SPECIAL FEATURES
STRENGTHS
  • Death's Head -
    • Built as an all-purpose armor for the Legions of the Sith; the 'Eclipse' serves its role as a highly tactical, highly advanced armor for the mainline troops of the Lords of the Sith - able to not only take massive punishment but also spread the fear and intimidation of the Lords of the Sith through simple alterations. Black paint, death trooper vocabulators, a wide variety of technology and options; any legion soldier dressed in the 'Eclipse' is a site to be feared, on the streets of a city, or the field of battle.
WEAKNESSES
  • Low Fidelity -
    • Sonic, Corrosive, and the Force tend to undermine the armor entirely. Having no inbuilt protection besides sonic dampeners for the ears, there is nothing to stop the armor from being collectively undone in its protection from there forms of damage - or bypassing them entirely for the user. Acid or bases, in general, are extra hard on the armor - as the paint is notably reactive to such, a necessary issue to maintain its sensor blocking nature.
DESCRIPTION

Like many other designs by Jaeger Solutions during the year 864ABY, the S-6 was specifically meant to be utilized as the mainline armor for the Lords of the Sith and their various Legions. Commissioned by Darth Bourous, the armor was rushed through production and design - being heavily designed from the archaic Death Trooper armor of yore. In much the same way as it looks, the intimidation factor and utility of the armor made it an excellent choice to base a more modern equivalent off of; albeit the production became more important, so key components such as Reflec were taking out of the end design.
That being said, the S-6 still lives up to the standard as a terrifying example of mainline battle trooper armor. With a variety of high tech abilities, sealed to atmospheric conditions, and even able to survive vacuum for a limited amount of time, the S-6 has an astonishing array of abilities beneath its reinforced duraplast plates. This becomes especially noticeable in the sheer variety of planets the armor finds itself on - be it the metropolis of Barbatos, or the deserts of Korriban, the S-6 is a symbol of the Legions of the Worm, fear of its Death's Head spreading as quickly as the Worm's own reputation.
As large shipments are given to each Sith's own legion, the Armor has doubly found itself modified heavily to each legion's requirements. Paint, specific emblems, even legion specific equipment has become traditional. Much as the Clone Troopers of yore differentiated themselves with a variety of colors, the Legions of the Worm do much hand the same based on their preferred tactics, aggression, and often cruelty. This makes the otherwise intimidating armor doubly so when one recognizes one of the aptly named 'Gore Legions' approaching your domicile.
All in all, the S-6 serves as an excellent example of Jaeger's ingenuity, along with the fear the Legions of the Worm possess. As it finds more widespread use, there will very likely become a legend around the 'Death's Head' Legion of the Emperor himself; terrifying soldiers speaking in demonic tongues none can understand, burning homes and killing their enemies with extreme prejudice.

Darth Empyrean Darth Empyrean Noah Corek Noah Corek Good work on this so far, and impressive armor submission. Slight issue. The rating against ion-based weapons on the undersuit and your armor need to line up. In the sense that the rating on the armor can't be any lower than the rating on the undersuit. Sort this, and it'll be good to go.

Darth Empyrean Darth Empyrean While I appreciate you changing the rating despite your personal feelings on the matter, you are aware that this changes as far as this matter is concerned are not suggestions but required changes. Additionally, you haven't linked "Kevlar", please do so, and then we can push this through. Thank you for your cooperation.
