Sillio the Rage Demon​

PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Age: Not applicable - spirit.
  • Force Sensitivity: Apprentice / Padawan
  • Species: Rakata - Ancient, amphibious beings with elongated foreheads and two protruding eyes. This was the appearance of the original sufferer of the Spirit, and the one that will appear when channeled. However, the Rage Spirit will inhabit whichever species the sufferer had at the time they died.
  • Appearance: It is unknown what the Rakata actually looks like, because its true appearance is obscured by its centuries-long dark rage. In its dark rage form, the Rakata grows massive obsidian tendrils, its eyes turn red, and it overcomes its host, who is currently Ova Ziss. It is tall and has an average build.

  • Languages: Speaks Basic, Rakatan, Jedahi, Huttese. The Rage Spirit can also speak in a unique language called "Witch Speak", which is spoken only by the Witches of Dathomir and those who learn it from them. This is the sole means of séance communication during force nullification.
  • Personality: The Rage Spirit speaks in a stoic and self-assured manner, certain that he is always correct in all matters. The Rage Spirit constantly reminds Ova Ziss, Cord Starfall, and its caretakers at the Sayu Ni Enclave that he "possesses superior intellect". The Rage Spirit has an intense and almost pathological need to conquer, destroy, maim, kill, defeat, neutralize, and just hurt all over. Additionally, the Rage Spirit feels the need to add female characters to its conquests, attempting to woo them until he is rebuked. If violence or killing is a possible option, the Rage Spirit will always choose that option.
COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Weapon of Choice: This Rage Spirit prefers to use the force as well as physical prowess with a lightsaber.
  • Combat Function: The Rage Spirit inhabits all of the same combat prowess as its host when he/she was alive, with the addition of a tendril-based attack.
  • Force Abilities (Force Users Only): Standard Sith Apprentice force abilities - eg. force push, force pull, force choke, force lightning, saber throw.

  • The Rage Spirit does not process emotional empathy. It was capable of murdering an infant in cold blood. Therefore, negotiation is unlikely to work when the Rage Spirit fully inhabits its host.
  • The Rage Spirit is not rational.
  • The Rage Spirit does not have the same abilities in the force as the sufferer. Sillio was only a Sith Apprentice.
  • The Rage Spirit can be contained inside of objects, consumed by other spirits, or even destroyed permanently.
  • The Rage Spirit can be "rebuked" using force nullification effects, areas, and powers.
  • Lives in Ova's Armor. If the Rage Spirit ever dies or leaves, or is contained in some manner, then Ova Ziss's armor will cease to provide him with agility and damage reduction advantages.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The Rakata Rage Spirit's original form was named "Sillio" and he existed during the Rakatan Civil Wars, which occurred between ~25,200BY and 25,053BY. The Rage Spirit spent its entire life constructing war machines for the Sith-aligned Rakata. Sillio received the title "The Red Architect" because he drafted and constructed over a dozen Sith military bases across numerous planets. The spirit was unable to accept its death and its failure to conquer a particular cluster, specifically the forest planet Rannon in Wild Space. The dead Sillio did not accept his death. Casting Force Rage right before he died, the anger was so great that it escaped from his body as a spirit. Traveling into the Bedlam Pulsar, the spirit intertwined and bred with interdimensional entities, and became truly powerful. Sillio learned how to consume other spirits to become larger. The sheer size of the galaxy has worked to protect this Rage Spirit from being contained by the Witches of Dathomir or another faction, and so it has traveled from host-to-host and artifact-to-artifact, inhabiting hundreds of them, before finding its way to Ova Ziss on Dantooine.

DRL 50 Recalcitrant Laser

Two modes. Pulse laser mode is offensive, and beam laser mode has a medical application.

Concentrated blast of EMP, sonic, and radiation put through an accelerated mag rifle and electronic transformer.

Fires through a slug-thrower rail-rifle design, and so it is rarely deflected by the force. Light side force users have a higher chance at deflecting the orbs.

Does very high biological damage to enemies, creatures, and beasts that are afflicted by darkside force corruption.

Does high damage to biological creatures who are not afflicted by darkside force corruption.

If used in an offensive capacity, it will severely damage destroy force corruption until the person is either unconscious or dead.

Prone to misfires and malfunctions

The cell transformer is permanently damaged if hit by a laser or lightsaber.

No penetrative power. Does not puncture structures. You'll need another weapon for that, like a grenade.

Causes only average damage to droids: the equivalent of firing a small munitions slug at them.

Utterly despised by dark-side force users. This has the same reputation to the dark side that force lightning has on the light side. Any Sith worth their salt would have nothing to do with the DRL50, and anyone who uses it is frequently confused for a Jedi, even if they have nothing to do with the Jedi, or if they are in fact a Sith.

The use of the cannon causes deep waves of disturbance in the force, and could attract additional enemies in the form of sithspawn, star weirds, force abominations, demons, vampires, werewolves, malevolent spirits, etcetera when used against dark side forces. This is the force's effort to bring balance.

Light side force users may be able to deflect the orb projectile like a grenade, and the DRL has no effect on "force touched" beings.​

STRENGTHS
  • High rate of fire.
  • Lightweight. The materials and ammunition are lightweight, and so is the gun overall. That means that you can carry extra weapons on you, in addition to the UMAC.
  • Highly effective at personal and point-blank ranges. With very few exceptions, the UMAC riddles enemies with slugs,
  • Can be quick-drawn from the hip by smooth talking spacers who are in a pinch. With the UMAC, you will shoot first!
  • Concealable. The UMAC can be concealed or hidden inside of a regular blaster pistol holster, for a big slugthrower surprise!
WEAKNESSES
  • Destroyed and/or jammed by moderate kinetic impact. The UMAC is designed with legacy parts and materials, and so if it were struck by a weapon or by a damaging kinetic force, it won't work. You have to spend one post fixing the UMAC.
  • Jammed by EMP effects. The cycler depends on a battery cell and if EMP is used, the UMAC is disabled for one post.
  • Low accuracy overall. Although it is possible to hit enemies at medium range, you won't have a high chance of that. The best use of the UMAC is in personal or point-blank ranges.
  • High recoil. Even with the stock, the weapon has a tendency to jerk off-target. It's recommended to use two hands.
  • Low damage output. The rounds are in the third-smallest order possible. They are small, and could potentially be resisted by a bullet proof vest or by medium class armor. The rounds do not penetrate even durasteel.
DESCRIPTION
The UMAC machine pistol is a "cracker" style slugthrower that is designed for up-close and personal duels. It is designed to expend the slugs in its magazine as quickly as possible using a magnetic cycler component in the front of the pistol. Although it is an excellent weapon up-close, it lacks any accuracy at range. It is much heavier than a normal pistol or blaster pistol, and the rounds are in the third-smallest order possible. United Industrial created the UMAC as a personal defense option on spaceships, as the small caliber rounds would not harm station assets.

  • Must carry additional shotgun moon clips on their battle belt, OR they must take a full turn to load the shotgun once it is empty.
  • Jammed by EMP effects. The cycler depends on a battery cell and if EMP is used, the ammunition amount available in the Mulligan is halved.
  • Low accuracy at range. The Mulligan is accurate, but it isn't a rifle, and it definitely isn't a sniper.
  • Snaps in half when in a radiation area. United Industrial deeply regrets that your rifle broke in half while your ship's patrol was crossing close to the reactor core, but we can't be responsible if you didn't read the warranty, the part where it says: "Keep away from radiation".
DESCRIPTION
This shotgun is designed to be used by infantry shock troopers and heavy assault teams. The "Mulligan" fires the slug through the round, and then - instead of ejecting the cartridge - the shotgun cycles into a rail rifle, which fires the cartridge through the barrel too. The story goes that the UI engineers told their bosses that it was a regular shotgun when they took it to the range. They purposely missed and then, without cycling the cartridge, they shot another round through the rail rifle and yelled "Mulligan!". This is how the UI Mulligan got funded by the corporate sector.
