- Force Affinity: Designed with force infused materials that imbue to the jedi wearing them a standard slew of protections and capabilities. The ability to better resist the darksides influence, ease the access to learned skills that have been practiced and feeling generally more energized and lively.

- Requires Connection to the Force: For the synthweave effects to function within it the material needs to be able to feel the force energies around it. Vong tech, yalisimiri, voidstone, dampening fields are all counter to what the material can handle.

Designed and crafted per request of a jedi, the shield is sleek and made for a balanced throw. The tetherite then was used for it along with songsteel to let it resist being struck by a lightsaber. The bonded metal able to let it be controlled and recalled to the hand of Eusiths. The old model republic shields fashioned from ultrachrome were an inspiration and their own work making shields for the grey paladins as an improved means to better fight and defend themselves. Sasori's insistance on protection though has carried in and using the inth metal with force infusion the shield is just as invigorating as a full outfit able to calm the body and restore the body when held.
