which comes with its own en-suite/bathroom. They are all decent in size and pre-furnished, ready for visitors at a moments notice.
  • Main Living Room/Lounge:
The Main Living Area is equal to the size of the master-bedroom, making it one of the two largest areas of the Estate, and comes with it's own private bar with a selection of drinks on tap. There is plenty of comfortable seating as well as a very large wall hung holo-vision platform for all your couch-potato needs.
  • Additional Living Room/Lounge:
Because one's just not enough; Here we have a second lounging area with a pool table within the center surrounded by comfortable seating, a personal computer with holo-net access and another holo-vision terminal. While there is no private bar in this one, there is a bench with a small fridge for refreshments fit for those joyful nights spent with friends and family. This room is the perfect place for a party, between the two living areas, and a sliding door leads out onto the outside decking area where a built in cooking station completes the look and feel of this comfortable section of the Estate.
  • Personal Offices (One each):
Two rooms of the Estate have been equipped with office decor, where Caedyn and Asaraa can both get away to do their work or tend to their professional needs within their own home and do so undisturbed from whomever else might be visiting or around. They each have their own holo-terminals, plenty of storage and filing cabinets, as well as a couch for guests and holo-vision for when one needs a break from all the serious business in their lives.
  • Meditation Room:
As implied in the name, this is a room centered around the practice of Force Users, where the running theme is quiet inner reflection. The room has been fitted with blinds across the windows in order to dim the light during the day, and there is plenty of cushioned seating and potted plants to encourage the flow of natural energies for one’s ease of connection to the Force.
  • Gym Room (Physical training and fitness):
A room dedicated to personal fitness, sporting gym equipment for private use of the owners of the property to use at their discretion. These tools range from sim-cycles to weight lifting, boxing bags and martial arts equipment; finally there is a vast space dedicated for sparring, the likes that you might find within a dojo.
  • Cellar/Basement Storage:
An underground storage area that spans the full width of the house as an additional floor. Down here there is room for all manner of uses, and upon purchase of the property, was only furnished with the standard laundromat equipment (Washing machine & Dryer).
  • Primary Bathroom:
The primary Bathroom is large and separate from the bedrooms for use of any and all residing within the Estate. The main feature of this bathroom is the arguably excessive sized Bathtub that looks to have been made for more than one person in mind. Despite this, the bathroom is large enough to boast a decent shower, as well as two hand-basin with individual cupboards and storage.
  • Kitchen & Dining Room:
No expense has been spared when it comes to the magnificent Kitchen, open and titled with plenty of space across the bench and a walk-in cupboard for storage of food produce. The Fridge/Freezer is large enough to require double doors and looks to be able to stock up for weeks at a time. As for the Dining Room, it is half the size of the living areas and in the centre is a long dining table with seating enough for every member of House Arenais (7 + 3 additional seats).
  • Outdoor Swimming Pool:
On the outer platform overlooking the residential sector and recreational parks and walkways, the exterior yard holds quite a view from the elevated floor for which the Estate resides upon. Arguably the drawing point of attention in the outdoors, is the swimming pool and fenced section surrounding it, where there are chairs made to lay back upon and bask in the artificial heat of the space-stations ambient rays.
  • Tool Shed & Work-Shop:
The outdoor office if you will, this shed is large enough to be considered an extension of the estate itself, if it weren’t completely separate and positioned within the back of the property. Here, Caedyn and Asaraa have everything they need to work on their technological projects and hobbies such as the modification and maintenance of their lightsabers for example.

SECURITY: Medium.
  • Security Locking System:
From inside of the Estate, Caedyn and Asaraa can access the same terminal that controls the Security Alarm, initiating a lock-down of the Estate to ensure that all entree points and windows would be secured for the duration of the night or should they both be planning on being away for an extended period of time (A holiday for example).
  • Password Encrypted Security Alarm:
As mentioned above, the Estate has internal motion sensors which can be activated via a private code for which only Caedyn and those he deems trustworthy, will know. Should there be any movement within the Estate, identifiable as a humanoid figure for example, the alarm will sound and alert those in the nearby area as well as notifying "Outer-Heaven" Security, the law enforcement agency of the Space-Station.
  • External Security Cameras:
Positioned on the exterior of the Estate, the security camera’s capture everything around the property, specifically the entrance points of the household in the case that someone might try to break in while Caedyn and Asaraa aren’t home. These cameras are monitored and recorded via a set of console terminals within the Estate’s Panic Room, explained further below.
  • Security Access Key-Card (Asaraa & Caedyn):
A house key in the form of a credit card. These are exactly what they sound like, meant for unlocking the doors via access panels that the cards can be swiped over.
  • Panic Room:
Located in the Master Bedroom and disguised as part of the rear wall, this reinforced-Quadanium room can be opened via remote that Caedyn keeps within a bedside draw. Once opened and situated inside, both Caedyn or Asaraa’s access keys can be used to secure the room and lock it down so that even the remote, if used, cannot override and allow any persons inside. Once in this state of lockdown, the Panic Room can only be opened from the inside, leaving Caedyn and Asaraa in the safest place they could be should anyone seek to harm them.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

"Outer-Heaven" was financed and completed in cooperation between House Arenais and Locke & Key Mechanics for which Caedyn and Asaraa both have to thank for their high-standard, neighborly environment.

The Estate itself however, despite Caedyn’s connection to House Arenais, was bought through official means and the son of Veiere Arenais, head of the Family, had spent a couple of years working with whatever job he could find in order to gain enough to cover the substantial deposit required to gain the property under his name.

This, coupled with his families good credit history, allowed him to enter into a contract under the government sector of the Space Station, in that he was to find employment aboard the station in the agreement that the price of the property and subsequent taxes would be discountered there-on.

Unfortunately for Asaraa Vaashe, Caedyn had kept everything of his plans to himself hoping to surprise her only once he had everything under control and locked down. The Estate came pre-built as part of the residential section, so the layout wasn’t a custom design of his making, but rather a pre-defined and already completed estate of which he chose over numerous others that he had felt were lesser choices. Despite this, the choice of furnishings were all of Caedyn’s selection, financed by the space-station and priced on-top of his already existing loan with them.

Having undergone all of the stress of a first home buyer, the planning and the organization whilst also trying to keep it quiet from his girlfriend, the time had finally come around in which all Caedyn had left to do was surprise Asaraa, and ask her to move in with him!

[member="Caedyn Arenais"] This is a fancy "little" abode! I love all the effort you put into it, but, there's just a little thing to note.

The first Image Credit goes to a website that has the "Bedroom" used as a banner but it's not the actual image. I'd trade it out for this link instead.

One fixed I can get this stamped.
