Trajann Vemec is a Serennian noble by birth, the roots of his family dating centuries back as one of the Great Houses of Serenno. Famous for their militaristic and pragmatic approach, the Vemec House has been an advocate of imperialism for many years. With the fall of the Empire and many other entities, the Duke of Vemec saw an opportunity and took it.
With the noble houses in relative disarray after the fall of the Empire and disappearance of their King, there was nothing in the way of taking over the local forces, uniting several houses and staging an overthrowal of the imperial remnant government. Duke Trajann was the orchestrator of the operation and its head, leading the Serennian forces to take over the world and system.
Yet the ambition was not targetting just Serenno. With securing the system, the Duke declared himself, at the head of a potent army and growing navy of former imperials and Serennian nobles, Supreme Leader of a new First Order.
Now Serenno is the growing and expanding center of a new militarist and authoritarian regime, lead by Trajann Vemec who aspires to expand to spread the ideals of order and stability, justice and prosperity through any means necessary. Through devotion, loyalty and the determination to bring about a new age with any means necessary. At its spearhead stands the Duke himself, leading the Imperial Praetorian Knights, a gray Force user group, who enforce His vision without compromises and without hesitation.
Trajann Vemec is known as a calm and inspiring leader, a man of his family but also of his own ambitions and ideals, sacrificing neither and still advancing his purposes and goals with an iron fist. A decent bladesman at best, he is well versed in the usage of the Force, especially such as Telekinesis, Force Valor and Tutaminis. Though his true devotion lies with statecraft and the military, being an extraordinary administrator and politician and an aggressive but calculating commander.

Statecraft - The Supreme Leader is an exceptional politician and administrator, his desire and ideals for justice, order and prosperity are an incredible drive and teacher. As a noble on Sorenno as well as one of the late Empire, he went both through schools and universities as well as real life to learn how to rule. His type of rule is quite lawful but also very uncompromising and authoritarian, enforcing strict laws and both a strong military and central power with dependencies in forms of feudal lords who are purposed to pay a tithe.
Warfare - With the martial traditions of House Vemec and the long-lasting recent Sith occupation as well as Imperial Dominion, there were too many opportunities to be tested in war outside of wargames. Trajann has always been passionate about command and soldiery, developing the House Vemec forces to the formidable unit they were, taking over the world in a swift push. Both the new First Order military as well as House Vemec forces are purposed towards a decisive battle doctrine in swift and precise campaigny.
The Force - Born with an innate talent for the Force, a strong sensitivity, he received training from the Imperial Knights, but quickly grew beyond it. By looking into Force sensitive organisations of history, contemporary and long gone, Trajann devised a new philosophy which took basics of the Imperial Knights and Knights of Zakuul to create a free, but organised and comraderish fellowship of Force sensitives, devoting their power to the greater good while encouraged to explore and share. And so did their new leader. Trajann is extremely proficient in Telekinesis, Force Valor and Tutaminis as well as practicing Electric Judgement.
The Blade - Martial tradition in House Vemec is devoted to close combat and therefore every son and daughter of the house is brought up with masters at arms training them. The Duke is a formidable fighter with both the vibrosword as well as the lightsaber, with the latter specialising in Forms III and VI, both with the additional use of a shield.

Trajann Adhe Vemec was born into the Great House Vemec on Serenno, a family of great renown and extreme wealth. Despite the very public stage of nobility and the very formal etiquette he was brought up in, he had a good childhood, loved but also trained and educated from earliest age. Having a close relationship with his father, he was very frequently allowed to attend and observe meetings which he would otherwise be deemed too young to see. In one of the cases that was actually true, when the planet was still under Sith occupation and a Sith Lord attended court and actually choked his father, the boy was just caught by one of the guards before he could jump at the Dark sider. He would never forget it.
Growing up in a castle on Serenno meant that he was taught a great many things, most related to the arts of statecraft, administration and economy, but also and because House Vemec was renowned for it - warcraft. Trained in combat with a blade, he never really made the cut to be exceptional, just being witty and to stay fit, but he would prove to be an overall extraordinary leader and comrade.
As a teenager it became apparent that his quick learning and swift skills were not only down to his character but that the Force was active in him. But it was impossible to think of him going to one of the Sith Academies and so it was kept as low as possible. Until he was about sixteen, he was sent off-world and out of Sith space to see the Core and to find a teacher who train his Force talent. No Jedi and neither Sith was desired and he engaged in various studies at various places, eventually reflecting what he could learn from either and he engaged with a Jedi first to train him, understand the core principles of discipline, harmony, compassion and peace before he moved on to find a teacher among the Sith. A certainly more difficult task but the Galaxy was vast and so was the diversity of what considered itself Sith. Strength, power and victory were not only the lines of the Code he understood but the results of studying alongside a Sith. Even though he only touched on the matter for a couple of years, respectively with the Light and Dark, he never drifted into one direction.
He returned home and would take a more active role in the government business, now a young and mature man, he would support and council his father, the Duke, at any opportunity, both requested and not requested.
When the New Imperial Order liberated Serenno from Sith rule, it was like lifting cloak of thick air. Moving away from the oppression to a system of order under the self-proclaimed King Lucien Dooku and the Sovereign Imperator. Vemec supported their rule, with all his heart, and would continue to take on more governing responsibilities by the day as his fathers health started to decline. Managing the lands and holdings of House Vemec became his dayjob and during the late hours, he trained himself in the usage of the Force. Now more or less publicly known to be a Force User and regent, Trajann really enjoyed his brief time of peace.
But the Second Great Hyperspace War was on the threshold and the fledgling Empire was pressed hard. He would not join the efforts of the imperial wars as an active participant, he had duties at home and would take care of the valuable world and protecting it, growing it and developing it in the absence of its King. Pirates, Sith remnants, rebels, there was plenty to do in the sector and the now Duke Vemec committed fully to it.
The greatest pride of his life was though yet to come and it was born from the love of his life. His family was always central to him, it was his highest responsibility, the part where he had to really justify and where he gathered and received the most support. His wife stood at his side since the day they met and was a pillar in his life ever since, through stability, clarity and love.
When his son was born, Trajann cried of joy, it was the happiest day in his life and he would from then devote all of his spare time to spend with his son. He remembered how his father treated him, loved him and took care of him and he would carry on this exceptional gift to a young child.
With years passing, the Duke's rule and support grew in strength, the Empire keeping engaged in a war of devastating attrition with the Maw and battles fought on distant world being ever mor desperate for both sides. But also the imperial grip tightened. Trajann was not opposing a strong rule but he was opposing a wasteful one and the new Empire was throwing everything at the Maw what it had and straining the realm beyond what it could hold.
Eventually, it collapsed with the destruction of Exegol. The Empire did not survive its hated enemy and it broke apart in what it once was just loose and without leader. Warlord states and independent systems, not heir to the Empire, no King of Serenno was left and thats when over the course of a decade, Trajann prepared to make his move. Tirelessly working on it, now with the assistance of his son, they prepared to make Serenno the capital of order and stability. To bring an end to chaos and anarchy and remove any dogmatic religion from power and rule wherever possible.

Determination - Drive, confidence and ambition are powerful allies for any individual.

High Intellect - Trajann is both extremely well educated as well as being quite intelligent.
Family - His family is very dear to him, close and loving he is caring strongly for him and they are empowering him.
The Force - A strong practitioner of the Force, Trajann is a very capable combatant with it.

Family - Dear and loved, the family is one of his most severe achilles heels.
Fear of Failure - To fail in his ambitions, to fail his ideals is a great drive for him as well as driving him to desperate or even wrong decisions.
Hate towards Religion - While a diplomat in profession, he has a strong resentment towards Jedi and Sith and everyone believing in their dogmas of the Force or other entities.
Close Combat - A good bladesman, his ability to fight with bare hands or close up is definitely not on par.
Firearms - Big guns, small guns, light or heavy, it doesnt matter, he is awful with them.
