Scherezade has been trying to tell herself for years that she doesn't actually need anyone. Yet her entire history is tainted by that exact need. So many great things, so many steps not taken, because she didn't want to do it alone. Sometimes she just bathes in the sense of having people with her that she forgets she's not supposed to need them. But she needs them. A lot.

Bad Reputation
If you confront her about her Sith lineage, Eloise will be adamant that she’s nothing like her parents. She’s forging her own path. But deep down she knows she’s already made some of the same mistakes they did. She's terrified that history will repeat itself and she'll end up just like her mother.
Don't Panic
Niysha is just a really bad Sith. She's not a Jedi in denial, even if she basically exclusively hangs out with Jedi.
As for whether or not she believes it, that's a little more complicated. She identifies as Sith, but her definition of that word is almost exclusively non-secular. If you were to ask her why she doesn't hang out on Kaas or Jutrand, she'd very quickly reply something like "Are you crazy? There are Sith there!"
...So I guess put her under "thoroughly delulu" on the chart.

Serina biggest lie she tells herself that she no longer desires to be loved.

Siobhan is, as is to be expected from a narcissistic despot, a very delusional person.
She told herself that she was a great leader with a special destiny who's loved by her subjects, which she obviously deserved. Any defeats or failures OP or Firemane ever experienced were obviously just due to 'cowards and traitors'.
Likewise, her daughters were all just ungrateful and undisciplined.
Her hubris is the very reason she's a corpse now. It was fun to write.
