- Lethal Hunter | Thanks to the advanced Tempest AI installed within the Automated Starfighter, the TIE/deA Automated Starfighter on it's own can prove to be a formidable opponent to organic pilots often using complex tactics and strategies in order to outwit their opponents when not working with other automated starfighters to simply overwhelm them.
- One Shot, One Kill | Due to a prioritization on quantity over quality, the TIE/deA Automated Starfighter is extremely fragile with only a few shots needed to take out a single automated starfighter in battle, allowing organic pilots to sweep the floor should they manage to get the upper hand against an automated starfighter
- Low Armament | The TIE/deA Automated Starfighter is also equipped with a small amount of simple weaponry which would be largely ineffective against starfighters and bombers with stronger defenses individually, which would often put the TIE/deA at a disadvantage in 1v1 duels against organic piloted starfighters.
The TIE/deA Automated Starfighters is the first of many TIE series starfighters envisioned by SularenCo in order to provide the Dark Empire with a fresh new set of military assets in preparation for the coming war. Just like the TIE/DF Drone's utilized by the New Imperial Order and later the Empire, the TIE/deA Automated Starfighter is lighter space superiority starfighter designed with the sole purpose of swarming enemy fighter squadrons with overwhelming numbers with the support of more heavier fighters in order to achieve and maintain starfighter superiority. Equipped with a vast array of sophisticated technologies, a single TIE/deA Automated Starfighter alone is capable of rivaling the best organic ace pilots thanks to the adaptability and flexibility of it's Tempest AI in addition to it's personality matrix which makes it a deadly starfighter despite it's fragility and low armament.
