Ingrid got exactly what she expected to be underestimated. This meant Adrian would be considered more dangerous and would have a good chance of the other concentrating on him. In the Force it was true, Adrian was more dangerous than Ingrid, but in really combat? That was no question. She saw the approaching lightsaber after she threw away the echani. She was already prepared to dodge, but her companion deactivated the weapon. When the woman attacked Adrian Ingrid waited for that moment, though she was not happy that the man was so defenceless. She just didn't expect the Dark Counselor to get to the ground

She just hoped she wouldn't be late, that she wouldn't get to the man too late. With telekinetics she flew her knife into her hand and ran towards the enemy and her companion. Ingrid reached out to the Force in a rush, first disappearing her presence so that she could not feel through the Force where she was. Her next step was to disguise herself with the help of the Force so that neither living beings, nor Power Users, nor machines could see. As she was a trained assassin, she did not have much trouble moving silently, even during a rush.

”I'm coming, hold on a second!” she sent the message a little worried.

Ingrid surveyed the terrain during the rush, unfortunately, there was no place on either side from which she could easily jump, without putting Adrian in an even worse position. So she has no other left to bounce and jump on the woman with telekinetics. When she reached the right position she jumped with the help of the Force so as to avoid the woman's weapons and Adrian’s attack but still reach her perfectly before the ground collapsed under Adrian.

She corrected her movement in the air, with her left hand she tried to grabbed the woman's waist and with her right she first tried to hit the woman in the head with the hilt of her vibroblade in a place where the echani was not protected by her tiara, and then she also tried to knock it off the other's head. She became visible only after the attack and after the first blow after that, anyone in the Force could feel her again too. The attack and maintain of the techniques was still too much for her.

In the air she tried to kick the other's back, after her own attacks. Thereby also gaining momentum for herself to move further away from the other and she also lets the echani waist. At the end she arrives on the ground with a somersault between the woman and Adrian to protect her companion.

When she heard the mandalorian laugh and saw that he was not trying to avoid her attack, Benûwia already knew exactly what to expect. The armor is resistant to the lightsaber or worse. It was worse, the moment her lightsaber was off she already knew that his other armor was covered with cortosis. Partially or all over everywhere. She knew her lightsaber had only shorted for minutes, and she did not despair, for she had a second lightsaber, the one that Ireria uses, when she was dominating in their body. But after that she didn’t want to use a lightsaber it did not make any sense.

at that moment he had neither time to surprise nor to think. Instinctively, like a snake, she avoided the man's attack very flexibly fortunately she was also quite familiar with swordsmanship. She also had two ideas to do what to test. She wanted to use the second only as a last resort, she did not want to offend the mandalorian and his people during a duel. Thus, for the time being, she was rejected to fly a sword to herself from some of the dead by telekinetics. So the first idea remains, she reached out to the Force and started to gather the energy, the negative emotions. While she was doing this, she watched the mandalorian and every time when the man attacked her she avoided the attack with the help of the Force.

When she had gathered enough of these, she focused them into a spear. Into a black spear what is imperceptible to others. She wondered if the raw energy formed by the Force would penetrate the man's armor and be able to hurt him or not. To an outside observer, it might have seemed as if she was just slapping the Mandalorian with her hand, however, with the spear she tried to cut curvedly from the man's left hip to his right clavicle.

The woman was very curious as to whether the Mandalorian was protected against this or not…

Mig looked as the people began to cram aboard. They needed to run, now! As people were loaded up though, a familiar presence struck him. He turned to see a shadow walking from the ash that had begun to fall. One armed with a Sith vibrosword. The thing was... their armor was Mandalorian. With a medic insignia on the chest....

"I... Ilik. But... you...." Ollen looked too, her jaw dropping. Not because she knew him, but she could feel it. This man.... He'd died. The medic looked at Mig, taking off his helmet before speaking up finally.

"Yes. I did. I was needed here though, and the Netherportal gave a way. Everything that's happening.... Mig. Your Buir... he's proud of what you're doing. You're still a great leader for this clan." He then held his helmet to the Alor, pushing it against him. "And a great Buir yourself. Make sure Leddie gets this. I have a feeling Beskar will be hard to find now, and saves you some trouble." Ilik then began to turn, but Mig was quick to call out.

"Ilik! Sh-shouldn't you give this to her yourself?" Ilik didn't even turn, closing his eyes.

"It's my time, kid. You'll understand it someday. Now get these people out of here." Ilik then walked back into the ash, headed towards the battle that was unfolding with the undead. Mig just stood there, holding the helmet before feeling a pull on his shoulder. Ollen pointed over to the Pikes, yelling over the engines as they launched.

"It's time to go, Mig! Get these people to the Sword of Eshan!" Mig just shook his head, quickly running for the ship. Signet 7 waited for them to board before lifting off the ground. The gunship launched into the ash, hoping to break through the cloud quickly before it caused issues. All the while, Mig felt Ilik, but he didn't know what the Mando was planning.

Meanwhile, the medic walked into the fray slowly, hitting his comms. "If you're not dead, best leave now." He didn't say who he was, but he hoped they would listen. He then looked at the "Mand'alors" and the "Demagol." He glared, calling out at them. "You're not who you say! You don't deserve your names. All you deserve is to return from where you came!" The Mando then reached out, his connection to the Force, which had once been deadened by his own design, allowed him to begin to pull the dead back to the portal that lead to their domain. They didn't deserve to walk the galaxy again! This wasn't why Ilik had been returned, but he had already, in his mind at least, finished that. Now, he had one more task of his own. Fix this mess that had been formed! He almost seemed to ignore the Flesh Golems, more intent on the spirits that had returned!

Meanwhile, aboard Signet 7, the pilot called out to the Echani ship. "Sword, can you handle one more group of civives, or should we jump now?"

By this time in their fight, Clan Mortui's forward presence was the Beskad Elite, Gunner, and Adenn. The rest of the clan was at the entrance, having fought their way back and were even now holding the line. They were retreating the more mobile units inside the mountain, ensuring that those who were less mobile could retreat, but still stay to hold the line. The Beskad Elite on the other hand, they had formed a semi circle near where Adenn and Xanesh were fighting, keeping a path clear for them to move back, but not interfering with the duel. That was, they were doing so until Adenn ordered them back, to return to the lines of Clan Mortui. At first they refused, but eventually they relented, with only Gunner remaining close at hand, while the Beskad Elite marched back to the clan lines, slowly marching backwards, firing all the while.

Adenn's strike was dodged, the following two were similarly dodged before Adenn slowed. Upon seeing the quick nature of his foe, Adenn realized that he'd have to get more creative than simply charging, that didn't mean he stopped swinging at her. However, his swings were more precise and close to his body and her body. That was what saved him as Xanesh attacked. He had just finished a swing, from right to left, when he noticed her hand move. Now, conventional sense dictated that nothing would happen, as there was no weapon in her hand. But this fight, as any fight versus Force wielders is, was not conventional. Not only that, but Adenn's senses along with his battle computer practically screamed at him to get out of the way.

Taking heed of his insticts, Adenn spun fully with his swing, raising his sword at the same time. With a horrendous screaming screech, Xanesh's force attack impacted with the sword, somehow sliding up and towards Adenn's arm. The darkshear attack went up and through Adenn's hand, thanks to the weird angle of Adenn's spin and the attack. As the darkshear went through Adenn's hand, it fused his armor to his skin in a painful fusion, while also rendering the hand useless, but still firmly gripping the sword. In a sense, it was killed, left in rigor mortis all at once, while leaving an obvious hole through the hand.

Letting out a shout, Adenn continued his spin towards Xanesh, now far closer than they had been before. He moved to attempt and elbow her, as they were well within striking distance of each other. After that attack, Adenn would also lash out with a kick, to try and put distance between themselves. Already he could feel the nanites in his armor moving to heal the damage to his hand, not that it mitigated the pain immediately. Gazing down towards his hand, Adenn saw the hole in his hand, felt the pain in full, and noticed how the hand simply hung there. Growling at that, Adenn noticed how his sword also had a new scratch on it, but other than that looked none the worse for wear. It must've been a perk of being a Sith weapon, which provided more protection from Sith attacks.

Adenn took all of this in within the span of a moment, before returning his focus to Xanesh. He was ready for whatever attack she launched next, even as he spoke at the same time.
"First true blood to you, it would seem. Not that it will matter in the end..."

There was no longer force around them, they where alone in the forests of Wayland. At least what remained of it between the mass fires and almost endless barrages from the Terror Australis. Finally Ca had accessed the coms, Her buy'ce filled up with requests for evacuation. If it was not for the Terror Australis downing the hammerhead, there would have been a safe way out, yet the Demagol'ka just wanted to see the fate of the mandalorians burning. "I am picking up they are sending a gunship for us." Ca said giving them warning. "Okay lets move. There is no way we can reach Demagol this time, if anything he dug his grave deeper today." She meant destroying a ship that was marked for Mandalorian civilian extraction. "Well IG we will be leaving this battle, if you care to join us." The droids head spun round to face Cynthia. "Very well. That is what I wanted."

"M-thirty Kreyt, Come in, sending pick up co-ordinates." Cynthia said over the coms that Clan Demagol'ka could not hear her. "Before we go, put a copy of that message from Adara into that com we scavenged."

"Done." Ca said as Cynthia removed it from her buy'ce grasping it firm into her hand.

"Come lets get going." She said jumping down using the repulsor's to soften the jump. Taking a small ark around to their direction the mandalorian woman would press the button on the com device throwing it as far as possible as it now played the message once more repeatedly across all mandalorian com devices once more. Cynthia kept a run in the direction of their evacuation now, she quickened her pace as she could hear the sounds of explosions on the position they where eight minuets ago. As the group came up to the location the M30 S Krayt was ready and waiting. "IG if you could can you take a gunner position?" Cynthia asked as she rushed into the ship towards the Cockpit revealing the pilot droid. "Right, lets go collect Skorvek Skorvek and Adara Raxis Adara Raxis ."

The engines would power up, the second stardust was in the gunship would lift off. With access to their com's Ca pinpointed the reports where Kaine and Skorvek was. At full thrust the gunship moved their direction using the billowing smoke to mask their approach. The ship was faster than the one that had came for them earlier the only potential threat was the five thousand meter ship that was damaged and coming down. No doubt the impact it would sustain further damage. "Star get ready to pull them up!" Cynthia shouted as the ramp lowered and the ship slowed down enough for Star to do her thing. Once they was she wasted no time in closing up and pulling for orbit. The Sith would finish their fight and Clan Solus would be back later to build its outpost to make sure remaining survivors got to one of the few retreat spots in the galaxy that had been set up for civilians.

As they reached higher she could spot the sword of Eshan. " Mig Gred Mig Gred come in, This is Alor Cynthia Solus. I am sending co-ordinates to your ship through a very secure line, you will find safety there. We have much to talk about later. Please make it out and don't let any Demagol'ka get those." The co-ordinates was to the Solus fleet waiting out of the system to ready to return back home once their Alor was back. As the ship made Orbit Cynthia would look though the door into the back. "Everyone okay?" She asked as the woman made the calculations to hyperspace followed by the tunnel of streaking lights.

Her body ached all over, yet she pulled down one last time to make that damned thing nose dive into the ground. Her arms were janky in movement as she had locked up servos and stressed some wiring in her arms that made it a bit difficult to move them slightly

This battle was over, turning to her wife she nodded and began to move with her despite the fact she was nearly drained of energy she kept pushing herself further and further past her limits like she always did. Boarding the shuttle she managed to grab a bar and looked down as they came ove skorveks position. She pulled him up into the ship and then moved away as she went forward to answer and fumbled falling into the a chair

I will be fine....let's get home...please

Everything was about calculated risks and this situation was no different.

Her feint had worked and the man had gone to the ground in a vulnerable position. As soon as she saw his hand move she darted aside, but not without releasing her weapon to a telekinetic grip above him. Her intent was plainly obvious. He was busy and the woman was moving again, though she had disappeared. Cowardly tricks were to be expected from those without honor. She knew she had to act fast, though, so she punged the brand straight down towards the mans back with the Force, opting to leave herself momentarily vulne4able to his companion in order to deal a solid blow.

And as she had expected, the woman reappeared with precisiom strikes. The firdt smashed her nose and sent blood spurting forth. The next knocked her circlet down into her now broken nose, but the side pieces kept it attached as they became tangled in her hair. All the same she still ended up kicked away from the pair, but at least that she had time to prepare for as she only slid away, rather than tumbling to her back or worse. With the debris it could have been much worse.

She lifted her arm and wiped it across her mouth, smearing some of the blood away enough that she could at least breathe. Strangely she was smiling as she did this. Something about the situation either amused her or thrilled her, but they wouldn't know which it was.

Her hand shot out to the side and called her lightsaber back to it. She stared at the two of them, perfectly positioned close to each other. It made life easier for her as she decided to 3mploy some of her other abilities and reached out tk both through the Force, attempting to utilize the technique known as malacia to turn their equilibrium against them. It wasn't the worst she could do, but she had felt its affects before and she did not enjoy it. It certainly would help in this situation.

Far too busy with his current predicament to respond to Ingrid's telepathic message, Adrian growled in frustration as the Echani neatly bypassed his beam, a growl which turned to panic as the blade - a metal one, this time - she had dropped surged towards his torso.

Only managing to slow it slightly due to the short distances involved and the stressfulness of the situation, it struck him full-on...

... and failed to penetrate his, ah, semi-armour. Unlike proper armour, however, it did close to nothing to dampen the kinetic force carried by the blade, vibrations carrying through his stylish but surprisingly resilient turtleneck, provoking a series of decidedly unmanly noises of pain.

What? Every Sith can't be a warrior born!

Barely managing to stumble to his knees - despite the pain of a bruised everything - in the brief respite caused by his companion chasing off that damn Jedi, he almost fell right back down as she did something to him, motion blurring as... no. As far as physical abilities went, he was nothing special, but his body was his temple, reshaped in his image through strange alchemies. Within its walls of flesh and blood, his will reigned supreme.

Pushing to his feet as his eyes turned a sulfurous orange, his arms shot outwards, inky blackness pulsing forth... the moment only somewhat ruined by his pained winces as he stretched his pummeled musculature. At the same time, he fortified his connection with Ingrid.

"Karking chit, that hurts. For now, this is the best I can do."

War was never neat, it was never pretty. So few times would there be the perfect engagement between two individuals on the field of battle. Isaiah knew this, he’d been on the battlefield many times, and if he survived would probably see many more. He felt no fear as everything began to play out, he didn’t back down from the unnatural creature that charged him. The entity releasing an almost unnerving, eldritch screech before charging the Mandalorian.

Raising up his left hand, Isaiah activated the shield built into the left wrist bringing it forward. Mandalorian’s had used such things many times and as the flames sought him, instead they met the cyan barrier, dispersing around the exile. The heat lapped at the edges of the armor, warnings blaring of the temperature increase as though Isaiah was unaware of the sudden warmth that was overcoming him. With each millisecond the being approached with a preternatural speed, but it played into what Isaiah needed.

A barrage of laser fire stitched the air slamming into the ground nearby and all around as Tace offered support to his ally. Right wrist activating, Isaiah lashed it out to wrap around the charging figures right ankle. In the side display of his HUD Isaiah saw the crystalline creature raising their lightsaber to deflect the laser blasts in different directions, the angle of the saber indicating some meant for him. When it came to being a Mandalorian fighting was a way of life. It was about more than the force, more than weapons, more than even armor. It was about using everything at your disposal to cross the finish line, to defeat your adversaries, and see them crushed before you. There was a thrill that came with this thought process, almost an urge to truly be challenged. Fear, anger, enjoyment, all blended together into a cocktail, a perfect storm that helped center one in battle, that filled them with determination. Isaiah wouldn't fall on this day even when outnumbered when his back was against the wall facing death. Those of clan Priest did now weep, they did not sow, they did not kneel.

With a simple flex of his calves, the armor activated the thruster boots sending Isaiah up and away into the air and out of the path of the Vassal’s flames, and the laser rounds that had been meant for him. Both hands seizing the energy grappling line and tugging as he flew away, Isaiah sought to take the other’s footing away enough for the three laser blasts to slam into them instead.

It was quick, but not quick enough, not this time. Even so, the burning of flesh rose to the air. The saber pinned the long vibroblade against the Mando's exposed area. A small stream of white smoke began to lift from the newly seared wound. Orion's face grew expressionless, he wouldn't be satisfied with a tiny burn. As the saber locked with the blade, Orion pressed slightly harder leveraging his weight to slowly stand and maintain awareness. Only as quickly as the Mandalorian allowed. A new threat emerged as the Mando held the saber in place as the resistant material began to spark below them both. The arsenal on the warrior was impressive, but something so simple would never strike true. At least, not this Sith. The small clicking gave the warning, the buildup beneath the metallic wrists eventually falling prey to an immediate failure.

Orion had dealt with others of his kind, the one staple he knew from his previous burns on his side was the hidden flamethrower. Orion's saber dislodged from the vibrating blade underneath and swiftly spun to the side of the Mandalorian. His arms still crossed as the flames began to spew their frothing hellfire of death. The tactless endeavor could cost the Mando his life. With the saber free, Orion watched as the vibroblade slide upward to a sky of nothing. The strength from the Mando must have forced it so as the saber became free moments ago. It would be difficult to correct with a flamethrower spurting about. The combat suit the Mandalorian had on spoke volumes of their capacity to fight. Orion cared little for such over-preparation, in the end it could become futile. He'd rather rely on his wits and prowess in combat, than the technology habits of the galaxy. The only exception was his saber. Maybe, just maybe; in time his scientific adventures drove him to appreciate the mixture of both.

Orion sneered, the top part of his mouth separating as he took a breath. He didn't normally have to fight in lengthy bouts. Usually, he wouldn't be hit with giant explosions that propelled him into the enemy either. Still, he enjoyed the flow of combat, useless arm or not. Again the inner calculation of his mind dispersed all the options to him. His eyes scanning for the best possible course of action to dismantle the well armored warrior. With little time to react, Orion decided.

The left arm bent slightly, as it stretched out like a viper. The humming of his saber feigned for the upper part of the Mandalorian's shoulder. Instead, it violently dropped. Orion's hope was to force the Mando to correct his motion toward his shoulder, even if he twisted to prevent the damage his saber would remain on course. The ruby plasma slipped through the defenses for the first time. If the Mando didn't turn to correct himself and tried to stop the saber, his pistol would be in danger of destruction. If he used his normal escape and regular course of action to jet pack away, the saber would clench with the utility belt severing it from the Mando's body completely. If the Mandalorian was fully thrown off, the saber would dig deep into his waist, maybe taking the belt with luck.

It was a deadly strike. Orion wasn't sure how the Mandalorian would get free from this one. The flamethrower roared with an immense heat, Orion would have to evade that once more, provided the Mando decided to send it back his way. Orion had to be mindful of his losses too. The exertion from his actions forced more green liquid from his back. Even if his arm exuded the same action, he wouldn't be able to feel it dripping down his arm. He was banged up, but not defeated...

Not today.

Though she failed to cut the man where she wanted to, but she still injured his arm. Half success. However, unfortunately for the woman, the mandalroian was also an excellent warrior, from such a close she had no chance to dodge the elbow. She felt a strong pain in her nose for a moment and also heard a crack. A second later, blood was already pouring from her nose. She staggered back several steps due to the blow, she may have been quick and skillful - thanks in part to the Force - but the mandalorian was physically far superior than her. This is why she avoided the full force of the kick, but even so, her knee jumped out as a result of the kick.

She hissed in pain, and at least she already knew that the mandalorian was not protected by his armor from such attacks. However, if they are close to each other he is a much more dangerous opponent than from a distance. She knew she had to attack now when the man can't use his arm, but she was injured too. If she attacks now, the man could kill her with one hand if she was to go into a melee fight. She reached out to the Force again, and concentrated the force around the fighting people. This time she steals more life force and energy than before. Five men collapsed like a mummy with parched skin, and white hair, they are aged decades within a few seconds. Benûwia used these stolen life-forces to heal herself.

The broken and protruding joints and cartilage began to heal cracking, the nosebleed also stopped. She grimaced contemptuously at the man's words. Victory is painful at times, it was, too, that is, it will be, she was really rusty. Until her knees were completely fine she could not attack, until then, she would be terribly at a disadvantage against the other.

”I call this much more of a tie” she said.

In this situation she can do only one thing, which one is not gonna be nice. She twisted the invisible spear in her hand and nailed it forward. She tried to grab the mandalorian again with her telekinetic hands again. And the next moment she tried to pull the man to the spear to impale the man. She knew it was very risky, but she wouldn’t have many other chances for it all…

Elena Siegman – Abracadavre

Her plan finally ended successfully, on the one hand she rescued Adrian – she didn't know she had crossed the Dark Counselor's plans because he hadn't communicated with her – and even shed blood on the other woman. So now she was between the two of them, no matter how vile she had accomplished this. She was an assassin, a very good one and he had to protect the man from this woman. Especially that apparently Adrian was really unable to take care of himself in any way. If they get out of here, she really has to teach him self-defense.

A few moments later she felt unwell, he began to feel dizzy and nauseous. Since her armor protected her from such external influences – like gases or similar things – she already knew the woman was doing it. Adrian tried something, and she had an idea too. She stumbled, though it was mostly a play it would have been a shame if she could not treat so many malaise. She already knew what to do, she pretended again not to find her balance. She didn't play too much this time, just a little bit, as far as dizziness would go, and in her movements she was there to find her balance.

”I will crumble the ground, I’m going to speed up what the Shadow Hand started. If I tell you to run, run and don’t look back, do not stop or hesitate whatever happens. I will be there behind you and cover you if necessary at the cost of my life as well.” she replied, now no game was in her voice, she said quite seriously what, every single word.

She has no visions, if Adrian dies here and she lets it, the other Siths will kill her for it, so she is trying to keep him alive no matter the cost. She fell to his knees in the cover of the dark shadows / waves what Adrian had summoned. Ingrid had been neutral in the Force until now, but not anymore. First she released Scherezade’s anger which emotion / essence rests in her suppressed like everyone else’s own emotion. She reached out to the Force, and she started to consume all the negative emotions. Thanks to Darth Prazutis Darth Prazutis the locals were terrifying, many were feared, whom she still felt nearby.

It was a feast, she consumed these feelings, which only increased her power. Maybe she can’t use her own negative feelings but she was good to use others. She also gained strength from the anger within her. Thanks to the dark side the malaise became weaker from moment to moment as a result. She continued all this, until she still could control the process, from which she could return without that the Dark Side would completely devour her. She placed both hands on the ground and began to redirect the Force she had just gained into the ground below, straight in the direction of the Echani and beyond, enclosing her in a circle with it, to imbue the area with the Dark Side Force.

And the next ability she learned from the other master from Scherezade deWinter Scherezade deWinter . Her body and soul, as everything nearby swam in the intoxication of the Dark Side, became all dark in the Force. But she still persevered, dominated, and did not lose control. She concentrated with her all strengths. She felt everything on the ground where the Force had reached, she felt Adrian, every single creature that was nearby, the way below them, the disgusting Light Side in the other woman, then she sent a message to the man.

”RUN!” that was not a request, but an order.

And now she used what she learned, she used simple telekinetics in the area she had soaked with the dark side. She hit the ground using this ability, the whole circle trembled with the echani in the middle, even the part where Ingrid and Adrian were, but she didn't care about the man now. Another hit, stronger than before, and another, now she also shouted. As a result of her blow, the whole ground was torn on the soaked part. As a butterfly effect, the area also shook much more strongly. The Dark Side disappeared in her, Ingrid became neutral again and she was completely exhausted, she didn't really think she could use Force now in any way.

She jumped up immediately and ran after Adrian – hoping the man was leaving this area – before it was too late and everything would fall under her.

Body-less. That was how Adara felt, in the boon of the rift’s near infinite span. A lost and stranded child, frozen in place not by fear or the agony of her dar’buir’s flippant disposal of everything she held to most dear. The Dark energies aswarm on Wayland were warm in a way Adara never was, even hand in hand with Darth Prazutis on Panatha.

At the ruins of the Zambrano family keep. He’d called her by her middle name in those years, Vigdis. Adara Vigdis, named by her first parents for war. Named for her intrinsic connection to the Netherworld and the Dark Kaden and Yasha escaped. It was that connection, slim as it was when she was a child, which led her through the snow to find Skorvek. Her Uncle Sloobieboo, adopted and all, that day by a five year old found hypothermic in the cold.

The Nether’s rift whispered many things which to Adara promised wisdom, if only she gave of herself. Yet, the longer she spent catatonic in the thrall of the energies, a conduit without ceasing for Skorvek, Darth Prazutis and those of the Dark who required power, the more Adara recognized the true knowledge.

She would with time, control them. Those whispers which begged that she give to them so little demanded to be placed above their eventual keeper. Black tendril-veins stained the eyes of a girl, who in her calm was still saccharine-sweet.

“Put your tongue between your teeth.” A whisper of her own, in High Sith with guttural and grimaced voice.

Once before Adara Zambrano felt the same sense of warmth and comfort. Felt to her bone marrow that every ill received, every scorn would be met back again, doubled over and turned to Apocalyptic dust. Strange now, as a teenager with more knowledge, to recognize the Black Lake beneath Kaas City was her mother’s breaking place.

The place where Darth Carnifex wove his cloak around her against what she perceived as cold.

The waters under Kaas City, those black, caustic waters, were the warmest Adara knew when Braxus took his daughter’s hand, and baptized her in the Dark Nexus. All the ephemera of mortal lives flittered away, slights and childhood games forgotten for the warmth and the passionate familial adoration of the waters.

She was home then, sopping wet hair stuck to the back of her neck and soaked dress. Adara felt the kindred connection of a father who finally saw his daughter understood his pride. And although that pride was not what others would call joyful, the Hell Wolf’s Daughter looked with Infernal eyes up, up into the Shadow Hand’s…

… that monster…

And loved him fierce as a child could. This battle of Wayland, the penalty for dar’buir’s sins was only a single cough in the tumult. A tug at the old ways of mortal flesh and a death Adara would never fathom as one who experienced such things herself. No, the promise of Braxus Zambrano was the same as the reality beneath the whispered lies.

Endless more. Endless love and devotion were rewarded with a prize only bitter for those seeking Adara’s attention and seeing her eyes glaze at the temporal.

“Go”, Adara said to Cynthia and Stardust, her beloved Uncle Skorvek safely tucked on the ship, alongside her Militibus ex Infernis, her beloved guards. She raised her hand, and the engines of Cynthia’s ship would groan as it was lifted faster, further up as if pushed into the atmosphere. The same push she sent to Mig Gred Mig Gred that he too would be safe from the chaos.

Slender fingers tucked into @Darth Prazutis’ hand. Adara would stay and leave with Papa, for she knew no harm in his presence, and trusted only the delight in his eyes, when he recognized his daughter understood the most intrinsic lesson of the Dark.

By the time Adenn was engaging with Xanesh once more, Clan Mortui had retreated completely into the mountain. At the same time, automated defenses had popped up, activating to cover the retreat of the clan, thus holding back the tide of the Sith army. The only Mandalorians left out in the open were Adenn and Gunner, every other Mando had made it inside. There they took the bullet train into the center of the mountain, there they would be provided with the means to escape. Not that the Sith knew that, they only saw the Mandalorians retreating, making their way into the mountain, no doubt believing it was for a last stand. Unfortunately for them, that wasn't the case, because the last stand was happening now, with Adenn.

Said Mandalorian was fighting fully with Xanesh, and grinning quite victoriously at having caused her to bleed. It meant she could die, which was good, as it would mean his coming actions were not in vain. Prior to the invasion, Clan Australis had set up various explosives deep within the mountain, along with many more on the surface, many of which were nuclear. Combined, they had enough explosive force to blow the mountain to hell, along with anything on or near it. Adenn knew it, he had only hoped that it would never be put to use, as it would mean they had been pushed into the mountain, with few, if any other, options left. Kaine had given the codes to said explosives at the start of the battle, along with giving them to Morcus. Now a message was sent out to them, along with other people who needed to know, that the bombs were being armed and would soon be detonated.

As it was, Adenn hardly cared about the other forces, primarily caring for the Mandalorians and his clan. He didn't know most of the others, he hardly knew Morcus at all, much less cared to trust the man with his clan's safety. Thus he had decided to send his clan into the mountain, allowing the auto defenses to take the brunt of the defenses now. It proved a smart move, as numerous sources told that it wouldn't be long before the mountain needed to be exploded. This left Adenn with few options, most being poor for himself, but thankfully only himself. Aside from Gunner, Adenn's longest and closest friend and brother, there were no other Mandalorians where their positions had once been. And though Adenn was not displeased to see his second willing to fight to the end with him, he also wished to see his vode live to fight again. Nonetheless, the part of Adenn that was focused on things other than his fight with Xanesh were proud of his vode, his aliit in general.

Thankfully enough, Adenn was soon informed that his clan was safely in the inner bunkers of the mountain, ready to survive the coming explosion. The notice popped up on his HUD just as Xanesh responded, though what she said brought more of a grin to his face. He had made her bleed more than she had made him bleed. And things that bled could die, meaning she could die in this explosion or ensuing chaos, all Adenn had to do was keep her here. Yet Adenn also noted how she had drawn in the life force of her allies, healing herself from the wounds she had just received. Frowning at that, Adenn noted that he was healed as well, the hole in his hand filled by nanites now. It was a temporary measure, but it would suffice and allow him to fight.

Twirling the hand to show it was 'fully' functional again, Adenn advanced towards Xanesh, a grim smile on his face. The sword flashed in the light of various fires, even as the whispers of the weapon grew in volume for Adenn once more.
"I do believe it's time to end this, and I hope your death is swift, after this."

Before Adenn could enter slashing distance though, he was suddenly grabbed by the Force again, being drawn within grabbing distance of Xanesh. Growling, Adenn moved to use his gravity vambraces to free himself again, only to be stabbed through his lower body by the darkshear. Roaring in pain, Adenn heard Gunner's exclamation of shock, along with the frustration that he couldn't help Adenn. Pushing through the pain, even as the nanites moved to repair the damage to his body and apply anesthesia, Adenn made a grab for Xanesh with his free hand. His hand moved forward to clamp onto her neck, seeking to hold her in place, just as the gauntlet emitted a shocking pulse to try and incapacitate Xanesh. The extra arms on Adenn's armor saught to do the same, rushing to grab onto her upper arms and hold her in place, even as the stun whips of the arms moved to stun and lock Xanesh in place.
"This changes nothing dar'jetii, nothing. Death comes, and I am its harbinger"

With that the command to blow the explosive was given.

The explosives littering the mountainside exploded in a glorious display of destruction. As everything exploded, giants pieces of rock/debris was launched as flaming debris far and wide. The ground beneath the feet of those on the mountain bubbled up and swallowed them whole, swallowing them in fire and shrapnel. Said explosive blast was massive, stretching heavenwards for klicks, even as the explosive force detonated outwards, sending forth a shock wave of pure destruction.

(OOC NOTE!: I'd describe more, but I think the gif does it best, hehe. Also, this is purposefully vague so that it's not all coming at once. There is some time between the explosion and the shockwave, along with whatever other stuff comes with explosions, hitting various places, all dependent on where one is relative to the place. Kinda hard for me to explain it in writing, sorry)

This wave of destruction roared towards the position where Adenn and Xanesh where, along with countless others. But Adenn himself merely laughed, seeking to draw Xanesh in closer, tightening his grip and trying to hold her tight and prevent her escape. As the shockwave roared ever louder, Adenn would simply laugh louder, even as he cried out for all nearby to hear.
"Death comes for us all and I am its harbringer!"

Things didn't go as planned, but when did they ever? She watched both of them feel the effects of what she did but was certain both were shrugging it off as well. The woman seemed keen to pretend to feel things in order to try and lull Niamh into a false sense of security, but she gave it away every time. Most weren't good enough actors to pull the maneuver off more than once. As such, she was prepared for more to come, especially from the man, the sorcerer with the weird armor that had managed to stop her brand from impaling him. She'd remember that for next time and choose a softer target. Or, perhaps, a more vulnerable target of greater importance to him.

Before she could do anything else the man sent waves of darkness flying about. She had not seen this before, but as it enveloped her she felt an old sensation, one that she was more or less used to. All those hours spent studying the monument at the Eshan City War Memorial had paid off. What this ability attempted to draw upon her was very much the same as what the nexus at the center of the memorial did. Suffice to say, she'd grown accustomed to it, and both her mental prowess and the circlet, which she took a moment to straighten, helped her to withstand the attack, but it did nothing to get rid of the obscuring nature of the darkness.

Then she heard the cracks and realized the woman was trying to send her plunging to her death. Before that could happen she jumped to the side and grabbed hold of the ledge at the second-story window of the nearest building. It was precarious, but she was safe, if only briefly.

"Run, cowards," she called after them. "It's all that saves you now."

She had been prepared to unleash the full potential of her studied arsenal of abilities, but it seemed that both of them had enough, and were choosing to flee the fight instead. It wasn't the first time she'd had foe's run away from her and it wouldn't be the last, she was certain. Not to be full of herself, but she was one of the top combatants among the Echani and she had been practicing the ways of the Jedi for many, many years. It took a lot to get to her. Even the bloody nose was nothing more than a nuisance. It would heal. She grabbed her comlink with her free hand and lifted it to her lips.

"Captain, pick up at my position. Make it quick."

"RAL on the way. Sit tight."

The comlink replaced, she gripped the window ledge with both hands and amplified her strength with the Force to allow her to propel herself up to the next story. She didn't stop until she reached the relative safety of the top of the building. There she waited for the RAL that would pick her up and take her back to the Echani flagship. Then she could evacuate the civilians to somewhere safe.

Pretty much what she expected happened, she managed to stab her opponent, but he caught her hand first and then her neck. The even more unpleasant part came from the shock. It was a pretty uncomfortable feeling for Xanesh. As well as the fact that it forced her to regain the original shape of her body. All her muscles spasmed at once and as a result she was unable to move. If the mandalorian hadn't squeezed her throat, she would probably collapse. Her body may be paralyzed, but her mind is not at all.

”You really think you can destroy us child? Maybe you can destroy our body, but you can’t touch our soul. You’ll be our new host” she sent telepathically to the man.

As she still reached the Force with her mind, she continued to feed on her own man, she had a feeling she would need it. It is strange that the man had not yet broken her neck. In the next moment Xanesh understood why. Then the explosions took place, this pull was much more vile than what she looked out of mandalorians. And the man seemed to protect her while laughing as he pulled her closer to him.

It was not in her mind to let this body be lost. She didn’t answer the man’s words. Xanesh was ready to regenerate her body from the absorbed vitality as soon as she was released. But in the meantime she had raised a telekinetic shield around herself and the mandalorian to protect mainly herself from the explosion. The explosion pretty much ruined everything around them, but they survived it all almost unharmed because of the shield.

As soon as the blast wind passed another "explosion" followed hat, this time a telekinetic “explosion”, the center of this was Xanesh. Hoping that all this will take away the Mandalorian from himself and she will be freed. If that wasn't enough, she'd teleport out of the man's hand again. After that she will surely be free. However, due to the shock, she also collapses where she arrived, about 15-20 meters from her opponent. This is when she starts to regenerate herself with the previously absorbed vitality so that she hopes she can overcome the paralysis as soon as possible and be able to recover again.

Sending an affirmative through their telepathic link, he focused on maintaining and expanding the darkness even as she made her move.

Once the initial rush had passed, he found that the pain was more of an inconvenience than fuel for his powers. He had never been quite as tough (or as masochistic) as some of his peers, but fortunately he had other skills. Far more valuable skills, in his mind, for any fool could swing a sword.

Leaping into action - or rather, away from it - the moment she sent her message, he was suddenly very grateful that he was behind the inky blackness obscuring the area. Made it a lot easier to traverse it, to be sure, as he could vaguely feel where his creation ended and the ground began.

Wincing as he moved and correcting himself as he stumbled on some loose rocks, he sent another telepathic message, but not to Ingrid.

It would be most prudent to have his ship waiting for them sooner rather than later, he did not like the feel of this place one bit.

Opting not to respond to the Echani's taunts - the only reason they had even fought was because of her brainless stubbornness - he kept retreating, confident that Ingrid would follow soon after... and that his shuttle would be there to pick them up, preferably guns blazing.

Karking hell, did it still hurt - he could only be glad he had worn something resembling armour on this of all days.

Ingrid felt that even Adrian had helped him, so she was very grateful at this moment to him, especially that the man was strong enough, so it was even easier to become the Dark Side conduits and do what she wanted. She felt the man start following her order. “Good boy!” she thought. Then she came after him. She didn't catch up with the man for she could not protect her that way, but she ran a few steps behind Adrian. As far as she could see, it went better for her, so she picked up the man's pace.

Hearing the woman's cry, she would have gladly turned to go back and shot the Jedi, but she couldn't. She has to protect Adrian, which was the most important job now, to keep him alive no matter the cost. They soon reached where Ingrid had previously fought the Jedi, that is, farther from the place that had collapsed thanks to her and the Shadow Hand efforts. Although the soil here was quite unstable, the city will collapse soon. The dropship arrived just in time, Ingrid waited for Adrian to get up first, and she only went up after that.

After boarding the ship also rose from the ground and set out from the city. Ingrid leaned against the wall a little exhausted while taking off her helmet. She would have needed a coffee and some food. She put the helmet on one of the crates that was here, then carefully stepped closer to Adrian. Her hand still hurt where she let it hit, but she didn't care. In countless cases it was worse already, she will not die in this. She gasped a little more, overwhelmed herself. Before this she never used so much Force.

If Adrian didn't pull away, she placed her hand carefully on the man's chest and pulled dangerously close. She didn't want to cause more pain to him, so she did everything carefully. For exactly she was in armor, Adrian was in a turtleneck, so the situation couldn't even be particularly romantic. Ingrid reached up gently to the man's face and stroked it all the way. Luckily, there wasn’t too much height difference between them, so Ingrid stood on tiptoe as her hand slid onto the man’s nape and pulled the other’s head a little lower, closer to herself. For now, just so much that her lips barely touch Adrian's lips.

“For a moment you scared me down there, I thought that woman caught you, when you cried out” she whispered with some concern in her voice.

Though she wanted the man to kiss her first but at that moment this did not matter. After her words if the man did not protest, Ingrid kissed him long and passionately.

The explosions shredded the once verdant mountainscape, leaving it cratered and ruined. Where once a mountain had been, now it looked more like a giant pile of rubble, not that the surrounding areas fared any better. Lava poured out of the mountain in sections, running down to the ground below. Alongside that, fires raged from the crater impacts of debris, even as other pieces still fell down, crashing loudly into the ground, creating more craters.

One such piece of debris had landed less than 30 meters from Adenn and Xanesh's position, creating another fire that began to spread. Adenn hadn't noticed any of that, merely tightening his grip on Xanesh's throat even as he laughed a mad laugh. When Xanesh proclaimed in his mind that she would survive, or at least take his body as a host, Adenn merely laughed harder, knowing that few beings could survive the coming destruction. Adenn knew he most likely wouldn't, and he was glad for it. He'd fought long and hard, across countless battlefields, and had survived more than most had any right to. Thus, being able to go out with a bang, literally, was perfect for Adenn.

He laughed and laughed as the explosion engulfed them, feeling the flames licking at his armor, even as the shockwave hit him. While Xanesh's shield did protect them both, it was so much weaker on Adenn's side, whether intentional or not, it certainly helped cause more damage to the Mandalorian. The shockwave wasn't anything like in the movies, rather than being thrown forward, Adenn was shoved. But this shove managed to collapse one of his lungs, along with causing serious internal damage. Falling forward to his knees, Adenn hardly felt any pain, for he was already going into shock. Consciously, he tried to tighten his grip on Xanesh's neck, only for her to cause some explosion.

The explosion threw Adenn a dozen meters back, consumed his arm and vaporized it to the upper arm, along with that, the robotic arms were destroyed as well. This Force attack also cracked his helmet's visor more than it already was, with one prominent one running diagonally across. Not that Adenn noticed the damage to himself, too dazed to properly move. His head sluggishly moved to face left, taking in the sight of another charred Mandalorian, though Adenn vaguely knew it was Gunner, he didn't know if his friend was alive or dead.

Allowing his head to fall back, letting his gaze stare skyward, Adenn felt the numbing pain as a distant thing. Vaguely he smelt the scent of burnt flesh, while it seemed as if at least one leg had somehow been broken. Not only that, but Adenn's skin had fused with his armor, thanks to the intense heat and the flames. Adenn was numb to it all, to the pain, to the losses, to everything. Vaguely he felt the handful of remaining nanites moving to heal what they could, but it was far too much for the less than a dozen nanites to heal properly. And so Adenn simply lay there, pain filling his body so much that he was numb to it, so wounded that his armor was fused to him, so very wounded. Despite it all, all Adenn thought of was joy that his clan would survive, they would carry on. That caused a smile to form on Adenn's lips, even as he coughed up blood, blackness closing in on the edges of his vision. Staring up at the heavens, Adenn only felt contentment, not truly fighting the darkness, knowing that it was inevitable. All for Mandalore...

Xanesh was finally free and didn’t even have to teleport her neck ache enough where the mandalorian was clutching her. She wasn't even sure she could talk at that moment. She began to use the absorbed life force, the first thing she began to feel were the cramps in her muscles caused by the shock in her entire body. It eventually began to fade away, subside, pretty slowly after about a minute, she was able to move and kneel off the ground. She breathed panting, and continued to use the life force that still existed within her.

That was just enough to make the seizure go away completely, though she still felt the dull pain all over her body. Another minute passed before she was finally able to get up from the ground and stand on her feet there was no more life force she could use. She changed shape again with clenched teeth. She took back the form of Darth Xanesh, the young woman with blond hair. After that she looked all over the place, nothing was left of the area. She had no idea who survived or who died, people, droids, soldiers for sure, but the Sith were in question.

She had never heard of the Mandalorians resorting to such a thing, that was a completely new thing for her. Most of all she felt frustrated, she did not expect such an end. She hoped she could surpass the mandalorian in a normal fight. But in the end it went crazy and he did his. Pathetic! She walked closer to the still-living body and glanced down at him. It would have been salvation for the other if she had killed him. But she did not. She used to be fair, but not now, she will be cruel. She will leave the man here with the knowledge that he was not even able to die in battle

”Iviin'yc ash'amur olar!” (Die fast here) she said.

She then called herself a troop carrier, which arrived within minutes so that she could leave this battlefield behind. The Sith Empire won, nothing mattered at the moment…

//OOC: Thank you so much for the duel, it was a great game! And I hope Adenn will survive this, and we will meet again once. :) //
