SPECIAL FEATURES
  • The Justitia comes pre-loaded with 'Summary Justice' protocols, should the local jurisdiction permit this. This is often limited to fines related to parking violations, disturbing the peace, and the like, but there is technically speaking nothing preventing it from being applied to more serious offences. Of course, only the most autocratic of states would consider a police droid's verdict sufficient to satisfy due process in such cases.
  • Securibots utilise particularly stringent Ironmaze-based security protocols to prevent them from being suborned; disabling them is far easier.
  • Securibots can hold a single Eyebot inside their 'torso' (emerge from a closeable hole in the back) for forward reconnaissance purposes.
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
  • Compliance is Mandatory: Securibots are socially adept (by droid standards, anyway), highly perceptive, and extremely difficult to slice.
  • Compliance is Inevitable: Securibots typically operate in coordinated grids; destroying one unit is likely to summon reinforcements.
  • Battlefield Compliance: The Justitia's advanced social programming is wasted (i.e., cost-ineffective) on battlefield assignments.
DESCRIPTION
The Justitia Securibot is a practical, cost-effective form of law enforcement. Their vaguely humanoid form and viewscreen 'faces' allow them to use tools designed for near-humans while seeming more approachable than, say, your average Stryder. Moderately intelligent, they can be relied upon to faithfully execute their instructions in a tidy, conscientious manner; investigative positions are better filled by Scions or organics.

Securibots are compatible with wireless charging stations, reducing downtime significantly - especially since such stations also scan charging units for issues requiring maintenance. Due to this design choice, Securibots spend very little time away from their designated patrol zones.

If attacked, Securibots are able to summon reinforcements from others of their kind, organic officers, or (if available) Skyhornets.
