Space Colony. Building an Underworld Colony one Space-Brick at a Time.

Roble Manufacturing is interested in investing assets into this project, in exchange for private hangar docks, storage, and warehouse space, a corporate tower/office space, drydocks, and further space for undisclosed purposes.

Salutations Underworld Tales Underworld Tales

I appreciate that for your backers to commission such an ambitious project as this they must already have deep pockets.

However, if they are seeking injections of further credits into the project, Arbitrage Capital has clients ready and willing to either invest in the building of this colony or invest in its property market once complete.

Quite the interesting project you have there, Underworld Tales Underworld Tales ; on behalf of Gildenleaf Inc., my offer is twofold - firstly, our "Hypnos" HyperSleep Caskets are very well suited for luxurious sleeping and space-intensive housing alike, making it optimal for both the upper and lower classes as space tends to come at a premium once a spaceborn colony has been sufficiently developed.

Secondly, we have significant experience providing entertainment of every kind; as illustrative of our high-end offer, I would like to refer to our new Oasis-class Luxury Starliners - perhaps a few Oasis Domes would serve the wealthy well, in a spaceborn environment, and we are ever eager to expand our collection of casinos, resorts, brothels, and more! We are, of course, also able to provide cheaper amenities.

Our request for payment is very much related for to the former - reduced rent or price of purchase for the aforementioned entertainment facilities, corporate offices for administrative purposes, and free access to your larger berths so that we may take on and offload vacationers - a mutually profitable prospect, as I am sure you will agree.

Best regards,

Thank you for the generous offer, our design teams are interested. What were you looking for in trade for production contracts on these technologies?

Our Design teams are grateful for the assistance, your contract terms are accepted and thank you again for your corporation's aid in completing the project.

The construction is indeed expensive but in hand, there are various parties involved, some of them contacting us here. Sadly keeping the lights on in the early days while people arrive, is more costly than some might think. Delays, maintenance, security workers, dock workers, entertainment staff. Power, food, transport, losses to piracy, healthcare, emergency services etc. The burden in the early days is truly in keeping a healthy cashflow for unforeseen issues or challenges a project of this size will create.

Real estate is where we hope to recoup much of the costs, from the idyllic upper levels, to the commercial, entertainment, factory areas and 'below' them. There will be plenty to choose from. Assuming a country-sized acquisition, how much of a share are you looking to purchase? 5%? 7%? Did you want a spread of options across the various districts?

We planned to open the districts in stages, but if you think you could accelerate the rate that happens with an upfront purchase that would be very agreeable to our investors.

Hypersleep Caskets for our lower levels and workers who want affordable sleeping areas would be welcome! Three Oasis-Class Starliners could easily find a home here in the entertainment hub. Would 50% of the net revenue from these three starliners seem an acceptable contract for their inclusion? We would of course like them as permanent additions but it would be an ongoing contracted payment. If so, the rest of your terms are agreeable and accepted.

I am pleased you approved of our newest vessels, Underworld Tales Underworld Tales - not to worry, our engineers are fully capable of creating just as luxurious entertainment facilities without directly building the starliners into the bulk of the station, though I am sure such a large commercial hub would serve as an excellent berth for more temporary stays. As for the rate at which the revenue is shared, it will obviously depend on who owns what, how expenses are shared, and the minutiae of business - fifty-fifty seems like an excellent starting point, however.

Regarding sleeping quarters, I will have the relevant schematics sent over promptly - an architectural firm recently designed several base templates for us, chiefly sleeping halls based around efficiency; there are luxurious models available - I myself use one - but they need not be built into the architecture to the same extent, given the focus on comfort over maximised housing.

Yours truly,
