OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
roberto-esparza-cyberpunk-soldier-final4.jpg

A Burning Legionary, carrying an EF-300 'Enforcer' Series slugthrower carbine.
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Unit Name: The Burning Legion
  • Affiliation: Venn Kolis, The Sith Order (Sith Eternal subfaction)
  • Classification: Infantry, cavalry pilots, shock troops
  • Description: Their armor plating hidden beneath hooded longcoats, these soldiers enact the will of the Sith Eternal with no hesitation.
COMBAT INFORMATION
STRENGTHS
  • For Any Occasion: Thanks to their diverse equipment, the Burning Legion is capable of filling numerous roles within the Sith Eternal war machine.
  • Quick to Respond: These troopers carry light weapons, wear light armor, and use fast transports. If its a race to deploy, they're the beast to bet on.
  • Religious Fervor: The Burning Legion is comprised of religious zealots who've undergone extensive psychological conditioning, their conviction evident in their performance.
WEAKNESSES
  • Element of Surprise: Once the initial shock combat is over, the Burning Legion can be countered by heavy placements, artillery with solid grid coordinates, air strikes, etc..
  • Pitiful Arrows: Rifles and scout walkers are all well and good, but against enemies with layered armor and heavy shielding, the Burning Legion must rely on the aid of auxiliary forces.
  • Faith Without Proof: Though fully committed to the Dark Side, the Burning Legion count no Force Adepts among their number, which limits some tactical options.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
In the wake of Odavessa's tragedy, the Sith Eternal began to amass followers and firepower on the jungle planet of Kesh. Where Venn Kolis' war against the Bryn'adul remnant there had once waned in a lukewarm stalemate, now the conflict would begin again in earnest, and spread to many more worlds. Without Odavessa to fall back to, it was imperative the injured Sith Order carve out their furthest footholds with renewed fervor. The martial force brought to bear in this conflict would consist of refugees from hundreds of bloody crusades against the Sith religion. Odavessa. Korriban. Malachor V. Oricon. Ninn. Serreno. Ord Radama. Helgard. Dantooine. Mirial. Bastion. Generations' worth of the homeless, the refuse, the outcasts, are now reforged in the fire of the Sith. Those whose homes were burned to ashes are riding up upon the cinders. Their glowing light will set ablaze their tormentors, and found a sanctuary that will not burn so easily.

Under Review Venn Kolis Venn Kolis

So sorry for the long wait. Now, where's Illidan Stormrage when you need him?

Just a couple of things to take care of here before approval.

  • Affiliation: Instead of an @mention, please link to your character's bio.

  • Equipment: This unit is Trained and Uncommon, so the rarest production equipment it can use is Minor (see the chart for details). It cannot use Limited production equipment. This means that it cannot be approved to use the "Brand Hammer" Rocket Rifle, which is Limited production. Please remove this weapon from the equipment listing.
