On my end, I'm interested in the Nael‑class Kinetic Star Destroyer, or a comparable platform if you have something in mind that might serve better. I'm open to discussing alternatives or potential trade arrangements if that makes more sense. I'm also looking to secure enough Merregon‑class Transports to standardize our deployments. They've proven reliable for the kind of operations I oversee within the Covenant, and I'd like to bring them into broader use.

As I understand, from the decentralized structure of the Covenant, acquiring the needed funds for Nael-class Star Destroyers may prove... challenging. However, Aurora Industries would like to propose a facility agreement: In exchange for providing two Nael-class Kinetic Star Destroyers to yourself and the Covenant, Aurora Industries would establish shipyards and other production facilities on the Deep Core world of Hakassi under our direct control that, in turn, would be available as a point of contact for Covenant representatives to purchase and otherwise acquire Aurora products within Covenant territory.

In regard to the use of Merregon-class Transports, Aurora Industries is prepared to authorize the Covenant to use them and to even produce these transports for the Covenant at the aforementioned potential shipyards at Hakassi under a licensing agreement for 100,000 Underworld Credits or 1,000,000 Galactic Standard credits.

I have given your proposal the time it deserves.

It's a generous offer, an ambitious one even, and I don't think you made it without knowing what you were asking. The two Nael class Star Destroyers speak for themselves. Aurora's support in the founding of Spore Industries was a turning point for both Madrona A’Mia and I, and that history is not something I forget. Loyalty has always been one of the lines that defines me; I'll honor it now by offering that same trust in return.

Beyond the designs, if establishing Aurora controlled shipyards on Hakassi strengthens the alignment between us, and between the Order and the Covenant, then you will have them. Consider Hakassi open to the sovereignty of your facilities.

The Merregon class Transports are straightforward enough. The licensing terms are acceptable, and once the rest of this structure is set, I am prepared to move ahead with their production.
