SERENNO, IMPERIAL CITADEL,
TOWER OF FEL

The Imperator of the Praetorian Knights walked down the hall way with his boots clanking on the floor and the cape flowing from his swift step. Certainly determined, Trajann was on his way to the command center of his Knights. They had received a transmission of a spreading cult activity on Ord Radama and they would respond to it by sending a small team there. Trajann, despite hearing the warnings yet again, decided to go himself and take only one more Knight with him but gave orders for his absence.

In the command center he would find the Tribune he was looking for and simply approach him. "Tribune. You will be coming with me. When are you ready to depart?"

Despite his quite relaxed behaviour at times, Trajann was nevertheless a ruler without limits and exercised his power without hesitation or doubt. He needed something, he got it. And while treating everyone fair and just, there was little room for alternatives or questioning. He trusted the Tribune and knew him a capable individual and the task at hand would not need much more than that. A two-man team would absolutely be sufficient and neither gather too much attention nor be too few in strength with the two together.

It was an investigation after all, not a battle. And they could always call in on the supporting units which were in the system.

ORD RADAMA, LIVIEN MAGNUS
WAREHOUSE 11B

Instead of using the obvious red armour of the Praetorian Knights, Trajann was dressed in a long, dark leather coat with an armoured bodyglove below and both a lightsaber and blaster at his hip, concealed by the heavy coat. Especially more clandestine operations required less obvious operatives from time to time and even if he preferred to use the power he had, the Imperator knew that it was not always the best to kick in the front door. It could close as many other exits as it opened entrances.

So they had followed the trace of the cult to a warehouse near one of the very meagre low-level ports of Livien Magnus, a forklift driver here been known to be in touch with the dark side worshippers known as the Crimson Fangs. A certainly cute name, but the carnage they had inflicted upon some families was everything but cute. Cannibalism was reported in a most gruesome way and the local security forces were still in the dark after a month of investigation.

So the two Knights found themselves following several traces which led to the warehouse. The worker with the name of Tobius was recorded to have been in touch with cult, his brother being a member and himself having went to, but ran from, the initiation ritual. How the local security forces missed it? It could only be seen for those without eyes and at one of the crime scenes, where the initiation was supposed to happen, he was present with his badge still on and only the Force had given this insight.
