ADVANCED SYSTEMS
Strengths:
  • Roaming Platform: Everything you could need in life while travelling the known Galaxy. This mobile Space-Station offers it’s residence a variety of worlds to visit and explore every month.
  • The Metro: Within the Space-Station, is a fully capable and self-sustainable city and working economy, providing work and residency for those with the credits to afford to live there. This section of the Space-Station is located within the middle (largest) platform and is referred to as "The Metro".
  • Independent: Completely self-sustaining and not requiring resources from outside of the Space-Station, Outer-Heaven boasts it's own variety of critical systems such as, Hydroponics, Recycling, Heating and Repair and Replacement parts from an automated shopping complex within the Metro-sector.
Weaknesses:
  • Upper-Class Economy: Gaining a life here at the Outer Heaven Space Station requires a large financial deposit in order to gain living space alone. From there, Residents may find work to continue to rent or buy themselves a permanent residence there.
  • No Offensive Capabilities: While the Outer Heaven Space Station has a capable defensive structure, it has no offensive or hostile armaments. This is a public and civil place of residency, not a mobile battle-station.
  • Upper-Class: The residents of this Station are required to be well-financed in order to afford a life aboard the Outer-Heaven. Not only does this target a specific economic group of society, but also encourages the station to be a target for piracy and Criminal Activity.
DESCRIPTION:

0a6b5z6.jpg
They say "home is where the heart is"...-But what if your home could traverse the known Galaxy? House Arenais, in cooperation with Locke & Key Mechanics have invested a vast fortune in the commission of a new, state-of-the-art Commercial and Civilian Space Station. Since being forced to look away from Commenor and elsewhere for the future financial setting of Veiere Arenais' family fortune, the Jedi Master has committed a ridiculous amount of credits to a new project being headed by the aforementioned corporation, bringing a new marvel to the Galaxy the likes none have seen before...

Welcome to "Outer-Heaven"!

Outer-Heaven is an upper-class mobile Station designed to cater to, and sustain a mobile economy of citizens all who are able to fulfil their daily needs (Whether that be careers, hobbies or living), aboard the roaming space-station heavily financed through private investors. The Station comes with its own chain of command and security force governed by, you guessed it, a governor and council of advisers there to promote the safety of the community while to keeping their financial and social economics running smoothly.

The Government and Security sector can be seen within the central ring and spire of the great Station, where all sectors come to join up with. It's here that all official actions and decisions are enacted, as well as the control centre for the station's over-all guidance and flight. All five additional sections are governed maintained from the heart of roaming giant here, ranging from economic matters to policing priorities and trade with outside governments, nations and worlds.

Requiring an enormous number of working personnel both crew and commercial for the production and operations of the massive Space-Station, those who have volunteered themselves for the workforce aboard the Outer-Haven Personnel board, have been given "Affordable Housing" discounts, meaning their livelihood aboard the Civilian Station comes at a much cheaper price, as opposed to the extravagant prices required for one to simply move aboard the station's facilities from off-world free of crew responsibilities. In this sense, even the poor can come aboard and live as though they're among the wealthy patrons of the Galaxy, provided they're qualified and able to fulfill the roles expected of them. As for the rest of the Stations lesser tasks and positions needing to be filled, that is what droids are for, and there's no shortage of stock coming from the Outer-Heaven's droid manufacturing line commissioned under Locke & Key Mechanics.

"The Metro" (short for Metropolis) is what the locals of Outer-Heaven refer to the internally constructed City-Scape that is the majority of the Space-Station. Spanning across two of the five sections of the vast Station, the metropolis centre has everything a wealthy window-shopper or would-be customer could purchase. A marvel for trophy wives and a burden for those with bold wallets trying to keep hold of their spoiled partners.

The Residential Housing Wing is but one of the five massive sections of the Station that span out from the central ring and are designed to house millions of Citizens, each of these estates and apartments designed to meet the varying prices pre-planned during their manufacture. Each apartment or housing complex requires a deposit of fifteen per cent of the full price including tax. These state of the art facilities are divided by paths, artificially created rivers and Parks and holds it's own vast lake where locals can visit and relax without the need of travelling to a different wing of the Station.

As a Civilian Station, Outer-Heaven is not equipped with any offensive systems or weaponry. However, with safety in mind, and the protection of its citizens, the Space-Station boasts a number of high profile defensive armaments such as the Stygium Cloak, for example.

Outer-Heaven is considered to be a neutral zone where Galactic Politics are concerned, and thus do not deny citizens based upon background nor origin. Criminal Activity upon the station will be treated as one would expect upon any authoritarian world, however, the body of government is built upon ideals of equal rights and integral ethics policies. Any and all citizens may find employment options within the moving interior metropolis, as well as a high standard of apartments and housing complex relative to the credits they can afford to spend.

From month to month, the crew of the Outer-Heaven will choose and move to the orbit of another world, providing that the government in place of that system is in agreement with their visit, and all things appear non-threatening to their self-sustaining economy. In emergency situations such as an invasion or war-time scenario, defensive procedures will be initiated and the station closed off to any outsiders as it prepares to make the jump into hyperspace for a safer destination.
