Faction Stronger Then Before

Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist
The Ancilla was a place that Matsu had made before the attack on Kashyyyk and it served in many ways as a fallback location... granted Kashyyyk had not fallen but it had been hurt and they would need to rebuild the rest.. they would need to rebuild the council and many of the things. House Io would need to be discussed and if they were doing things to attack them handled in a way that didn't just let them blow up entire buildings. THey were able to benefit from allies though the crusade had offered help which would go a long way and there was the jedi fortress system of Nibelungen with its billions of jedi who trained and served the lightside of the force. She had even worked to restore and bring from the shadows Ashla's Light one of the largerr ships designed for the jedi... bulky but it served to defend entire systems on its own. Here to defend her and who had come with a legion of Iron Mongers was High Marshal Eternity one of her oldest friends and well it was really hard for the shard to be intimidated by murder bots. Matsu had set up the chambers as a forum for any and all silver jedi to speak and offer ideas... the rests reconstruction was going to have a great deal going into it to ensure it was protected in the future.

The Ancilla was a place that he was not expecting to ever return to, but here was Caltin Vanagor sitting on the bridge of the ship “Guardano”. Admiral Liram Angellus Liram Angellus was there as well of course, it was a ship of his battlegroup after all. They took no orders from the massive Jedi Master because unlike the Republic of history (we won’t get into detail about how he was around in those days), where Jedi were considered “over” everyone else. The big man did not consider himself as anything more than a “passenger.”

The fleet that Admiral Angellus had brought would serve as a perimeter patrol. No doubt the behemoth of a planetary forge/station/temple/whatever it was had more than capable defenses, but the 9th fleet was there as an “official” status. The two individuals walked off the bridge and down to the launch deck. Caltin’s ship “The Spectre” had already taken off, enroute to the construct controlled by HK-88. Caltin rode over with Angellus on “The Amenadiel” along with Captains Halpern, Tantor and both Powell brothers (Angellus’ command staff).

The sailors were going there as representatives, Vanagor was going there as one of the lone remaining members of the Council. This was a concern as he felt like he should be back on Kashyyyk helping the survivors and the Ano’at tribe nearby. This was a “feel good” moment and while the big man understood the premise for it, he felt that there was a better way.

Clad in her robes, Mi'la had awaited a time like this. She had been hesitant to return to her order, at least openly such as this, but given the nature of things, she felt it important to at least be there. She had been all over the galaxy by now it seemed, so little reason to keep on trying to hide. The new vessel she had been gifted was still alot to process, but she did feel a bit relieved knowing that at worst, she could help preserve some of the Jedi history on one method or another. The loss of Kashyyyk weighed heavy on her mind, and her training with a padawan from that disaster made her realize that she had spent far too long on the sidelines.

It was time to be more proactive. Even if that brought Sakadi back into the picture. She couldn't run from her master forever. Nor did she intend to. A knight she might be, she felt the knowledge and understanding she had gathered in the last few years made her somewhat valuable, though she questioned how many would be concerned about her nature within the Force.

As a 'wound', Mi'la had found she had several benefits. Her senses were, different, not evolved or better, just seemingly on another frequency, and detection of herself was another matter entirely. To some, she seemed to hardly be there, to others, she was like a ghost within the Force. She herself however, felt entirely fine, if nothing else, more certain as she watched the strange world come into view from the bridge of her ship.

She had never been to Ancilla before, but now she had to ponder what the future would hold for the order. If there was even a place for her within it, now that she had been changed so.

Arms folded before her, she was left to contemplate this question, and concluded that no matter the answer, she would find the conclusion one way or another. It would be as the Force directed after all.

Liberté-class Light Corvette Daggerfall, nearing Ancilla

Admiral Quee leaned back in the co-pilot's chair next to Perit as the mon calamari deftly guided the through the ships of Liram Angellus Liram Angellus defensively arrayed around the massive Dyson Sphere. The admiral eyed the massive object as they approached it with a mixture of wonder and curiosity - it certainly seemed impressive, though to a certain degree, seeing the size of such monumental objects also reminded him of some more ancient evils, such as the Death Stars. He couldn't help but wonder what could happen if such power were harnessed for the wrong reason.

"Jealous?" quipped Sariya, leaning over the console behind him.

The admiral frowned, "I wouldn't say that. It just reminds me of some older super weapons."

"A sphere's a pretty common shape though," said Ariela, "plenty of space stations have that rough geometry, even by one by Lucerne Labs."

"It's the size of it."

"No doubt it's big," remarked Perit, sparing a brief glance from the viewport, "but size matters not...or so an old jedi once said."

"This Matsu character seems interesting," said the echani.

Gir nodded in agreement. He knew most of her, though they had had brushes in the past, as well as mutual acquaintances. Still, knowing someone by reputation was different than knowing them in person. Perhaps more interesting to the admiral and Ariela would be the political changes that went with it - with some of the jedi leadership missing after the attack on the Silver Rest, the ranks of the Silver Council would likely change as well.

"The Silver Jedi have some interesting times ahead of them," said the blonde man, "but none of us here are jedi, we're their allies. Let's all keep this in mind, all right?"

The Daggerfall slipped into one of the Ancilla's bays before the quartet disembarked to meet the others.

There were people coming, presenting to the jedi master different aspects and she waited.. she could be patient.. she could allow herself the time here. THey needed to be able to discuss things and likely those around had well various perspectives on the things that had happened. "Greetings." Matsu said it as the exterior of the dyson sphere was littered with hangers for the various temples.. the interior few saw was a collection of thousand sof stars... pulsars and some worlds.. all suspended in the area between the stars... almost like they had been engineered like other systems in the galaxy. Matsu herself though was at the center of the forum that had been set up and allowed the various jedi of her Jadeite to guide the others.. robes different for the various sects and ranks... others in military uniforms as they served roles that were within the Kenobi fleet. "I hope more will show up but there is much that needs to be discussed while the SIlver rest is being worked on. Which is a first order of business, maintaining the location will be essential but improving the defenses and means to not allow what has happened to happen again."

Finley let out a whistle as he guided his starfighter toward the massive satellite. This was only the second time he had come across a Dyson sphere, the first being within the Kiribian System. However, that array had been owned by a highly advanced system level government, not a mega corp. Truly, Sasori was rolling in the duckets. He snorted to himself as he remembered the first time, he had encountered Sasori as a much poorer Junior Knight looking for funding for future exploration missions. These days, he was a little better off, but still practically destitute in the face of such incomprehensible wealth.

Maybe it was time to finally buckle down for that business degree?

-------

Inside the designated meeting area, the place was chock full of Jedi Masters and the top brass of the Antarian Rangers and relevant military units. Kashyyyk may have been the hub of the Silver Jedi, but the political capital was still at Commenor, so he didn't expect a full showing of the Concord government for a Silver Jedi matter. It was a good thing he had ditched his normal Spacer gear for more formal Jedi Robes!

He would only know most of the senior Silvers by reputation, though he did recognize Knight Undari from their recent work together in Wild Space. When he saw her, he gave her a smile and a nod of acknowledgement.

Master Ike kicked off the discussion asking for recommendations on improving the defenses of the Rest. Finley had some ideas, but as a victim of the attacks - requiring nearly half of his body to be replaced by cybernetics - he had a few other questions first.

"Before we get to the discussion of how to improve the security situation of Silver Rest, do we have a comprehensive picture of how Laertia and House Io were able to slip past our defenses in the first place? This is not the first time the Rest has come under assault, but I've never seen our security bypassed so completely. Did she take advantage of her knowledge and past credentials as a former member of the SJO? Were there other conspirators working with her at the time from the inside?"

"We have determined a point of origin. A an area of the shadowlands under a village. Rangers had been sent to investigate attacks and disappearances with suspicions of a darkside origin. We are not sure what happened only the sensor data of a sarlaac being located and then an explosive device went off." She said it and looked towards FInley with a bow of her head. "As to if it was someone within the rangers or the jedi... we do not know... we know what Laertia claimed that there were saboteurs but we do not know the validity of such claims. After Crispor we can determine that they are highly hostile. The investigation teams barely had managed to enter before they were being attacked." SHe brought her hands up and used the hardlight projectors to make a model of the village and then down into the shadowlands and the explosion as it ripped across parts of the forest coming to the silver rest.

"We have had attacks before and the damage was rebuilt but I rarely saw improvements to the defensive measures." A small smile though did tug at her lips. "Thanks to the efforts of many of our jedi though we managed to reduce search and rescue times so we saved more lives but from what We have been able to determine several jedi masters are still missing, assembly members and rangers. I recalled the Kenobi fleet and Ashla's Light as well as the ghost fleet. Saratai's are being recalled, their advanced colonization foundries can process the debris and they are loaded with raw materials for efforts like this." The jedi master was looking at some more of it as various ships came up as well as more information. "We also have Eternity and his shards to aid us. After Crispor I am debating how best to handle these neutralizers. Caltin Vanagor Caltin Vanagor so far has the best hands on experience against them. If she sent a dozen to Kashyyyk what would your assessment be combat wise?"

Be careful what you wish for.
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind." – Dr. Seuss.

Angelus and his staff were looking over the lay of the land as well as standing in the background of the meat of the conversations. Truth is he was wondering what this “Kenobi Fleet” was doing and what their place was. Were they there just to defend this station, if so, why was he there? Were they going to be a part of the SJDF? If so, same question. That was a conversation for another time and date. He was going to oversee shakedown exercises while here.

Caltin Vanagor did not sit, as always, he stood. He stood listening to the After Action, and recounted what happened. It was tragic to say the least, it was disheartening to think a former Jedi would do such things, all in the attempts to get reactions out of the Jedi while claiming the title of “victim.” He had his own opinions on the matter, especially after an extended “conversation” he had with her years ago.

They would not change his outlook though.

These proposed changes are done without considering the cost that they will bring, not monetary, but ethically. Do they really want to go down this slippery slope? Sure, being protected is one thing, but Temples are not meant to be Fortresses. This is not what Jedi are, not who they are. Jedi are meant to be “better” than this. There was something to be said for different ideas in building a new “Rest” but in a way that serves their purpose without redefining it. That does not mean that a rebuild makes them similar to regular governments. There is an SJDF, why are they not being used?

No, he was not looking to just keep with the status quo, anyone who knew him knew otherwise, but Vanagor was not going to let them lose their identity out of unwitting fear of what might become. This is what irritated the big man about the Jedi. At least those around right now, it was only more proof that he could not simply walk away like he wanted to, or everything that he worked for and to represent would have been for naught.

We failed the Wookiees of Kashyyyk and put them in harm's way because of our own hubris, not because of a lack of new and shiny systems. That is not to say that we should not have an early warning system or something like that, but much of anything more than that and we become no different than anyone else and we are supposed to be different. Has everyone here forgotten that our charter is... for the lack of a more appropriate phrase,,, "To Serve and Protect?"

If we do anything, it should be a matter of finding a new way to build a Temple, not how to beef it up. Maybe “Hide in plain sight?” I am the first to admit some level of guilt in this, but we also need more of an active role in our own protection.

He held out his hands in rhetorical wonder.

What about a Temple Guard? Master Ike, you ask me about Nuetralizers? I will tell you that they are no joke. Laertia Io Laertia Io , for all of her hysteria and mental issues really came across something here. I am not saying that they are unbeatable, not at all, but their strength is in their internal communication and ability to learn. A dozen Nuetralizers… frell…six Nuetralizers, if sent in without warning could cause a lot of damage. Dedicated Temple Guard should have been able to see this coming. Dedicated defensive services, not just staff. That is what we need more than anything else.

Hands down on his hips and then folded over each other, he got to his suggestion.

We need more dedicated fighter pilots. We need more Temple Guard. That is the defense we need in the Temples more than anything. He scoffed, almost aghast at the thought of what he was about to say. I’ve seen too many Temples get sacked in my life time. I will take this project on if you will let me. I’ll arrange and organize the entire thing.

“Why not?” Right? If anyone was crazy enough to take something like this on it was the big man.

Gir and his entourage were content to listen initially - in large part because they weren't jedi. Sure, the admiral had visited the Silver Rest several times, but he had no emotional attachment to it or what it represented to the jedi present. It might as well been any other type of official government building to him, though he did not feel that way about the jedi who had been caught within it. He had seen enough wars and battles over the decade to know that even if their physical injuries had been healed or otherwise compensated for, there would be internal injuries and thoughts that would prove difficult to shake - and that might be the greater threat in the long run.

He listened intently to Finley Dawson , Matsu Ike Matsu Ike , and Caltin Vanagor Caltin Vanagor as each spoke, taking note of what appeared to be each of their mental framework as they discussed the issue, whether it was Finley's concern about House Io, Caltin's concern about physical security for the temple, or Matsu's revealing information. He crossed his arms as he considered that last proposal from the big guy.

"The Silver Rest was...is...and will be a home for the members of the Silver Jedi Order," started the blonde man, quickly catching himself, "I think it makes sense for a jedi intimately familiar with the environment and with a personal passion to protect the Order to take a lead role in developing better security measures. As others have hinted at already, it is likely to be attacked again in the future.

But I feel obligated to advise, as a military man and not a jedi, that better securing the Silver Rest is a complex, multi-faceted issue dealing with the host culture, the realistic threats the Order faces both from the insider and the outsider, and the likely massive resources and sustained logistics that will likely be required to rebuild the rest.

I think the complexity of these issues requires multiple people being involved in the decision process - this is too much of a burden for any one being, at least in order to ensure that we do not have any blindspots in any of those areas, and I get the impression that at least some others agree with that line of thought, otherwise we would not likely be here at this meeting.

I am not one who would be well-suited to talking about the effect of the attack on relations with the wookiees or the ecological damage it caused that will need to be recovered from. Nor am I well-suited to even advising on internal Order matters regarding security or internal culture, but I will gladly lend in a hand in providing whatever material assistance or military assets that the Order may request.

If I may point out, the Antarian Rangers had a small base near the Silver Rest that mainly served to coordinate plans with the Silver Jedi Order and to better facilitate liaisons between our two organizations. This base probably also bears some discussion into these reconstruction matters, either keeping its previous logistical capacity or expanding its abilities to provide additional security to the rebuilt Silver Rest.
"

From one of the Silver Rest codex subs
"Antarian Ranger HQ: A separate base reserved for the Rangers. This structure has been built right into the side of a mountain featuring several subterranean levels. (A separate sub will be completed to detail the defenses and military aspects)."

Standing among the others gather here, Mi'la managed a soft smile, hearing what they had to say. Frankly, this place wasn't her liking. Too flashly, to showy, it...seemed to stand in clashing of the jedi ideals of abstaining from material goods. Yet, here they were. Everyone had an opinon on what they needed to do, except what had failed to be done. These things populated the knights mind, as she watched, smiling and nodding at each suggestion of the various jedi, wondering if they could see what she suspected. She couldn't imagine so, for to see the work of the force required one to be absent of self, and removed from the key central figures of galactic consequence. "Truth of the matter is, we have allowed ourselves to become too large, too centered, too tempting of a target." She nodded slowly, eyeing everyone in the room, before sighing. "Personally, I want to seek out Laertia Io Laertia Io myself, and settle this in a sensible fashion, though I don't know how likely that is."

Truthfully, Sakadi had fought the woman herself for all she knew, and that had been a stalemate along with other masters. But...maybe... "The damage done to the world should be addressed, but masters, I think what we are missing here, is that the Force is informing us of our own failings, and that perhaps instead of trying to hold onto the old, we must make way for the new. For that reason, I want to repurpose old Jedi Outposts throughout the galaxy. This way, we can remain decentralized, but still be able to assist and guide aid in other worlds, without this monster of a governmental system we have under this umbrella. Temple guards are of course nice, but given the way in which the temple was destroyed, they would be unable to stop such a thing in the future, yes?" She shook her head, already knowing she was to catch flak for that. "If nothing else, I would like to try and conceal our records on these worlds, that way, in case we are eliminated, the Order can live on through members who can retrieve and display such knowledge to others. This would be difficult, yes, but important I believe as well." She bowed her head, waiting for more input, and felt that it would more than likely be dismissed.

From her home in an Echani Enclave on Kiribi, Jyoti followed along the discussion via holo call, projecting her body onto an empty seat within the hall. For the moment, she was currently on hiatus from Silver Order following the defeat of the Bryn'adul, focusing on her family, but she found it important to chime in on this particular discussion as the design and layout of the Silver Rest had been the brain child of herself and Valae Heavenshield Valae Heavenshield .

She agreed with the general sentiment of improvement, but she was definitely in the camp of pursuing a more modest approach. Much blood and sweat had been poured into carving out a new home for the Silver Jedi in the mountains after their retreat from Voss. From this very base, the Silver Jedi had started again from nothing to the greatest extent in their relatively long history on the galactic stage.

Needless to say, she hated the idea of tearing everything down on account of one loon.

"If I may," she finally spoke up. "We may be getting a little too hasty thinking about ripping up everything for one uniquely insane case. For decades, as they are, the defenses of the Silver Rest have stood the test of time, withstanding the most withering assaults from our fiercest enemies, including the Sith Empire at its apex while this complex was less than a year old. The location high in the mountains provides a naturally defensible location. We have our own planetary grade shield and a series of other dedicated secondary barriers and defensive emplacements for every major structure on campus."

"There are already supposed to be dedicated temple guards and security droids patrolling the grounds at all times. In addition, the mountain base that overlooks the Rest can house an entire Corps worth of soldiers and weather the heaviest orbital bombardment. There should also be scanners and checkpoints maintained to help police restricted areas. In cyberspace, we have our own dedicated AGI unit."

"I could go on, but the short of it is that the immediate defenses of the Silver Rest, with proper manpower and maintenance, should be sufficient for conventional threats. With some modest tweaking to address current developments, though I'm sure the likes of Sasori and Lucerne Labs are well up to that particular task." She glanced over at Matsu and Gir, offering a small smile to each.

"Knight Undari makes a good point about our forces being too concentrated. So, this gives us the appearance that we may be lacking. As it concerns Kashyyyk, we should spread out our forces to secondary garrisons and fortifications throughout the mountain range and surrounding forests, creating new defensive lines to push out our envelope, or entrap our enemies in interlocking fields of fire if they're foolish enough to strike the Rest directly. We need to do the same for our Wookiee friends and the other settlers in the cities. In fact, I'd recommend that we start actively patrolling the Shadowlands moving forward. For too long, we've allowed our enemies to use it as a literal breeding ground. The Tarentatek, in particular, are an invasive species that are getting out of control. There have also been reports of feral biots from previous invasions becoming a growing issue."

She turned to Master Vanagor.

"If the rest of the Council agrees, you should oversee the training of the next generation of Temple Guards as one of our leading Battle Masters. Their training and techniques need to evolve with the times. We also require a new unit with a focus on anti-terrorism to deal with the likes of House Io. Playing passive never works with her lot - they must be hunted down like the vermin that they are, or they will fester like the Tarentatek here. I will come for Laertia myself if that's required."

Jyoti regretted not taking out the deranged woman when she had the chance. However, back then she still considered Laertia a Silver that could be brought back from the edge.

Any lingering sympathy she still felt in the following years had been immediately extinguished the day she learned of the attack on the Rest.

Laertia was worse than the Sith, worse than the Bryn'adul.

She was a traitor.

THe jedi master listened to them more and bowed her head mostly in acknowledgement.. this is what she had been hoping for.. to see the different opinions and get ideas for what they would be able to do in the future. Mi'la had a good idea and. "We have rebuilt several temples across the galaxy and other things. THe Library Monolith, High Plane of Heaven, Windsor, Ahch-To. To name a few... there are some others that we have like the temple on Ruusan around the valley of the jedi and there is always this." THe jedi master held her hands out. "The Ancilla, the largest jedi resource... containing the well where we are able to access the force in ways to fashion new means to help."

She was talking about the rations they had worked on that used more advanced technologies to replenish themselves over time so you could feed groups and regrow their food much more sustainably. "I have the forge master developing something for us though it will be to help healing the world." She had ideas of how to help Kashyyyk with everything that had happened on the world... well they would need something that could promote growth and recovery." She looked at some of it and had ideas for the rest beyond just new things... there was improving and recovering much of the trust and relations with the wookiees that needed to be done as well as investigations into the attack.

"Temple guards, more rangers and security can be done... we have the means for it and are always working to bring more into the order." She said it but then looked at Mi'la and Jyoti in her hologram with a bow of her head. "As to what we can do with a few more ideas.. if you KNight Undari would like to make a proposal for temples, outposts, enclaves. We can allocate the resources needed to get more of them up and running." She offered a smile though "The subject of how and what to do with House Io will require some contemplation... we don't kill unless it is a last resort but these droids well. We'll need to find a way to improve our methods to handle and disable them."

Be careful what you wish for.
"The only thing needed for evil to thrive is for good men to stand by and do nothing." – Sir Edmund Burke.

It was always a strange thing for him to say, even to himself, but “back in his time” if an “elder” spoke up, others listened. Vanagor never really stopped to consider himself as such, especially since while he was technically around nine-hundred years old, many of those years were spent on ice, so he still looked to be in his forties. He may not have been the most diplomatic of Jedi, but the big man has seen his share of the galaxy over a myriad of existences. He may not be the most vocal, or often recognized member of the Council, but he was still a member of the Council.

This was not a meeting to listen to only his ideas, to be sure, but this was just another instance that proved he was “out of time” and this generation needed to be reminded what being a Jedi was all about. So, he stoically moved towards the back of the room, as he had done in the past and simply waited for this meeting to end. It was pointless to do anything right now, he would only come off as “bitter” and “angry”.

Then finally someone else agreed with him.

Was it arrogant of him to only want to participate when someone agreed? Maybe, if not intentional, but the Jedi were not the military and building up automated defenses was not their necessity. There was some prudence to satellite Temples but what was that going to serve? Putting a Council Member over each one and having the same problem with defenses? Perhaps decreasing the above ground size of the Temples and increasing the below ground “reach” would help matters. There was nothing wrong with the Silver Rest that a redesign might not fix allied with the new Temple Guard.

The Navy has a team… none of them are attune to the Force, but they have experience around Force Users. They might be able to help with training as well.

Gir listened as the others spoke. It was natural for them to all have some differences in view - they had all come from very different backgrounds, with very different experiences. The jedi who had travelled through time itself from the days of the Old Republic was not likely to have the same views as a jedi steeped in modern technological development, just as the man who was no jedi himself was likely to have different concerns than a budding teacher like Mi'la Undari Mi'la Undari . Despite some noticeable differences in opinion, it seemed that all present came with good intentions, and at least all ideas and concerns brought forth were being discussed. To the admiral's eyes, that seemed well and reassured the military man that the jedi council was still functioning well enough despite the recent setbacks on Kasshyyyk.

He had no immediate thoughts to add to the discussion and thus kept quiet for the time being.

It seemed with some slight hesitation that Ron found himself coming to this meet at all. As if nothing else what bit of news he could gather regarding some of the recent going on that had occurred. Was somewhat fragmented but nonetheless bad....that despite everything else he came thought to seem a bit late. From the sideline from where he stood the conversation as much as the conversation between those in attendance appears to have been in full swing.

Of which most if not quite a few of the persons or events being discussed he had but brief knowledge if any. As such part of him felt somewhat guilty about having spent so much time away...that he was not there. But just the same he did his best to keenly listen in for now and take in what was being said.....

To the next measure... the works that might be needed and she presented them. "Additonal business and this will need our rangers and naval forces. We have a lot of ships, some doing little. Admiral Gir Quee Gir Quee how much resource wise would you need to overhaul some of the ships or design new ones?" She had Sasori and the forge here at the Ancilla to make jedi ships that were radiating force light from their internal trees. What they needed were the ones who would be fighting in space to have the latest means to protect themselves and others.

Gir briefly blinked at Matsu Ike Matsu Ike 's question.

The man wore two hats - naval officer and corporate executive - but they did sometimes tend to get blurred sometimes, and that led to moral quandaries. On one hand, as a naval officer, he had the ability to make a lot more impact on obtaining war material designed more according to his particularities or even to others within the faction. That could certainly be helpful as the jedi master seemed to hint at right now. On the other hand, it was very easy to at least paint the picture of Admiral Quee taking advantage of his positions of power in order to ultimately funnel more credits into his pocket.

He carefully considered his answer.

"The defense forces in general are just starting to really throw off the ravages of the Bryn'adul War," started the man, "not that things are not as desperate, we've been able to better take stock of equipment and units and do some reforming. Some of our people have left us now that that threat is gone, while others have come onboard.

We're in a state of transition, in short.

There are some older and damaged ships within the fleets that are scheduled for refits or decommissioning. There are also newer ships coming onboard.

Speaking as an officer right now, and not as a corporate executive, I think that our currently stated requirements in designs and starship numbers are set as currently established by the Silver Assembly's defense committee.

If there are more ships and war material needed, it would probably be best put through the formal chain of command or through a Silver Assembly committee of some sort.

As a corporate executive, I can tell you that Lucerne Labs and other companies are always working on something new. I expect that we'll see some new designs coming out there, but they're private ventures. I know that for many of the Lucerne Labs designs, they're being more marketed towards local planetary defense fleets and paramilitary organizations within the Concord rather than the federal fleet itself.

But whatever the hat, I'm certain that the Silver Assembly would be open to at least entertaining any ideas presented here by a member of the Silver Jedi Order.

It was at that time while he listens that he began to slowly realize as much piece together the extent of the situation. With a passing gaze toward Matsu Ike Matsu Ike direction before panning around to those gather being that she was if anything one of the few faces he'd recognize from those gathered. Contemplating if he should speak as well and run the risk ... feel slightly still out of place. Given that with the diverse group that was gathered or held off to try to reach out to her first. Note that however cordial everyone seem to be he could not help pick up on a faint sliver of underlying tension. One which given what was said thus far he understood to some extent.....while the thought play in his mind.

As he himself knew the sting as much the depth of betrayal had with mention of Laertia Io Laertia Io . Given the history, his own Master had... as did he himself in the past. Added to the fact he had neither the resources nor clout some those gather had to offer. Though on the one hand his time spent away afforded him to hone new skills ancient as they would be that could aid in the rebuild on some level. Along with his ability or network that could tap into gained thru his time spent working undercover or doing scouting missions in the past.

THe jedi master gave a nod of her head to Gir, his opinion mattered a great deal in her thoughts for this as she had ideas of ways to overhaul many of the silver jedi navy that was needed and well she had focused on building up jedi centric vessels with the Kenobi fleet... the uneti and living choushin ships were important to many of the things the jedi were doing. "I will find the ones to bring it up to... there is still plenty of confusion and chaos that is happening but I understand a few assembly members who had attended survived and were able to get to safety." She said it but tapped the screen. "But I know the silver jedi will be able to make some use of the newer force powered and enhanced vessels we have managed to develop. As well as the new systems that could be used. I do want to see which of our vessels we can overhaul and we have limitless resources almost thanks to the mapped worlds of Project Saratai... it has sought out and charted routes across territories long since thought empty and gave us more materials to construct with."
