The Surplus Works Interdictor is built primarily to be occupied by non-Mandalorian citizens in the Mandalorian Empire. Based off of more ancient designs, the Interdictor is meant to field a force capable of occupying a large city center on a contested planet and holding it through protracted sieges no matter how low traditional ammo supplies run, with weapons able to serve multiple functions for invasion/occupation forces. Most Technology in the craft is very common and cheap as possible to accomplish its objectives and not break the Empire's coffers.
Red scrounged up the capital by cutting a deal with Mandalorian Shipyards so they make ninety five percent of the profits from each sale, while she handles and oversees the engineering side of things

- Interdictor: The Gravity Well Generators on the vessel can generate an interdiction field equivalent to a large planet (Separate, they can only generate a field equivalent to a small moon), pulling ships out of hyperspace on vital travel lanes
- Invader: The ship can be used to stage an invasion of and occupation of a large city, fielding tanks, gunships, trucks and essential materials for long term occupation, as well as supplying invading troops
- A weapon for many occasions: All weapons supplied for invading forces are cheap, multifunctional and easily built and repaired in the ship forges, and there are significant supplies to address almost any threat
- Built Mobius Tough: Anything designed by Red tends to last unusually long times. Int this case, the ship can last for potentially centuries in drydock or stable orbit
- Io's Legacy: Technology based off pilfered schematics renders the ship reliant solely on solar energy instead of traditional fuels or hypermatter. It's engines are Gravity Propulsion, offering unique advantages and disadvantages for the ship itself. It can go for years without seeing a drydock
- Guerilla: The general armor for Domarian Soldiers on these vessels is the incredibly cheap Military Hazard Suit paired with an old school Sith Energy Shield and their standard weapon load out relies on a rifle that can run on even very substandard gasses and a folding blaster SMG more than enough to arm virtually everyone on the ship and then some.
- Longbow: It's Turbolasers are all long range, and can engage targets at much greater than normal distances
- Annihilation: Get enough of these cruisers in orbit at they can execute a base delta zero on a planet
- Go anywhere: It's gravity shielding and engines allow it to get much closer to stars and singularities than normal cruisers and stay there almost indefinitely, and escape their pull on minimal power and thrust from their engines. This opens up a realm of tactical possibilities for wily commanders, and radiation Shielding and internal scrubbers allows the crew to survive the experience. It can also move and be stationed underwater almost indefinitely as well.
- Big Fish: Despite its cruiser size, it's got the shielding and fire power strength of a full sized Star Destroyer, leading to commanders of larger vessels potentially underestimating what they are dealing with and suffering for it
- Omni: It's cannons and point laser defense placement on the hull means there is potentially no safe angle to attack...it can fire back even from the aft section while being actively pursued or directly above and below it
- Idiot Proof: The engineering of the vessel was designed to be as strong, simple, and easy to understand as possible to effect repairs quickly to get in space worthy
- Slow: You aren't catching the Millennium Falcon unless you send a limited amount of starfighters after it, or fire your gums and hope for the best
- Sluggish: Poor at turns
- Fire rates: The Turbolasers can only fire once every twenty seconds, leading to staggered fire rates
- Curse of the Conscript: The Invading forces personal weaponry is meant to be multipurpose but being a jack of all trades makes them a master of none. A smaller force with more advanced weapons and armor may be able to inflict significant damage should the Occupation Force not use their weapons as cleverly as possible
- Interdictor limits: The Interdictor field can only remain active a total of one day before it needs two to recharge to prevent overheating (Will recharge faster if shut off before time limit can be exhausted)
- Underwater Limits: Being stationed underwater is mainly for the purposes of hiding. It cannot fire weapons or release vessels on its own in this state
- Big fish versus sharks: The vessels can 1v1 a Star Destroyer by itself but is generally more comfortable engaging vessels in its own size range. Against Battle Ships or SSD's multiple examples of these interdictors would need to be present and staying as far back as possible
- Repair times: though the generators were designed to be as simple in execution as possible, they still take longer to repair as their parts are more exotic
