"Ah. Yes. That. It's a much nicer meeting this time. You weren't the one with the grenades were you?" A small blink as she shifted her weight to one leg, shoulders lowering a fraction. A wry smile appeared as she waited for a confirmed suspicion.

His reaction to her words further softened the stance she had, her head tilting a little as he let his gaze fall to the ground.

At least until he turned the compliments around.

Her eyes opened a little more, sipping her drink to avoid sharing the tight smile that didn't quite go away when she lowered her glass. Thoughts buzzing and keeping her from noticing the sweet flavor as her mouth opened and closed as though the words had stuck.

She tried again, a glimpse of a real smile behind her words, chin rising as her eyes watched him without the studying glare.

And failed to construct any words.

"Well." She snickered to herself with a shake of her head. "I had a snappy reply for you but I find myself thoroughly unprepared for your compliments. Would you mind my company for the wedding?"

Dominik gave a slow nod with his head. No reason to lie to her. "Yes, I was the one with the grenade launcher. Used it to enter and to make smoke. Star was the one with the thermal detonators though."

After his compliments, Dominik waited curiously to what she had to say. It seemed she was also curious as to what she was going to say. Was she flustered? Or appalled that he complimented her? Then she snickered and offered her company for the wedding. Dominik smiled at that. She was flustered by it, then.

"I would love your company. And if you remember the snappy reply at any time, I'd love to hear it." He held out an arm for her to take, along with giving her a wink and a smile. "But prepare yourself for more compliments, Ms. Niki. You look more explosive than my grenades after all, so I can't be the only one noticing you. Just stay by me and I'll beat the drooling Mandos off." He hoped he wasn't going too hard with this. It had been forever since he had flirted, even for a job, and he hadn't exactly planned on anything like this happening here. It just sort of... happened.

Whether she would take his arm or just walk beside him, he'd ask a question. "So all those droids that invaded the warehouse, you built all of them yourself?"

Another entered her room, one star knew well, a smirk played along her lips softening into a warm smile as she went to speak and glance back to Cynthia Solus Cynthia Solus skirae she was gone making stardust chuckle as she took a deep breath to calm her nerves

Turning she started for the door and gently gave it a push as she made way for the stares, setting at the top a moment she looke down to her wife and wife to be and her breath left her as a smile etched itself on her face as she slowly descended down

you think your lucky? I see my wives before me...so beautiful.. my wives...

She got on one side of jade and took her hand as star let a growl out looking that dress over, she reigned herself in and a puff of steam came from her nose

To say Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae 's reaction too her didn't help make her turn a extra shade of crimson would be a lie as she waited for both of them to be ready to go, was nice for a moment to see people mingling and getting along who knows some might end up dating and eventually marrying off as well here weddings have a strange way of bringing out that side in all who attend its like a hypnotic suggestion without all the wierd ritualistic details and such. Though she was glad that she chose not to fully adopt her Firrereo traditions such as owning someone by knowing their name...that tradition in it self was wierd...wonder who invented that one.

Today though she will be a Mandalorian wife with two of the strongest women she's met so far since she left that dustball she called a home to a more beautiful jungle place and even has a new family all together which was ...nice in a sense from the solo wolf life she was used to having to having a armory at her finger tips with plans to go even further later down the road but first things first...enjoy the wedding and have some fun along the way

The Old Wolf could not help but let a small, yet genuine smile creep across his lips. He'd be lying only to himself if he tried to deny that Ivory looked absolutely ravishing this day. True, there was much about one another they did not know, but that didn't mean he could not appreciate a woman of such beauty that was seated before him. As her deep amethyst eyes met his own, she greeted him in kind, and made a motion to one of her 'entourage' thus. A rather large, almost cube-shaped brick of a man in a suit just a bit too tight seemingly got up without a word, vacating his seat. It seemed that the Donna was offering him a place by her side, at least for the present moment in which he found himself. Ket Van-Derveld was known to be a fair few things; impulsive, distant, rash, mysterious, violent, and quite the lunatic. But he was not stupid, nor oblivious. With a small nod of his head, he bowed just so, moving rather gracefully as he sat down. Adjusting his ebon silk tie ever so slightly, he looked to Ivory once more as she grinned ever so, as if taking stock in his appearance.

"Welcome to Vanquo. You look good... dressed for a wedding." The appraising grin & sparkle of amusement in her steady gaze signalled she was having a bit of fun at the Lupine's expense.

There was once a time where he might have had a bit of fun at her expense in kind. Yet, something felt... different. The Force was truly a thing of great mystery, and of hidden knowledge that sometimes spoke in ways one would not expect. Granted, the Donna was still a void within the Force, and Ket was quite sure she had her reasons. Yet, somehow, he sensed something about her, something deep-seeded. It was as if this feeling was coming from afar to him, and that it was a very rare and special gift to him from the Force itself. Many did not know the Force in the way he was attuned to it, having been a student of all it's aspects his entire life. Still, this was not the time nor the place to ponder such thoughts, let alone dwell upon them.

The Donna then raised her hand, offering it to him in a way many would simply take as a gesture of greeting. He, however, knew better of it, and what it meant. Taking her hand gently within his own, he did not raise it, no. He lowered his head, and kissed the ring upon her finger. "
Donna." came from his lips with a tone of quiet reverence. Releasing her hand just as gently, he let himself smile just a bit once again. "I felt it would be in everyone's best interest if I dressed for the occasion. My normal attire wouldn't necessarily be considered... appropriate, hm?" he added with a devilish wink.

Ket Van-Derveld was indeed a man of surprise and intrigue, this much was certain, especially today. Why? Well, we may not get to that for quite a while, friends. For now, he simply tried his best to, how did that friend of his put it again? 'Go with the flow'. Yes, that was it. Truly, they knew how to turn a phrase.

The Donna's hat would subtly dip as the old, grizzled wolf pressed his lips softly against the signet ring which sat upon her finger - concealing a pleased smile before the elegant woman would settle her mask back into place. She let her hand drop, reaching for her glass of wine; picking it up from the table & softly swirling it. As she did so, a gentle breeze rolled through the trees - causing the softest sound of whispered music to rise from the forests which surrounded them.
"Donna." came from his lips with a tone of quiet reverence. Releasing her hand just as gently, he let himself smile just a bit once again. "I felt it would be in everyone's best interest if I dressed for the occasion. My normal attire wouldn't necessarily be considered... appropriate, hm?" he added with a devilish wink.

"To be honest, I'm not sure what would be considered appropriate at a Mandalorian wedding." She replied, the corner of her ruby lips curving upward in a wry smirk. As-if to illustrate her point, she glanced about - over the heads of her entourage, and out into the small gathering of armored warriors, suited visitors, and other assorted well-wishers. There was a healthy mix of tastes & styles, but one thing was for sure; she'd never seen so many weapons at a wedding in her life.

The rim of her wine glass touched her lips, and she swallowed a mouthful of the dry, sweet concoction before setting the glass back down. "Since you've only just arrived, would you like a drink? I can have one of my associates bring it to you." She asked the Lupine, holding up two fingers then creating a small circle in the air - a signal to another of her small group of suited escorts to listen up. Across from her, a dark-furred Bothan with a milky left eye and a scar down his cheek perked up, preparing to rise. The conversation at the table continued, with the other members of The Family conversing amongst themselves.

Marcy' was in-fact a connoisseur of liquor, owning her own alcohol business and developing her own brands of various wines and spirits. As the pair took a seat at the bar, Marcy' took out an Ivory cigarra, placing it between her lips and seating the cigarra tin on the bar, as if to offer one to Mai. Lighting her cigarra, her eyes wandered over her new companion, taking a deep puff she finally
QWIZJqR.png
responded, " 'course not," she grinned, offering a coy smile and raising an eyebrow at the choice~ one particularly strong cocktail.

She listened attentively to Mai as she spoke, holding both cigarra and cocktail glass in one hand, taking the odd puff and sip as she went along. Marcy' offered polite smiles, intrigued to know the type of person she was, although the mention of Zygerria piqued her curiosity. "Y've really been around, huh?" she affirmed, curious but not pushing for an answer; " 'am assuming you went to see her? rather lookin' forward to seein' the trio," smirked Marcy, pleased to be here to support Star, Jade and the unacquainted Mandalorian lady she knew so little about.

Mai's final question was a well-founded one, and one she'd happily supply an answer for, "Mm!," she muttered, taking a sip of the well-selected cocktail as her eyes locked onto Mai, " 'a simple story really, 'walked into the lounge for a quiet night out after a job, walked out with a job.." she continued, picking up Mai's signals yet electing to ignore them by simply offering a slight smirk, " 'stuck around for The Donna and the community, it's.. unrivalled~ more than just for business, we look out for each other like.. Family."

Aware of the fact that the ceremony would be starting soon, Marcy' soon moved onto her own line of questioning, "How 'bout you? I know Star brought you in, but why're you sticking around?" she quizzed curiously, pondering her intentions and wondering how far she'd be willing to go within their close-knit society, finally taking a small puff of her cigarra as she listened intently to Mai's response.

He just wondered how happy the brides were right about now.... What? He was a Mando but he could be sappy if he wanted. He wondered if they'd like the simple gift though. Meh, he'd find out afterwards. As he walked though he'd pick up on Ket Van-Derveld Ket Van-Derveld and Ivory Stroud Ivory Stroud 's conversation. He didn't know them, but he couldn't help himself from laughing a little and walked up, nodding at them before speaking up.

"Hope I'm not interrupting, but there isn't really a right way to dress unless the jate'kara riduur'e (lucky spouses) have something specific in mind. I mean I'm in armor, my daughter over... there is in her trench coat, and my boys are... wait where... the two over there looking at the dragons flying around are just in comfortable stuff."

Diocletian discreetly helped himself to another drink, still not enough to get inebriated but not enough to look it. So far he stayed on the sidelines, he was not social by any means but it was customary to arrive and look presentable. So he didn't know how to dress formal, so he cleaned his helmet and leathers. Blood had been soaked in from his activities outside work and he found distilled vinegar worked wonders in getting it out.

So, he watched the dragons flying overhead, they never had this back home. Tovald cut his foot on glass at his wedding, which made it exciting and messy. But that was a while ago and from what he read Mandalorians do not usually do that at the end. From what he read from the itinerary for the Wedding, it will be starting fairly soon.

So he needs to drag himself from the drinks table before he deprives it of beverages and makes an ass of himself in front of everyone else, he was an entirely different person when he is drunk. But remembers little of what he did afterwards. When he smashed stuff up when they were on a mission, he couldn't understand why the grand reception area stank of rotten fish. He might have broken a fish tank at some point.

Diocletian had little time to worry as he headed towards where the ceremony was going to take place, he hated getting stuck in crowds, the elbows were uncomfortable. He was also known to retaliate with his fists too.

"Y've really been around, huh?"

Mairéad gave a small laugh, "I suppose thats one way of putting it isn't it?" she smiled as she turned her head and held apart a small part of the hair behind her ear to show a small tattoo that Marcy may or may not recognise as the emblem of the Zygerrian slavers guild, it was a mark of ownership. Her tone was entirely friendly. Mairéad, despite having her demons and struggling to deal with the memories of that time, owned what she was, and felt no shame over that part of her life. "Born, raised and sold there" she released her hair and took another sip of her drink, very pleased to see that her date was drinking hers.

She took one of the Cigarra that was offered to her and allowed Marcella Fiora Marcella Fiora to give her a light. Mairéad wasnt a habitual smoker, but she had smoked, sometimes simply to please a particular customer. The scent from this brand was especially pleasant, and it felt rude not to take the offered indulgence on a day like this.

"I did go to see Star as she prepared, I had this old tradition i wanted to share with her, it just felt right, you know?" She listened to Marcella explain her history with the Family, and she smiled very walmly at the mention of them looking out for each other, it was something Mairéad had craved for a long time, a family, somewhere to belong. Time would tell if this was the right family for her to be involved in, and the same could be said for the Solus House, but every fibre in he being felt that the fates were finally on her side and she had found where she needed to be.

"How 'bout you? I know Star brought you in, but why're you sticking around?"

"I suppose the short answer is I want what you just said. I'm..." she paused for a moment and clearly looked like she was struggling to work something out "25? 6? Maybe? I don't know, the point is, I've never had anyone. I've always just been this thing that was traded around. I want to belong to myself, but also to something bigger, like a family? Maybe have people who care what happens to me for once" Her voice was beginning to waver with the emotion of what she was saying and her glass was beginning to frost over again but she breathed and composed herself. "Sorry if that all seems childish and excessively romantic, but its just me, it's what I want."

She needed to change the subject pronto, she was trying to seem like a strong and confident woman, but this fascinating creature in front of her was making her crack and open up as the vulnerable nobody she really was.

"I think, the ceremony is about to begin, shall we walk to the main event and you can let me in on all the little fun things I have to look forward to in the Family, like that thing you do with your hands I'm not supposed to know about yet?" She smirked playfully and she would offer an arm to Marcy to allow her to link and walk with her if she welcomed it.

"I see.." she grimaced discreetly, not wanting to touch a nerve by bringing up such dark history, taking a drink to mask her reaction as she aimed to move the conversation on~ the premise of slavery made her uncomfortable. Thankfully, a few moments later, the conversation was switched as Mai picked up a cigarra, thankfully she either knew her cigarras or had mimicked Marcy' as there
QWIZJqR.png
were both spice and weed cigarras on-show, although she would've prevented it should it have happened.

"Absolutely, 'twas clear to see that she's special to you from the moment you both walked into the lounge," she grinned, now interested in understanding the relationship between both Mai and Star, "she's special to us all too, Jade n'all" trailed Marcy', almost speaking to herself, "
even if she is* terrifying.." she muttered quietly, out of endearment for Star.

As the conversation moved to Mai's reasoning for sticking around The Family, she couldn't help but offer wide smiles as she spoke; pleased to hear that The Family could offer what she was looking for: a sense of belonging, a community, a home. "No, no! Not at all!" she politely exclaimed, putting her cigarra out on the bar and taking the cocktail glass in both hands, "I think you'll fit in perfectly with us, and that we're lucky to 'ave you," Marcy' explained as she gave a polite smile, "As I said a moment ago, we're more than just business 'n money, it's about 'aving a place to belong and 'am starting to feel as if you do belong with us, if that's what you're looking for," she concluded, more than appeased with Mai's reasoning for staying with The Family.

Realising that the conversation had just become quite deep, she backed off a little as she finished off her cocktail in one go, a handy tolerance supported by 'wine-o'-clock' being any hour of the day. "Mm, 'course," she stood up, grabbing her belongings and accepting her arm, playing along for a bit of fun with a big grin. "Aha! yes," she remembered about the code-sign, "You'll start to learn that soon, now you're one of us," her eyes flickered around, looking for anyone close-by, "but not 'ere, we keep that to ourselves," she spoke quietly, wanting to protect the knowledge of their beloved secret language.

Struggling to come up with something interesting to share, Marcy' resorted to the easiest solution, "Well, whaddya wanna know?" she quizzed, unsure what Mai was looking for, "Ask away."

Leaning against the bar, Adenn quietly sipped from his drink. Watching others present brought a grin to his face. There were many present to celebrate the coming union, and some of them he recognized. Grinning as Anashja approached, that grin turned into a full smile as her children were introduced.
"It's good to see you as well Anashja." Looking down at Fel'ann, he placed a hand on the boys head and ruffled his hair. "So, these are the two little trouble makers, eh?"

Moving to pick the little one up, he was disappointed by the boy running off to hug Felmorante instead. Despite that, he still grinned at the children. Glancing at Felmorante, he chuckled while nodding to her. Looking at Anashja, he smirked.
"I think she's got the right idea. Plus, the longer you do something, the better you'll probably get. At least with proper training."

Taking another sip from his drink, he straightens as he glances between the children again.
"I know with my children, they were all too eager to join me in everything. If it's the same with you, your hands will be full."

The grin on his face doesn't diminish, clearly showing how much he enjoyed those times. His children were still training, but it was always a joy to train them and bring them around. He silently wondered when their proper training would begin.

"That explains the supremely loud bang then." Her mouth drew to a thin line as she held back the snicker. She'd figured that Star had perhaps taken a small bit of joy in the attack. It seemed she had thoroughly enjoyed herself while out of sight however.

"I'm sure it will appear in time and I'll make sure you are aware." His reassurance to her company had her smiling a bit more. The extended arm taken with her own while laying a hand on top of it. Her gaze however drifted quickly to him with a downturned smile. Humor had snuck in at the worst possible moment.

"I do appreciate the compliment, however I should warn you against the phrasing. It makes it sound as though you'll put on a show rather than scare them off." The low cackle in her tone was unmistakable as she leaned in a bit more. "As for drawing attention, I only intend to keep yours. The rest can polish their helmets."

The up-down look at him was met with a wink. At least before she gave him her best attentive and listening gaze to the question before tilting her head a little.

"Yes, as a matter of fact. I call them Nuisance Engines and Nuisance Droids." She began, running a hand from his elbow to his wrist mimicking the little spider droid. "Meant to be small, easily made, and even remade in the field. If you find explosives to be fun however, taking one of the little droids too far from the host has some…volatile consequences." The sly grin was met with a squint in his direction.

"You don't have the blast marks about you for accidental detonations. I would guess you are rather skilled in what you do. Either that or-never mind." She couldn't hold the look she gave him, turning her head away as she shook with the effort to not laugh at her own poorly fashioned joke.

"That explains the supremely loud bang then."
"I felt like a distraction to take attention away from the front doors where the droids were coming in to be useful. Plus I wasn't going to get the metal security door open on my own. So I blew it open." He said with a small shrug of one shoulder.

Dominik was feeling quite proud of himself, having walked up to the pretty woman and convinced her to hang on his arm for the evening. Then she shot down his earlier joke about beating drooling Mandos away. Right, no jokes like that. Got it. And he was feeling a little bit worse about his performance until she said that she only wanted his attention. Wow, wasn't that an ego boost. He stood a little straighter at that. He still had game. He looked at her and saw her eyes come up from giving him an up-down look, and the wink.

What a woman.

He took in what she was saying about her Nuisance Engines and Droids. Her running her hand down his arm made him want to shiver, imagining one of those things on him. He saw what they did to those gangsters. They were incredibly impressive. He was about to ask if one was taken away and studied, but she answered that question. "That, is brilliant. No risk of an enemy getting their hands on one."

Then she started talking about explosives and blast marks. He was proud to admit that he had been taught quite well before handling an actual bomb, so no, none had gone off in his face. Then she cut herself off and shook with bottled-up laughter. He quirked an eyebrow as he thought. No accidental explosions, skilled in what he did... either that or... in a joking manner that would get her like this... With her demeanor and how into him she had seemed right off the bat, was she...? He blinked as he thought he understood what she was really meaning. Smiling, he was unsure how to talk like this since he wasn't back in grade school, but tried his best.

Once Niki Priddy Niki Priddy would turn back, getting herself a little under control, he'd say, "Nah, I make others detonate, not myself. I'll control when that happens." He gave her a wink back and a toothy smile, hoping she appreciated these jokes as much as she apparently liked making them. And if she meant something else, then his statement was still true.

Niki was proving to be funny, a genius, serious when she wanted to be, and all-around way more fun than he had originally thought when he had walked over with a glass of whatever this drink was. It had been a long while since he had been genuinely happy. Not worrying about who to shoot next, what cover to get behind, what number the explosive timer was on, just... happy to be with who he was with and what he was celebrating. With the short minute or two that he was with her, she had put him at ease and made him smile more than he had the past year. A warning system went off at the back of his brain, blaring that as he was distracted he was vulnerable, that he had to keep on guard.

He drank more of the beverage, and pushed that thought away. "Want to go raid the food table?" He asked.

even if she is* terrifying.."
Mairéad didn't quite hear it but she thought she did and offered a smirk in agreement, she didnt know anyone that would argue with a statement like that, Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae was a terrifying woman, but also charming and kind. It made her wonder what Marcella Fiora Marcella Fiora might make of her own powers and the things she has done. But today certainly wasn't the time to discuss things like that.

It warmed her heart to hear Marcella's response and for her to affirm that she was welcome in the family, she didnt say anything, but her face just had a brightness to it that very few people would have seen over the years she had been alive. The young women linked arms and they walked together. "i will keep it to myself for sure, it was silly of me trying to copy it in public in the first place, I just couldnt resist.". A very flirtascious remark came to the forefront of her mind briefly, but she thought better of it, preferring to remain a little more demure, Mairéad bit her lip gently to supress the grin at her own thoughts. If nothing else, it was probably best to keep at least a little bit of deniability over her attraction to the woman.

"Well, whaddya wanna know?"

Ha, thats cheating she thought to herself. "Where to begin, I suppose the burning question is where exactly I fit in? What kind of jobs can someone of my level expect?" she paused for a moment, while she considered her next question whether it was a little presumptuous, was it OK to express ambition this early? "Following on to that, how does someone climb the ranks? If someone like me, wanted to find themselves in a position like you, for example?" she could probably ask these things to Star, but her and Cynthia Solus Cynthia Solus were already teaching her so much stuff about both being a mandalorian and being a force user, it was something that just hasnt shown up. There were other things Mairéad was curious about, specific to Marcellas own career, but she knew it would be very easy to fall in to areas which were considered secret and make the conversation awkward.

While linked arms she suddenly realised they had left the bar without a drink in their hands. And other people seemed to have brought their drinks with them. "we appear to have quite foolishly left the bar empty handed for the ceremony, would you like another or shall we wait?"

KJF7C89.png

As Delphine and Rava made it outside and down to the front Rava's wife took a seat while she herself turned to look back at everyone who had come to attend the event. Even she was shocked to see so many people had come to attend. As she thought back the last wedding she herself had attended was that of Cynthia's and Stardust, back then things was simpler and Darasuum Yaim was what would be considered a quaint little village. Taking hold of her own spear she hit the bottom end of it against the floor letting out a distinctive ring to draw everyone's attention. "Vod, arutii, if you all would please come take your seats the brides will be coming momentarily!" The woman took her seat at the front on the corner satisfied having grabbed the attention of all that was attending.

Cynthia looked at her riduur and riduur to be. The smile on her face was one that would not go away as she was simply in awe by the both of them. She could hear Rava outside and the music starting to play. In a moment it would be their que and for the rest of the day no doubt surrounded by people. There was a few people at this event she herself wanted to talk to at least. That Ivory lady was one and Cynthia was very sure she had spotted Adenn, he was certainly someone she wanted to speak to in terms of important matters. There was no time to think about that stuff now, it was not a moment that should be spent on thinking on others, just the two next to her right now.

The music began to chance once people had reached their seats. "Well if that is not our que, I don't know what is. Also do not worry about the vow's Jade I will speak them both in mando'a and basic." Standing on the left side of Jade and with the woman's hand in her own with intertwined fingers, Cynthia began to lead. It was a little humorous that Jade was being supported to avoid walking fails, however it did not matter so much as it gave even more reason to all three of them be joined by hand holding.

While the trio walked down the long red carpet the Alor would look around at everyone and then out to the front. The sun glistened off the water as the gentle breeze made small ripples. There was even an arch with flowers that had been weaved between the gaps. Truly it was a picturesque sight. Cynthia was thankful that she would be able to make her memories into holo images with Ca's help. Though there where plenty of vod around for a more third person pictures.

As the three finally got to the front her hand would slip away from Jade's to stand opposite the woman. First Cynthia turned to face the guests her eyes wondering across the faces and Buy'ce. Loud thuds would be head by everyone from behind them. Creeping around the house was an enormous pink dragon with multiple wings. "Do not be afraid, Sev'rala is my bonded companion and the eldest of her kind." Cynthia said assuring the outsiders no not panic.

Cynthia held her hand out towards Stardust so that she could also stand facing the woman that would be joining them in marriage. "Jade, fierce, beautiful, loyal. I am happy, and honored that you wish to join into our partnership. I hope that I remain worthy of your love and affection till the day I draw my last breath and is laid to rest." She could not help but blush a little as her eyes would gaze into those of Jade's

"Mhi solus tome, mhi solus dar'tome, mhi me'dinui an, mhi ba'juri verde. We are one when together, we are one when parted, we will share all, we will raise warriors." With the words spoken clearly and loudly even going as far to translate them too, she had said her vows now it was both Jade's and Star's turn.

The Golden Dragon/The Executioner
As she walked down the carpet with them she did stumble a little allowing a small low growl to escape her but she composed herself before walking down seeing everyone, she kept herself from having her skin turn that bright pink again, she doesn't mind so much if a small amount see her embarrassed but she ain't one for everyone in the crowd to see it she'll never hear the end of it.

When she walked down with her brides to be she heard the loud thumping as she looked for a moment to see what it was she saw a large pink four winged dragon lurking around, She wasn't scared of her showing up she was more fascinated with her especially since Cynthia Solus Cynthia Solus told her her name and that she was her companion.

She did give Cynthia a subtle puppydog eyes look after looking at Sev'rala for a moment to indicate that...yes..she wants one after this...very much so, but first things first as Cynthia and Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae , Her eye's flickered to a orange color when Cynthia looked at her before she started speaking.

She was anxious but she was trying her best not to let it show since ..well..her skin likes to betray her emotional stature, Thankfully its mostly covered by her dress but she listened to the vows being spoken and when it came to her turn she would try her best to speak them in Mandoa. Sadly Mando'a was not her best language so the words are going to be choppy and slowly spoken so she can get the words right.

''Mhi..solus tome, mhi solus dar'tome, mhi..me'dinui an, mhi ba'juri verde'

She hoped that was the right things to say she was very very new to this stuff..

"To be honest, I'm not sure what would be considered appropriate at a Mandalorian wedding." She replied, the corner of her ruby lips curving upward in a wry smirk.

Truthfully, he'd not really thought about that before. Mandolorians were an odd people to him. They treated war and fighting like some sort of honorable thing, where he'd never found any before. Perhaps in time, that viewpoint might change, but as he sat, he was no fan of Mandolorians, regardless of what silly notions they had of clans and territory. Still, he kept his thoughts on that particular subject to himself, and well concealed from any who might pick up on them. "Nor I, Ms. Stroud, nor I. I simply thought it prudent to, how do you say, blend in? Though, I'm not too sure I've accomplished that, if I am to be honest." he said with a bit of a smile, allowing himself a brief moment of respite from his usually serious demeanor.

"
Most kind, truly. If it's not any trouble; three finger's worth of whiskey, on the rocks." he replied in kind to her very generous offer of a drink. He took note of the rather rough looking Bothan with the pronounced scar who almost immediately got up the moment he finished speaking. Something to be said of the Family's foot soldiers, couldn't deny that. It was then that another voice decided to pipe up. More Mandolorians, why was Ket not surprised. He was beginning to like this less and less, but again, silence was golden.

Before he could even think of a retort, a sharp yet mellow ring could be heard as it was announced the bridal party would be making entrance momentarily. And so they did, a pleasant sounding song filling the air, as the three took one another's hands. Quite the sight to the Old Wolf. Then again, his own 'claiming' ceremony with his mate was quite interesting as well, if nothing but an ancient memory these nights. He put the thought of it out of his head, and simply followed Ivory's lead, as he wasn't all that sure exactly what the proper protocol was in this ceremony.

She could only nod with a sly smile that attempted to hide itself as he explained the method to his madness.

"Mm. A good idea really. Granted the droids were there to help keep you all safe." The subtle shake of her head helping to alleviate the thought of her new associates being gunned down instead of the expendable droids.

Mentioning the droids exploding made the hidden smile grow in a more wicked way.

"If they have hands left." She shrugged before his retort to the cut off joke made her stare blankly. For a heartbeat she stood stock still, eyes widening as her lips curled inward to keep from laughing aloud.

Perceptive feth-

The snorting broke into a wide smiled laugh as she let herself enjoy the humor. Even if he had stooped to her schoolyard level.

The small giggles helped her reign in the laughter before his suggestion helped quell them finally.

"That sounds like a lovely idea." The idea shot down when the sound of a chiming bell alerted everyone before the announcement came down. She blew out a sigh, smirking to Dominik before glancing to the entrance.

"Seems food will have to wait. At least for the moment." She offered, steering them to the waiting seats and prompting him to take the interior seat to her exterior one. Settling them both on the outside edge of the arranged seating to observe the scene.

"This is my first time to a Mando wedding. How about you?" She whispered between them, leaning towards him to keep her volume low as the music changed.

Straightening in her seat to watch the proceedings with hypervigilant awareness.

He couldn't remember the last time he had made a woman laugh. Seems he had gotten her joke correct. Her laughter and snorting were cutely contagious, making him laugh with her before he controlled himself and asked his question. He was really looking forward to continuing joking with her over food when the bell rung. He let out a sigh as she did, though more through his nose and eyes automatically glancing around for what it would mean. The ceremony, right. That was starting now. "Yeah, we'll get food afterward." He agreed.

He let her guide them to seats, happy that she didn't just break off from him and sit with others. Though he would have preferred the outside seat, that was his military training talking. Always near a clear path, always a line of sight to all entrances, avoid windows... But this was a wedding, and enough guns and armor were here to dissuade anyone from doing something stupid. Plus one of the brides could melt any aggressor's skeletons before they got too far. He was fine, he was fine. Deep breath, take the inner seat. Focus on the girl he was with. Focus on Niki. Focus on the wedding. Let it go.

"This is my first time to a Mando wedding. How about you?"
That helped bring him back to the present. He leaned back inward to her, whispering just the same. "Not actually. I was security at Star's first wedding many years ago and that was a Mandalorian wedding, but it wasn't quite like this. I wonder how this is going to turn out." He straightened back up and wondered if he should grab her hand. No, that was way too forward right now. Just sit next to her, the most you can do is put an arm around the back of her chair, and that's it.

He watched as the three brides to be walked down the red carpet together, holding hands. He'd give Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae a smile if she glanced his way. The friend he was here for, the friend who had helped him out when in need. He watched the three women reach the front and... "Holy Kark..." He breathed as the massive pink dragon came around the corner of the building. He reflexively went to his hidden gun, but Cynthia Solus Cynthia Solus 's words kept him from drawing it. He slowly brought his hand back to his lap, hand clenched. Seeing those things in the sky was one thing. Seeing it just creep around the building was another. He let out a slow breath and, with a glance and a nervous smile to Niki Priddy Niki Priddy , focused back on the ceremony.
