SETTING INFORMATION
  • Structure Name: Voidstone Financial Center
  • Classification: Financial & Stock Exchange
  • Location: Taleucema, Saleucami
  • Affiliation: Imperial Confederation
  • Accessibility: The Voidstone Financial Center is a prominent landmark on Saleucami, located within the Financial District of the planet's capital city of Taleucema. It is mainly accessible by ground via the three main avenues that lead directly to the building with a large plaza surrounding the Complex. The Building itself is heavily guarded given it's key role within the Imperial Confederation's growing economy while access is mostly limited to private actors such as certified stock brokers, traders and corporate personnel and state actors such as Imperial bureaucrats and officers. For members of the public access to the building is restricted to appointments and certain designated locations such as the exchange halls during certain hours of the day.
  • Description: The Voidstone Financial Center is a large imposing building located within the city of Taleucema, featuring traditionalist Imperial brutalist architecture that is common among structures built and utilized by Imperial regimes. From here...
POINTS OF INTEREST
  • The Trading Pit : [The central area where most transactions occur. In a smaller exchange, this could be a more intimate, high-tech chamber with a centralized holographic display showing current market fluctuations.]
  • Administrative Offices : [A formal, secure room for high-level meetings, audits, and disciplinary hearings concerning market regulations and trading ethics.]
  • Broker's Lounge : [A quieter, more exclusive area for member brokers to consult privately with clients, host virtual meetings, or take breaks. This area would emphasize comfort and discretion]
  • "The Ticker" Bar & Café : [A public or semi-public refreshment area where small investors and brokers can casually discuss market trends. A large digital or holographic "ticker" displaying select stock prices and news headlines should be prominently featured.]
  • Data Vault : [A heavily secured, climate-controlled room housing the exchange's main servers, transaction records, and proprietary trading algorithms. Emphasize its physical security.]
  • Data Terminals & Credit Transfer Hub : [A bank of user-friendly terminals near the entrance, offering free access to real-time market data, basic economic news, and exchange schedules for the general public or small investors.] [A highly secure bank of automated machines or a single counter for quickly transferring large sums of credits or settling major trades. This represents the exchange's direct connection to financial institutions.]

SETTING INFORMATION
  • Structure Name: Citadel Station
  • Classification: Maximum-Security Prison Complex
  • Location: Lola Sayu
  • Affiliation: Imperial Confederation
  • Accessibility: Given it's nature as a maximum-security prison located on a barren half-destroyed world, Citadel Station is extremely isolated, far from any civilization. Access is strictly private and nearly impossible due to its location atop a bridge over lava, protected by an orbital blockade and lethal natural turbulence.
The facility is heavily guarded by a considerable Imperial garrison and features a high-tech internal security network of rhydonium mines, electron shield, security turrets, and magnetic corridors, ensuring it remains an impenetrable fortress reserved only for the most high-value prisoners of the Confederation.
  • Description: Citadel Station is a tower-like structure located a bridge between two yellow lava lakes and is powered by geothermal energy from those lava lakes. The Prison Complex is designed to be nearly-impregnable and extremely difficult to infiltrate with it's front section sticking out over the lava, the back giving out to the prison's landing field which itself is protected by electron walls and security turrets.
The Outer Wall is laced with hundreds of Rhydonium Mines which combined with the planet's high winds, act as a natural deterrence against infiltrations by pushing would-be infiltrators into the lava lakes below or obliterating them with the mines. Searchlights could pick out anyone attempting to enter or exit the prison, and every door along the outer wall was protected by an electron wall.
Inside the Citadel itself are a labyrinth of identical hallways and corridors. Each hallway is protected by electrified walls, magnetic ceilings and floors, rapidly closing blast doors, cameras, and automatic lasers. All security equipment was monitored from the central control room located at the top of the prison tower.

The task of overseeing this vast initiative would be given to Imperial Prefect Nolle Tron by the Supreme Commander Marlon Sularen, a member of the Imperial Ruling Council who had overseen the establishment of COMFIC in the first place.

Under the leadership of Prefect Tron, COMFIC would establish it's headquarters on the Imperial Capital of New Alderaan where it would begin the process of launching major civil works projects across Imperial space and managing lucrative contracts with external suppliers in order to ensure the growth of the Imperial economy and the expansion of the Confederation's industrial base. With vast authority over the Confederation's economic and industrial base along with the logistic networks key to supplying the Imperial Military, COMFIC is poised to play a key role in the future of the Confederation.

COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Weapons of Choice:
  • Combat Function: As a Military Commander and Bureaucrat, Hamilton is usually comfortable in his office or on his bridge commanding naval forces in Battles. As a result he is extremely craven and does his best to avoid physical altercations relying on Bodyguard escorts to protect himself and seeking the best escape route whenever faced with physical violence. This makes him an easy target for basically anyone with any sort of combat skills as he wouldn't be able to put up any proper resistance against them.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Hailing from the Core World of Kuat, Kaine Hamilton was the son of a Kuati couple, the father being a member of the Kuati Defense Forces and his mother a local engineer who worked at the Kuat Drive Yards. Growing up, Hamilton possessed a strong fascination with Kuat's history as a major shipbuilding planet and sought to pursue a military career along Imperial lines to honor Kuat's Imperial heritage. As such he joined the local academy and proved himself to be an exceptional student graduating at the top of his class and soon enlisting in the Kuati Defense Force.

However Hamilton found his career within the Kuati Defense Force extremely stale and boring. With the exception of the Kuati Crisis between the Grayson Imperium and the Corellian Confederation along with Julius Loghain's Coup, nothing much occurred around the planet and as such Hamilton started to feel like his talent and potential were being wasted on a world that was already under the thumb of a democratic galactic government. As such he left the Kuati Defense Forces and began wandering the galaxy in search for possible Imperial employers who were worth serving.

Soon enough Hamilton met Sularen who was in the process of building his Imperial Directorate to wage war against the Galactic Alliance and retake his homeworld of Corellia. When Sularen was usurped by Credius Nargath who transformed the Directorate into the more Corporate-oriented Zweihander Union, Hamilton choose to stay loyal to Sularen who eventually left to serve the nascent New Imperial Order as a Captain within their growing Armada with Hamilton soon being elevated to his second-in-command.

However Sularen's service to the New Imperial Order was short-lived as he was dishonorably discharged shortly after the Battle of Prefsbelt IV upon which he took his fleet and fled to the Unknown Regions with Hamilton following him once more. When Sularen resurfaced as the ruler of Byss, Hamilton was soon appointed as a high-ranking commanding officer of the Byss Defense Fleet, a position that he didn't hold on for long as Sularen was overthrown by the combined forces of Corellia and Duros backed by the Galactic Alliance after a military confrontation over Byss.

Having built a strong professional relationship with Sularen at this point, Hamilton would remain loyal to him despite his constant reversals and soon followed him to the Unknown Regions when he joined the Brotherhood of the Maw and it's Imperial subgroup known as the Final Dawn. Unlike Sularen's previous stunts with the Imperial Directorate, the New Imperial Order and at Byss, his service with the Brotherhood of the Maw and the Final Dawn was more noteworthy with far greater security and power granted to him which did enable Hamilton to serve a longer career within the Final Dawn.

Furthermore, the Second Great Hyperspace War enabled Hamilton to actually tap into his potential as a military officer where he partook in numerous battles against both the Galactic Alliance and the New Imperial Order along with the occasional co-belligerent in the Mandalorian Enclave, the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Silver Jedi Concord. Eventually the Maw would collapse following the Battle of Exegol but the Final Dawn would remain holding on to pockets of former Mawite territories in the Unknown Regions. The Final Dawn would remain in this state until the resurrection of Darth Solipsis and the formation of his Dark Empire in which absorbed the Final Dawn as Sularen was quick to fall in line behind the reborn Sith'ari.

Hamilton would continue to serve under Sularen within the Dark Empire throughout the Core Wars, serving as one of his most distinguished subordinates while he continued to climb up the ranks elevating his most trusted subordinates like Hamilton in the process all while waging war against the Galactic Alliance. When the Dark Empire collapsed as a result of internal rebellion and Mandalorian attacks, Sularen would reorganize remnants of the Dark Empire loyal to him (Which included Hamilton) into the Empire Reborn, which would proceed to join forces with other Imperial Remnants to form the Imperial Confederation in the Outer Rim, in which Hamilton would once more join as an Admiral.

Now Hamilton serves Marlon Sularen, the Supreme Commander of the Confederation's Armed Forces as one of his top naval commanders helping him push forwards his ultimate goal of a long-lasting Imperial state that can one day surpass both the Galactic Alliance and the New Imperial Order and reshape the galaxy along Imperial lines.

  • Marlon Sularen is a high-ranking Imperial official currently aligned with the Imperial Confederation, the Empire Reborn and the secretive Tarkin Initiative, holding a variety of ranks and positions within all three positions and beyond.

Once a young ambitious Corellian Entrepreneur, a series of sackings and betrayals have caused him to fall into a downwards spiral that would result in him being marginalized in galactic politics before the emergence of the Brotherhood of the Maw would provide him with a new opportunity to climb back into power, leading him to his current status as one of the leading figures of Imperialism

Now, Sularen is determined to correct all the wrongdoings done to him along with all mistakes he had made in the past, ultimatly desiring to establish a new galactic order dictated by the principles of Neo-Imperialism where galactic powers such as the Galactic Alliance are nothing more then a relic of the past while also establishing himself at the head of the Imperialist Movement as the true "Heir to the Empire"

  • HISTORY

    CHAPTER I | HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

Marlon Sularen was born on Corellia to Upper Middle Class Parents. From a young age, Sularen showed an interest in politics and diplomacy although his parents would encourage him to instead shift his attention towards business and commerce, believing such areas to be far more suitable for Sularen.

After completing his studies and a short stint in Corellia's local military, Marlon Sularen would venture across the galaxy establish ties and connections that would allow him to form his own shipbuilding company, SularenCo before returning to Corellia to pursue a political career with the ultimate ambition of seeking to lead his own homeworld.

However his unconventional business practices brought him at odds with the Corellian government which lead him to conspire with the emerging Grayson Imperium in order to secure a permanent position within the Corellian Sector, with Sularen making a deal with Cedric Grayson that ensured the Autocratic Jedi Lord's support of the ambitious young Sularen's desire to claim control over his homeworld.

Unfortunately, Sularen would soon have a falling out with Cedric Grayson which led to his sacking from his newly formed government in Coruscant. Seeking to regain favor with Grayson and gather more support for his cause, Sularen sought to pool in his resources to help the Imperium during the Kuati Crisis that would occur shortly after his sacking, but this would only further backfire as an unfortunate series of events would cause both the Coruscant-based Grayson Imperium and the Corellia-based High Republic to turn against him.

Facing opposition from both the Imperium, the High Republic and powerful Core World Corporations, Sularen fled into the Unknown Regions with what assets he still had with him, hoping to build up his power and one day return to the Core Worlds and seize what he believed was rightfully his : the Corellian Sector.

CHAPTER II | FALL FROM GRACE

After his self-imposed exile into the Unknown Regions, Marlon Sularen was approached by a Confederate Sith Lord by the name of Credius Nargath who offered to support Sularen in his bid to claim power in the Corellian Sector. With the aid of Nargath and a few Imperial and Corporate officials, Sulren formed a paramilitary group known as the Imperial Directorate hoping to one day invade the nascent Galactic Alliance when the time was right and take what Cedric Grayson had promised him years ago.

However before he could consolidate his power and establish a proper government-in-exile that could challenge Corellia and the Galactic Alliance, Sularen was betrayed by Credius and a group of senior officials who would convince a vast majority of his own movement to abandon him in order to form the Zweihander Union, citing stagnation and Sularen's apparent corruption. Angered by such an act, Sularen would vow to destroy the Zweihander Union and retake what he believed was rightfully from the hands of "treacherous rabble".

With no power base to return to the Core Worlds, Marlon Sularen would proceed to enlist within the emergent New Imperial Order hoping to piggyback on it's war against the Sith Empire to build his own powerbase and use it to claim control over his home sector as he had attempted to achieve with the Zweihander Union before hand. However during the early stages of the Third Imperial Civil War, Sularen ambitions for power and desire for revenge against the Zweihander Union, made Imperial High Command deem him a liability to Imperial efforts and he was eventually dishonorably discharged and stripped of his rank within the Imperial Armada leaving him with nothing once more.

    CHAPTER III | SECOND CHANCE
Left with nothing once more, Sularen would return to the Core Worlds and establish himself as the ruler of Byss, hoping to secretly seize control over the Galactic Alliance, having failed to raise a powerbase that could independently challenge them in open war. After consolidating his control within the Beshqek System, Sularen would begin forging Alliances with Imperial elements within the Alliance such as Bilbringi and Sanjin, but after the Eternal Empire's assault on Byss and his own attack on Zweihander Union assets on Xa Fel, another conflict with the Alliance would occur which culminated in a joint Corellian-Durosian attack on Byss and his ultimate removal from power as ruler from Byss and imprisonment by the Alliance.

Refusing to face trial at the hands of what he believed as a prejudiced and corrupt Alliance, Sularen escaped from prison and linked up with the emerging Brotherhood of the Maw whom he had secretly pledged his allegiance too during the height of his political conflict with the Alliance. During the subsequent Second Great Hyperspace War, Sularen would establish himself as a Mawite Warlord, eventually rising up to become the head of the Final Dawn, the Neo-Imperial sect within the Maw at the cost of ostracizing himself from mainstream Imperials which would leave him isolated and with few allies by the time the Brotherhood of the Maw would collapse after losing the war against the Galactic Alliance.

Despite his failure to establish a strong powerbase that could directly challenge the Alliance in the aftermath of the Mawite collapse, Sularen managed to establish various connections with influential individuals and organizations across the galaxy shifting his focus towards establishing himself as a major leader of Imperialism in the galaxy, now that the Empire (formerly the New Imperial Order) had collapsed, which enabled him to forge a new positive image amongst Imperials despite his past with the Maw.

For two decades, Sularen would build up his influence and ties across the Tingel Arm and the Unknown Regions establishing connections that would enable him to gather enough support to build his powerbase and once more take on the Galactic Alliance and end their so-called Era of Renaissance.

CHAPTER IV | RISE TO POWER

As Sularen continued to forge new ties and connections, a new power emerged within the Galaxy's New Territories. Darth Solipsis, the former leader of the Brotherhood of the Maw had been resurrected and in the process, established a new hybrid Mawite-Imperial State known as the Dark Empire drawing in elements of the Maw and the Old Empire to create a new power in the galaxy that would challenge it's old foes.

Despite having close ties with a rival Imperial state known as the Empire of the Lost, Sularen recognized the great potential that lied within Solipsis's Dark Empire and quickly integrated the Final Dawn within the Imperial Military and joined the Dark Empire proper, using his connections and power to ascend to the position of Grand Admiral. Having distinguished himself in early battles such as Onderon, Tython and Keera Major, Sularen would manage to rise to the position of Warlord of the Empire, securing a permanent seat within the Imperial Ruling Council and exerting direct control over the Kampe Sector as it's Governor within the Deep Core.

Having reached a new height of power, Marlon Sularen now seeks to guide the Imperial Military to victory in order to see to it that the Galactic Alliance is dismantled and the Empire victorious in the Core Wars, hoping to finally succeed where he had failed multiple times.

    24px-Trait-wrathful.png
Wrathful Tendencies | Throughout the years, Marlon Sularen has suffered various betrayals and failures, which has led to him becoming very vengeful, often unwilling to forgive or forget past wrongdoings and holding grudges for extended periods of time until the individual or orginization he despise have been destroyed or said individual or orginization submits to his will. This however has often brought him into conflict with other individuals and can often cause him to suffer major setbacks to his overall ambitions

    24px-Trait-ambitious.png

OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
  • Intent: To create an official military unit attached to the ISS
  • Role: Military Police Agents of the Imperial Security Service
  • Permissions: Here | Here | Here | Here
  • Links: N/A
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Unit Name: ISS Tactical Commandos
  • Affiliation: Imperial Confederation | Imperial Security Service
  • Classification: Special Forces
  • Description: The ISS Tactical Commandos are the members of the Special Operations branch of the Imperial Security Service utilized primarily as a military police force that are often deployed to carry out a variety of tasks from providing security for high-value ISS officers, guarding prisoners held by the ISS, the extraction and/or the elimination of friendly or rogue agents and assets and the execution of high-priority operations for the ISS. ISS Tactical Commandos are often drawn from exceptional field personnel within the ISS and highly skilled personnel from the Imperial Military in order to ensure maximum efficiency in all Operations.
COMBAT INFORMATION:
STRENGTHS:
  • Elite Veterans | Each Tactical Commando are highly-skilled veterans drawn from accomplished ISS field agents and experienced soldiers of the Imperator Corps. As such Tactical Commandos possess a level of skill and experience that can give them the upper hand when facing most enemy units on the battlefield.
  • Flexible Soldiers | Tactical Commandos are trained to be extremely flexible, being able to adapt to numerous environments and situation whether it be simple tasks like law enforcement and protection or more riskier operations like manhunts, assassinations and unconventional/guerilla warfare
  • Discipline & Loyalty | With years of service to their record under the predecessors of the Imperial Confederation, each Tactical Commando unit possesses a level of discipline and loyalty that makes it extremely difficult to either break their morale or get them to defect to any side opposing the Confederation.
WEAKNESSES:
  • Hard to Replace | Because of the degree of skill and years of experience required to even be selected as a Tactical Commandos along with the extensive training required to produce new Commandos, it is extremely hard to replace each individual Commando requiring the ISS to use them with great caution and only utilize them when absolutely necessary
  • Quality against Quantity | Despite holding an extremely high amount of skill and years of experience, Tactical Commandos do not excel in conventional warfare if they find themselves outnumbered and outgunned without any sort of support.
  • Mystical Forces | In addition to being vulnerable to overwhelming firepower and numbers, Tactical Commandos are not trained sufficiently for confrontations with Force-Users putting them at a huge disadvantage should they encounter one.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
With the galaxy becoming more chaotic and rife with conflict, the Imperial Confederation would find itself facing more new adversaries from established major galactic entities such as the Black Sun and the Sith Order to smaller groups such as the resurgent Wild Space Rebellion. Having already failed to stop the growth of organizations that rose to become a threat to the Imperial Regimes he once served such as the Corporate Interests Guild, the Diarchy and the Sith Covenant, Marlon Sularen in his capacity as Supreme Commander of the Confederation's Armed Forces would begin taking steps to ensure that the next big threat to the Confederation would be put down swiftly and efficiently.

One of these steps would include the militarization of the Imperial Security Service (ISS) with resources and funds being diverted to their Special Operations division to enable it to carry out their missions more efficiently ensuring that the ISS can advance the Imperial agenda with minimal interference from hostile entities. The result of this investment would be the creation of the ISS Tactical Commando, modeled after the First Galactic Empire's ISB Tactical Units that had once been utilized to enforce the objectives of the Imperial Security Bureau against dissidents, traitors and enemies of the state.

By drawing manpower from the ISS's best field agents and highly-skilled veterans of the Imperator Corps, the first batch of ISS Tactical Commandos would be created with specialized programs being established shortly afterwards to specifically train new personnel to become ISS Tactical Commandos and further strengthen the ISS's military arm. As they continue to grow in number, the ISS Tactical Commandos now represent the first wave of the Imperial Confederation's next generation of Special Forces ready to take the fight to those who would undermine the Confederation and it's mission to bring strength, order and authority to the galaxy.
