Really depends on what you mean by nastiest. I know there is a lot of gravitas given to the Nochna Mora that Darth Prazutis created but I'm not very knowledgeable about them.

I always loved how creative people got with Sithspawn while I was with the Codex team.

Adron Malvern 's Grimlocks are definitely worth a mention. Come out of the Netherworld (and your brain). These things could give Freddy Krueger a run for his money.

AMCO 's Dopplegangers should sell you that size matters not.

But Taeli Raaf probably reigns supreme here. I'm positive she has a Godzilla sub that is just escaping me at the moment, but I definitely recall judging the Tentasaur.
